We received prompt and professional service on our F-150 from start to finish. It was most helpful to be kept up to date on the progress of inspection, diagnosis, parts needed backed up with pictures and video of the damaged parts. We received an estimate of the cost, plus an estimated time of the parts coming in, and when the work would be done. To my surprise and pleasure, my truck was ready a day before the time promised. Thank you, AutoNation Ford Westlake for a job well done!

I had gone to Auto Nation on Monday April 1st because my tire was low and Ashley waited on me and set me up to get it looked at. It seemed fine, but I still had a low tire yesterday so I went back again. Turned out I needed a new tire as it was not able to be patched. Ashley remembered my previous visit. She was verykind and helpful getting me someone to replace my tire. The service is always great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bravo to you Ashley.

I recently received a recall notice regarding trim pieces on my 2013 Explorer. Per the recall instructions I initiated a call to the always reliable Westlake, Ohio Auto Nation Service Center. I have been having my Fords serviced here for nearly 20 years now. Customer Care Manager Danielle Langiois could not have been more professional, courteous, and transparent in the handling of my needs. Danielle was able to get me in the same day I received the notice. She coordinated a review of the issue by a service technician. Both provided me a detailed brief noting the specific problems. Danielle then, in working with the service technician, laid out a parts order and a timetable for repairs. I had my Explorer in and in out in less than an hour! Again, none of this would have been possible if it weren't for the professionalism and top notch customer service provided by Danielle Langiois and the Westlake, Ohio Auto Nation Service Department.

Scheduled a service at 11AM, dropped car off early so we could run errands. Never expected it to be completed early. Called us right at the 2 hour mark to let us know the car was ready! Fantastic service, answered our questions about a different issue and told us as soon as a loaner car was available, they would contact us. Efficient and great customer service. We will return!

I just bought a car there over the weekend my first time and everything and i felt so comfortable and respected the entire time. Pete helped me find a car that was perfect for me! He explained everything so thoroughly and i never felt rushed by him or anyone there. It was an amazing experience. I am beyond happy with the detail work and dedication to fixing any damage on the car from the previous owner - i will be coming back again!

I had an emergency with my vehicle and walked in without making an appointment. They took me in and assisted me without any question. Fixed my warranty work in a timely manner. Friendly and courteous. AutoNation will be my go to dealer and service center in the future!

Thank you for all of your help was fixing my air-conditioning unit and working with my third-party warranty on my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee! They help me with rides to work while they were servicing my vehicle.They even worked with my third-party warranty, which I had a hard time finding anyone that that would accommodate me with that warranty. They gave me a complementary multi point inspection as well and kept me updated with every detail throughout the process. They will get the job done

Danielle was great! Out of the blue, I contacted her and said I need an oil change. She said bring it in. Left the car there, walked back to work. Shortly thereafter, I get a call car was ready. Went to pick it up, it was waiting for me, paperwork ready, and out the door! Highly recommend working with Danielle!

Had a nail in my new tire. Had to replace the whole tire. Asked them to check my oil change indicator light while the car was in service. Paperwork said they did a Multi Point Inspection, but the light was still on. Left a message for Danielle to call me back. She never did.

Brought my Maverick in for an oil change. The associate (can't remmeber his name, younger guy, brown hair) let me know about a recall on my vehicle that had been promulgated by Ford. That was added on to my scheduled maintenance at no charge. The appointment went a little bit over the scheduled time, but it was very busy at that time of the day. everyone was very nice. look forward to working with this location again.

i gave Auto Nation Westlake a 3 star rating...the service area was not busy but the person that was assigned to check me in was on the phone, there were plenty of others standing around or drinking coffee. Still waiting for the person on the phone talking to a customer. Finally another came over and said, I will get you started. Checked in, I needed a ride to work so that was set-up. During the day I was able to correspond with text messaging, the recall work was covered but the suggested other work topped $1,500.00. Really? I didn't hear from anyone o around 4pm I sent a text to check when my car would be done??? I was asked if I needed a pickup, that was arranged. At this time I asked if my auto could be run through the car wash, and was told sure, they always do that. I was picked up and delivered back to Auto Nation, paid my bill...but you guessed it mu car was not washed. By this time I was tired and wanted to just get home. Disappointed, Yes I was,

Good experience with the advisor. They looked in to my vehicle to make sure I didnt have any open recalls. They also discussed how they could handle a minor issue I had. My trucks oil change was completed within an hour.

