When I noticed my tire was low, I first went to another tire shop but they immediately said I needed a new tire that would cost over $250+. I went to Tire Discounters for a second opinion and they scheduled an appointment for me to come back. They were able to repair my tire at no cost. I do believe generally it is $34.99, which is still reasonable. My car was finished in under an hour and they have a nice clean waiting room. They are an honest company and did not rip me off. I will be a return customer for my tires.

I recently got an oil change for my 2013 Camry LE. I have been to this locations on several occasions.The manager, Steve, as usual, was very courteous and answered all my questions thoroughly. The additional service offered at no charge to rotate and balance my tires is one reason I keep coming back. These guys were fast, I was in and out in less than an hour. Good teamwork!

Steve and his team have taken care of tires, wheels and maintenance for all of our vehicles for the last 2 years now. Always honest and fair with pricing. Goes above and beyond to make sure that we are always satisfied with the service!

Kenny and crew are amazing! I have a high performance car that I have modified for even higher performance. They were the only shop that could handle an alignment on this type of car thanks to a new, state of the art alignment system and well trained techs. This is a rare car with less than 400 in the USA. I do not trust anyone with this car and they have proven to be very trustworthy! Kenny has a great personality and really helps explain what is wrong and how they can correct it. Pricing is reasonable and they have a clean, up to date waiting area. Everything has been spotless in my visits here. They do more than tires, so I highly recommend them for any service you may need. Definitely beats taking your vehicle to the dealer!

Amazing shop. Came in 5 minutes before they closed for a flat repair, and they got me in and out. Also did an inspection on my car while it was in the air to check everything over and make sure nothing was wrong with the car. Amazing work! Thank you again for the help!

Good place to go but!They never have enough tire specialists or techs. I just needed a tire looked at this time and was told they only have one tire specialist working today so I would need to leave it.Last time they didn t have anyone to do an oil change.I know I should be making appointments but I m gone 12-13 hours a day. I m on the go all the time.

Honest as the day is long. They tell you what you need, give suggestions on better tires for the same amount of money and service is quick and easy.

Kenny was a breath of fresh air for a tire shop!! Heck of an asset!I showed up without an appointment.Greeted me right away with positive energy!He actually remembered me from 3 months ago!! He remembered my car and what was done 3 months ago!You can't buy that kind of customer service!! Guy is management material!I needed to get another alignment.He said today would be tough, but said if I can come back at 2:30 he'd squeeze me in.The waiting room is also very nice!!I'll always go there as long as Kenny is working!.

I was unfortunately plagued with a flat tire on my way to work. I called the first tire place google popped up and spoke to Matt. He was awesome and very helpful and told me they could probably get me in if I hurried. I came in and Rob took down all my info to get my car fixed. I sat in the lobby maybe for an hour and a half and before I knew it my tire was replaced and my car was looking sexier than ever! Rob and Matt are awesome at navigating the front. Also wanna shout out the Super Saiyan guy with the blue hair. He was also so cool. Definitely will be bringing my car back if I ever have any tire issues and I will be refereeing all my friends and family. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!!

My tire kept going flat and I came into tire discounter in the evening and they were able to get me in before they closed and found a screw in my tire. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road quickly.

Great job team! I went in with a brake noise and they took care of it. They gave me a great and thorough report card on my car. I love that they weren t trying to find things wrong with my car. They solved my problem, I highly recommend them!

I took my tire to another business and they couldn t get the job done today so I headed over to tire discounters. Kenny greeted me and took it upon himself to get the tire taken care of himself! He realized that I am a busy mom and although they were short staffed he stepped up and did the job!! His service was above and beyond and I was so grateful for his help. I had a stressful day and he made it so much easier on me!! I am in need of 4 new tires and I will definitely be returning to purchase them from tire discounters and my favorite tire guy Kenny!!!

Two of my tires mysteriously went flat overnight. I couldn t find any foreign objects in either tire, brought the car in and they couldn t find any objects either, but resealed my tires at the rim, balanced them free of charge. Great service as usual. Great company

Steve is THE MAN. If you're looking for an honest mechanic look no further. I was between trading in my car (12 years and 108k miles on it) or spending some money exploring whether it could be repaired and driven for another few years. Steve shot me straight every step of the way, encouraged me to get second opinions, and most importantly was able to deliver while managing expectations. My car is repaired, running great, and I don't have to deal with car shopping in this crazy new/used car market.

