If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I took my vehicle in for a bumper replacement after an accident. The first time we came to pick up my vehicle, we immediately noticed the difference in paint color from the rest of my car. The owner admitted the paint was wrong and said they would repaint the bumper. We came to pick it up a second time and the photos show what the paint job looked like. The owner tried to convince us that the paint was the same and that this is the best they could do. There are also debris in the paint as if they painted over a dirty bumper. We took the vehicle and are taking it to another shop (who also took a look at this paint job and told us this is really bad). The owner is unprofessional and lied to the insurance company. Trying to call them and get a status update about the car is impossible. No one knows anything and no one calls you back. Worst service I have ever experienced. Save yourself some time and headache and go somewhere else!!!!

This place was very awesome when I came to them to fix my car. They were very accommodating and worked very well with me . Someone did a hit and run on my car and the door looks like nothing ever happened . Was mislead by owner I was promised "best price compared to other shops" then when my friend picked up the vehicle it was 300 dollars more. Almost 1,000 dollars for a small dent in a door on a 12 year old car. Total rip off. Terrible and misleading business practices, avoid at all costs. On top of the aweful price, the shady business dealings, the car smells like paint on the inside 2 month later.

had some front end damage to my car and they fixed it up like new! i would tell all my friends and family to go to them for any work they need done. excellent service, extremely fair prices, and great people.

Had some body damage to an Audi. Got three quotes, one from the dealer, another from a recommended shop in Avon, and then on a whim stopped at the Auto Clinic for a 3rd quote. Their quote was far lower than the other two, so much so that I almost didn't select them (typically you never want the lowest quote on any project is my rule of thumb). But took a chance and was glad I did. Impeccable work and quick turn around.

Friendly and personable customer service. Pleased with both the mechanic and body work that was completed on my 10 year old car. Very affordable.

Purchased a great 2012 ford focus with fair price and great conditions! Would absolutely recommend and purchase another car from them! Also the owner was very nice!

Lowest price around. They used new and used parts to keep price down. Looks fantastic, like new again! Customer service excellent. I would definitely use again!
