My first visit to Wrench N Roll, and they lived up to their reputation!Paul was incredible to work with. He made me feel like I was 100% his top priority. He's just incredibly sincere and trustworthy. I will absolutely bring my vehicle back for any future service. Pricing was very good, too: he was able to get me tires with a 70k warranty for LESS MONEY than a competitor quoted me for a set with only a 60k warranty.I could continue to sing their praises, but instead I'll just state the obvious: don't hesitate to trust these guys with your business!

First class service- the owner goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He is whist I would call old school reputable and honest!! Meaning he does things the right way because it is the right thing to do.We had an issue with my sons truck and he had to diagnose and beyond just using a modern tool to find the solution. So appreciate his attention to detail and experience and expertise. He runs a great shop and is an asset to the Westerville community- there are a lot of garages one can visit but his is top notch! Fair pricing, and excellent professional service with a smile!I could easily give the 10 stars and say the earned a double rating!

Went in for an oil change and also had a headlight out. I couldn t reach it myself so I asked if they could do it. They said depending on the bulb. Paul came back saying they could and would for a good price . Hearing that I didn t ask for a price unfortunately. They got to it without taking the bumper off, by going under. I had both bulbs to be replaced so they weren t different colors but they replaced one and charged $42. Over priced.Service: Oil change

While I cannot comment on the work of Wrench n' Roll (more to come on this), I can say Paul is a rare businessman with class and integrity. I called yesterday to inquire about work on an old car and spoke with Paul. Based on the issues with the car that I described - Paul said he thought there may be a better fit with another shop close by and he gave me the owners name and number. I was blown away by his honesty but more so his willingness to help me get my car fixed - even if done by another auto shop. While I have not used Wrench n' Roll yet....I will be sure to go there in the future based on a 5 minute call with Paul.

Local, very professional, friendly, and appropriately priced. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on other things when working on car. Will definitely return here for future repairs.

They refused to trouble shoot my vehicle because it was to old [18yrs] and the felt I should replace the engine instead. Took it else where and it turns out it was 3 bad injectors. Runs like a champ now. If I had done it their way I would have replaced the engine and had it still not work cause the issue was not with the engine... Good thing I didn't follow their advice.

Paul (The owner) is one of the nicest guys I've known, and is the polar opposite of that mechanic that tries to take advantage of people. Great guy, nice shop, and fair pricing. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, Paul and his team are awesome.

I have had my vehicle's repaired by Paul, the owner, for many year's. The business has grown in that time. He has trained his employees with his deep knowledge. Paul runs an honest business. I would very much recommend taking your vehicle to Wrench 'N Roll.

First time customer; was referred by parents. The owner and staff went above and beyond when it came to fixing my baby: it s like I have a whole new car.I felt bad about the state I brought her in at; 2020 and layoffs meant repairs went by the wayside. But Wrench and Roll took care of them ALL!! Highly recommend this jewel in Westerville.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

These guys are awesome and fairly priced! I've written out one of my experiences below, but to summarize I would never go anywhere else again if I had a choice. The most impressive experience I have had with Wrench 'N Roll was last spring. I had been having a "random cylinder misfire" problem (according to the computer readout) since the summer before when I had already invested $1000 with another shop up in Cleveland to fix it along with a leaky water pump. The previous shop replaced the water pump, intake gasket, fuel injector assembly, spark plugs, and the distributor, but I noticed the chugging symptom again when driving above 60mph within a month of getting it back. That shop said they didn't know what else to do unless I wanted to spend at least another $1000 "exploring the issue." I decided against that and kept my highway driving to a minimum and in the slow lane trying to nurse it along for another year or so when I could afford to buy a new car. Almost 6 months later I had moved back to Columbus and finally driven about 3,500-4,000 miles and needed an oil change. Since I didn't have any other issues other than maintaining highway speeds, I figured spending money on an oil change was less of a risk than not doing it and having the engine seize up entirely. Being back in Columbus, of course I took my van to my favorite mechanic, Wrench 'N Roll. Even though Paul has been much busier as of late with how much the company has grown, when he happened to hear me talking about the problem in the office he said he could spare a few minutes to come take a look with me. Within 10 minutes we had my van pulled in the garage and plugged in to the tablet with a readout of my current and historical misfires, and Paul said he already thought he had an idea of what was going on. Just to prove it, he asked me to pop the hood and watch the readout while he misted the engine compartment with a spray bottle. Instantly the current readout for each one of the cylinders jumped from between 10-30 misfires to up over 300. He duplicated those results again by misting my new distributor. He explained that the insulation on my 17 year old wiring harness was covered in micro cracks from normal wear and tear, so it was arcing proportional to the amperage being driven through it (highway speeds were most noticeable because of the higher frequency each cylinder was fired relative to the power demand on the engine to maintain that speed). In addition, he said he's repeatedly had trouble with the cheaper distributors holding water within 6 months of installation, and that was what mine was doing only adding to the problem. Needless to say I left the next day with a van that was running flawlessly for about 1/3 of what I had misguidedly invested in the other shop to fix the same problem.