Service was great. Upfront about pricing and work that was being done or any recommended work. It took a couple of days to complete but they kept in touch with progress of service and any parts that needed to arrive. Even offered a delivery service once it was complete, which worked perfectly for my situation.

The salesman Rob Wentz and his sales managing staff have been amazing, accommodating and understood my concerns. Now the service work center I have unfortunately been very disappointed in for sometime now and not just at this location, I have purchased several cars and it seems that yes they may look for safety checks on the used vehicles they are selling although I have test driven vehicles at Honda, Hyundai, Ford and Chevy dealerships recently while shopping around and have had 3 bad experiences thus far. For example one wouldn't start. The next vehicle we drove 30 miles and the power , 4 wheel drive and transmission all kept shutting down at a higher Rate of speed a few times flickering, and than the 3rd vehicle we found 2 large shipping boxes I rear of vehicle with the name and address of the last owner as well as major trunk locking issues that someone how were overlooked although these vehicles were on lot and ready to sell. Very sad ALL THESE DEALERSHIPS ACROSS CUYAHOGA ARE EITHER UNDER STAFFED ,UNDERPAYING THEIR WORKERS OR JUST DONT CARE. AS STATED SALESMAN ARE AMAZING OF CONTACTED FIRST BEFORE YOU NEED SERVICE WORK DONE!!!

So normally I get really good service here but last time I was very disappointed. I brought my Bronco in for 2 recalls and an intermittent issue with my passenger side tailight and turn signal. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning, they told me they could get everything done by Saturday but the intermittent tail light issue would take more time. So we agree on Monday or Tuesday.Monday rolls around and I have heard nothing from the service department. So at 3pm I txt my rep and I get back that they couldn't find anything wrong with the tail light. I send a couple more txts about how they troubleshot it and the rest of the recall, after 30 min I decide to call and get vmail. An hour and a half later I get a txt saying that they haven't done the wiper replacement but they updated the sync system. But at this point I'm already on my way to the dealership.So I go and wait to talk to my service rep, another guy is in there upset because the work he brought his vechicle in hadn't been done and he needed his car to get to work. This sets the moodSo I talk to my rep and I ask them how they are going to fix the taillight issue, he says they aren't because they can't reproduce it. I remind him that without a tail light the vechicle is not street legal and with on 22k miles on it its still under the original warranty. He says that the dealership just can't throw parts at it. I point out that the warranty says otherwise but at this point I'm late for work and need the vechicle and I leave.At this point, I still have one recall unfinished, the second recall (the sync update) was either not done or didn't fix the issue it was supposed to (backup camera still being displayed while in Drive) (I have a picture of this) and the intermittent turnsignal/tail light issue still persists, intermitently.The last time I had an issue like this was with a Fiesta and during the troubleshooting I was was give frequent updates and a rental.IDK maybe they are overworking the techs/reps there but the service was pretty bad compared to what I've had previously.(AutoNation Ford responded below and I called their manager as instructed and haven't gotten a call back in a couple of weeks now...I guess they are really "turning your experience around")

Very poor customer service. Recall on a brand new bronco. Got sent home with a ford escape. Been a month and counting w/ no parts in site. Ashley was in charge of the service and she will do the bare minimum. The only way to get ahold of her is to walk into the shop in person. Take your care anywhere but here. Best of luck.

Just went for our oil change.Very professional establishment, as always. Asked us if we needed the car right away or if they can take their time. I love the transparency of that question. We were ok with coming after hours to pick it up.Looove the complimentary car wash! Definitely was needed
