Fantastic experience! Prompt and professional. Great price. They were able to find the same brand of tire I needed. The condition of the tire was better than my expectations as well as the service. Would definitely recommend! They also include a 30 day warranty.

Had 2 tires replaced here. Brought the tires with me, so they were just swapping them(labor). Charged 20 per tire, this included them swapping the tire and disposing of the old one. I don't think this included balancing as there are not wheel weights in the wheel and I have a vibration now. Was taking my truck to have it aligned afterwards so no big deal. Both guys working were friendly and very fast.Despite the signs saying cash only, I was asked if it would be cash or card. There are not receipts or refunds offered here.If you are in a pinch and need some tires you have installed right away, or need to buy some used tires, I would go here. If you have nice wheels or can afford to wait and schedule an appointment somewhere, I would go elsewhere, it's the same cost.

I came here on a Sunday to get my untimely flat fix that was caused by a rock & they were able to save my tire with a plug. Service was great highly recommend thank you Steve s tire s 5 stars

Great prices, quick service with no wait. The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful. Warranty on used tires. Can't remember the exact time frame, but it's a longer warranty than any of the other used tire places I have dealt with. They will always have my business now! Well, hopefully I won't get another flat anytime soon, but if I do Steve's is the place I'll go!

I'll provide full transparency as a customer.I had a nail in my tire, which was causing a slow leak. It was ideally located in the tire, and all it needed was a simple plug. Steve's Tire charged me $20 for this service, which although not unheard of, is definitely at the highest end of such a repair.When I requested a receipt, it was refused, so there's no record of this transaction. Also, as others have stated, this shop operates as cash-only. Beyond the huge inconvenience of this, I think this is also telling as to what kind of business is run here.I make no further comments, but I just wanted people to know what they can expect by choosing Steve's Tire.

I normally do not encounter issues with them; HOWEVER, this time is different and I am FURIOUS!!!!!!! On Saturday, Jan 8th, I went out to my car and saw I had a flat tire. I put air in it, so that, I was able to drive to Steve s Used Tires.Upon arriving, the employee analyzed my tire, stating, I didn t need a tire, only new valves and the seal needed replaced; come to find out this was further from the truth.When going to my car late Sunday night, I saw the same tire was flat. I was charged $80 for the work he did, PLUS, giving him a $10 tip!! Monday morning I called AAA for them only to show me I had A SPLIT ON THE SIDE OF MY TIRE; it could not be missed!!!!I DON T APPRECIATE being taken advantage of & I DON T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TOO!!!! IM OUT $80 and a days work!!! I WILL NOT go back and advise others to make sure you are not being taken advantage of.

I was very pleased with the quality of the customer service, availability of options and price! I will always come here in the future. Forget those large well known franchises, SERIOUSLY! Come here instead. You can t beat it. I met the owner, Shawn and he made me feel like a customer should. Thank you Shawn and staff!

I called on Monday and was quoted a certain price for four tires the quoted price was $180, I show up today which is now Wednesday so two days later and just asked them to do the two rears instead of all four which again I was quoted $180 for four and they're going to charge me $140 for Just Two!! seems like nothing but a rip off all of a sudden I will absolutely be posting this on Facebook I will absolutely be telling everybody to stay away from this place

Great customer service! I was looking for two matching tires for my car and originally they didn't have it but Nate (I believe) randomly called me back from their caller id and asked if I was the one looking for the size 235/45/17 I said yes and he said he had matching ones now for me if interested. I said yes and went over after work and quick service after just 1 person in front of me. Im satisfied and now can drive safely on vacation!

So I got a flat. I had three serviceable tires with about 6-7,000 miles of tread life left on them so buying one new tire didn t make much sense. I googled used tire shops in Columbus and read the reviews, Steve s Tires was the closest to home and had great reviews so that s where I went.Steve s Tires is the place to go! I have P225/45R18 tires, not a popular size, he had one in stock, perfect! I only needed one. He quoted me $50 out the door over the phone. They have a drive-thru. I pulled in at 5:40pm and was on the road 20 minutes later. Super nice guy, very personable. I don t know what else to say... fast service, quality used tires and a 30 day warranty. Used tire, installation, disposal fee and 30 day warranty for $50? He even loaded my donut back in the trunk. You d be crazy not to see Steve first!

The guy was super nice that put the tires on but man it was a disappointment. I got a bad pair of tires went back and paid for brand new tires and got a store credit for what I already pAid for.. after getting the tires replaced w new ones by Steve s they we re not properly balanced And had to pay out for that too went to a different shop this time for that smh had already went to Steve s 2 times

I used to love, love, love this place; until today. I went in after being told one price over the phone was charged another when I got there. I had also asked about a trade as I had 2 almost new tires that just didn't fix my car. The guy told me we could work something out. Well what he worked out was charging me extra and then charging me to "dispose" of the tires I was "trading." When asked about said disposal fees, I was told the tires would be resold. So you're reselling my tires and charging me to do so?!? I was told it's standard..... Guess I gotta find a new tire place....sad really since I've been loyal to Steve's for countless years. :-(

I went to Steve's with awful tires and needed some ASAP before I left for vacation. The guys were incredibly helpful in explaining the different prices and how long each rate of tire would last me. They gave me a GREAT deal on 2 brand new tires and had me ready to go on vacation within 20 minutes!! They even helped get my TPS sensor fixed for free. Honestly, I will never go somewhere else from here on out!

Always helpful and very knowledgeable abt tires which is a necessity in this business. I love the no nonsense way of thinking. The job was done quick. Reasonable prices as well as a 30 day guarantee. I'll keep coming back! Kudos to y'all!!

The guys were EXTREMELY helpful and even pointed out that valve in my 2013 Hyundai sonata was cracked, that could've been one of the reasons why one of tires was losing air. Now I have that issue to deal with. I am so grateful for their help. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a quick fix. Plus they offer 30 day guarantee. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Not only do they overcharge but they will sell you a dry rotted tire that will blow out on you. BEWARE!! Bought one tire and it went flat In a day, they replaced it with a dry rotted one that I couldn't see and it went out on me while driving. Luckily it was at low speed. Very poor service nowadays.

Holiday weekend and I had to go out of town. I called around and found Steve's Tires. They told me it would take 5-10 minutes to repair my tire and it was first come first serve. No appointment necessary.The exterior of the place may put some off but the young men helping me were so very kind. Sure enough, they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes and I was good to go on my trip!I'm telling everyone about this place!

Wow! What a great place, I stopped in and spoke with them about a tire and was Informed I did not need a new one! Kyle was awesome and assisted me without spending money I didnt need to spend.When the time come I will DEFINITELY go back! So hard to find honest people that don't just take advantage of you for a quick buck!!Thank you!!

I was sold two badd tires waited over a week for them to replace. Which did not happen the 2nd week I asked if I purchased new tires would they Reimburse me my money when I drop off their tires. The employee that was working said yes when I got back to drop off the tires. He handed me a phone with somebody saying they do not give money back he should never have said that and I am out my $140

Went in on Tuesday the 31 of December to get a plug or a tire which ever one that would work. I was told after picking out a tire that they only expected cash so I couldn't use my card. Come the 1 of January I got to my truck to get something out to find that the guy had put my factory tire back in the car and the spire on. I was on the phone with my job because they let me leave to try and fix my problem. I come back to my car and he said you all ready to go didn't tell me that they broke my truck. Call them said the person in charge wasn't in and will be in today Thursday the 2. Called he's not there.