I am very satisfied with My experience at Tire Discounters, I was at work and had a roofing nail stuck in my tire. I drove to the store and they were able to fit me in with in 2 hours I was good to go! I m not sure they know what impact they had but I drive about 50 min to work every day and if they were not able to fix it yesterday when they did I m not sure I would have made it home, Thank you!The only thing that could have been better was just double checking the air pressure on my tires.

Kenny was very kind, informative, and helpful. He saved me over $200 in comparison to Goodyear's prices. And your tires had a better warranty ... 70000 miles instead of Goodyear's 62000 miles. I walked over to Meijer while the work was being done. I had to bring the cart full of groceries back to Tire Discounters. Kenny put my groceries in the trunk, and said he would take the cart back for me. This was after closing time. Meanwhile, another customer pulled up after hours, and Kenny answered all of his questions before taking my cart back. Now that's more than great customer satisfaction!

Great service, great communication, prompt and notified me of a service needed while my car was there, along with my warranty information they found on my alignment making it a covered service. I have been using Tire Discounters for YEARS and will continue. Thank you so much for being able to trust someone with my vehicle it means a lot.

Very pleased with the service. Very convenient to have Tire Discounters pick up my car for service. The flat tire was fixed and I appreciate that they offer the pick up even with just a flat tire. Would recommend TD and Martin who picked up and delivered my car was very helpful. I spoke with Taylor when making the appointment and she was very helpful as well.

In a nutshell, I have no complaints, or anything negative that I could cite. Near a weekend, I set my appointment for the following Monday afternoon. Upon my arrival, my check-in was prompt and efficient. Staffer Jeannie asked incisive questions both in-store and during a joint prelim inspection of the car. My options for the job were clearly communicated by Jeannie, I made my choices, and I settled in the waiting area in a chair that was, thankfully, not at all uncomfortable, unlike many other similar places one might find oneself. Final job cost was spot-on with the pre-work estimate, and future service suggestions clearly noted. Checkout was equally efficient. Jeannie and her colleague (name escapes me, sorry!) were always suitably attentive, professional, and friendly; good traits for a service provider to have when a customer is doing business with you and you want him/her to return! I definitely expect I will, especially since this newer location is most convenient for me, and everyone I have interacted with at Tire Discounters, at three total locations over the years, has been nothing short of exemplary. So, I can unquestionably recommend Tire Discounters, especially at this location. I have high confidence in their ability to solve car problems in the best way possible. Thanks so much, guys!

I got tires here before and this time new brakes. I was greeted as I walked in. Everything was spotlessly clean. Steve, at the front, answered all questions and was very easy to talk to. The waiting room was large, clean and comfortable. Cost of work was fair.No complaints.

Very easy and friendly transaction. Got me right in and was done in a little over an hour. Shop manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My service was performed at the 46 Polaris Pkwy shop. 2018 Tahoe.

Recently I found a screw in one of my tires which was producing a slow leak. I had to get the tire replaced and luckily I had a spare I was able to give to them to use. They replaced it quickly and I was very grateful for that. The staff is friendly, accomodating, and great at what they do. They also communicated efficiently. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this location.

Steve and his staff have taken very good care of me since they opened this shop at Polaris. I take my 2017 Camaro SS and 2022 Telluride here for oil changes and new tires. On my last oil change, Steve noticed there was some abnormal wear on my tires. He did an alignment and noticed it was off. He saved me more money in the end as the tires will last longer.I highly recommend this tire discounters to take care of your car needs.

I don t normally leave reviews for any place but this deserves one. I was able to get right in for a flat tire change. My flat wasn t patchable but Kenny was awesome helping me pick out the right replacement. Highly recommend this location

Kenny and the gang pulled through and had my fianc�e s car tires replaced while on a time crunch with work. Definitely recommending them going forward! If you need a team that is understanding, come here!
