Roush customer service sucks! From the start they said they'd have my car for 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks turned into over a month. I demanded they have my car done by a certain date ( minor fix didn't need over a months keep) I asked that they update me on the progress, they never did. Kevin, Mike, and Zach were all very rude when I spoke to them on the phone. They talked to me like I was stupid because I'm a woman. I would NOT recommend them for auto repair! Horrible service!They also gave me my car back in horrible condition. It's a brand new car that looks like they blew drywall dust all over the inside. They left boot marks on the inside of the doors as if they pushed it open with their foot. If I could give "0" stars I would. Ya'll don't even deserve the one I gave.

I stopped in to the Body Shop yesterday to see if someone could look at a small amount of damage on my Honda HRV. Madison Dennis waited on me. She was extremely helpful, patient, courteous, friendly and she fixed the damage. I would highly recommend her. I feel like I have made a new friend. She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her!

Do not go to the body shop. My repair is taking twice as long as I was told. I also have a small dent in a door that they received extra insurance money to blend the paint so it matches the repair. They want to charge $600 for a $50 dent. In the past body shops have blended the paint for the original cost as well as not trying to jack up the price. Roush is billing over $6,000 for small repair and still wants more. Better customer service would say something like, Normally that would cost $600, but since we are already doing work we can either cover it or at a significant reduction in price. I will not be backAdded a star:I should add after I posted this review I was contacted and Roush did do the right thing. In the past they would have the first time, but at least they responded positively and corrected their issues.

I have used The Roush Honda Body Shop on a couple of occasions now to deal with minor issues with the two Honda automobiles I own. The first and last chance to make a positive first impression falls on Madison the service writer because she is usually the first and last person you speak to. Madison has always been great to me, welcoming me when I walk through the door and thanking me for my business when I leave. People are the key to success in any business and it is people like Madison that will keep me coming back, she is one of the good ones don t let her get away.Service: Body & Trim

Super friendly as well as professional. I was able to get estimates for my car on my lunch hour and I work in Lewis Center. Highly recommend Roush Honda Bobby Shop. Zach Stevenson was great!

Brought my car in to check out the senor. They figured it out the second time I brought it in but damaged my headlights and shorted the fuse. I called them after I left (as soon as I got it home) and they told me that they'd follow up, but never did. They reached out via email for a survey and when I told them what happened, they didn't respond. I'd be ok with it if they had just owned the mistake. :(Picture - They damaged the cooling fan housing/wiring. Most likely struck by or against something. The electrical shorted causing the fuse to blow too. All in all, just $50 and some elbow grease, but sad that they'd rather ignore their mistakes than open a dialog.

My sister took her car in for repair that was covered by insurance and they didn t do anything. They got some of the scratches off the bumper cover and put it back on even though it had broken clips. What we were told and what they were supposed to do is repaint and install a new bumper. Now the bumper Is loosely on the car and can probably come off anytime. I don t recommend this place at all.

Best in the business! Martha is beyond fabulous with her customer service. The crew did a great job and got my vehicle back when expected. Great experience in a bad situation.

This place is exactly the complete opposite of the outstanding Roush Honda service department. Rude and gave me a BS high bid I think to just get rid of me. I can t believe it shares the Roush name and is on the same property. I ll call it the No Service Department

They did an excellent job I had a scratch on my car even though it was $56 per hour thank God I was just there for one hour.

Such a pathetic customer satisfaction once you are done with repair. do not care what they fix and that cause issues, just give 1 year warranty on papers which is worthless. I will not go for any repair from them in future and also make sure no one from my friend circle would like to go there.
