Unfortunately we needed to get auto repairs, the kind after an accident. My research showed Rife's to be VW certified. From setting up our appointment to picking up our perfectly repaired car it was a great experience. We were updated regularly. During our visits we were not rushed. Highly recommended.

Worked with Connor on repairing my WRX. Communication and customer service was top tier, Connor worked with my insurance to get everything handled stress free. My car came back like new with all new oem parts. I won't trust any other body shop with my car thank you again

They fixed my brand new Audi to perfection, all while providing constant communication on the repair process and working directly with the insurance company to get all the necessary repairs made. If you need work after a collision, Rife's is the only place to go.

RIFE s I m Westerville is definitely the best shop in town. Rob, the GM, and Nate did a fantastic job of handling the dirty work involved with my insurance company. All OEM parts used for repair and no cutting corners. Paint looks fantastic. Car was even detailed before given back and looks newer when I got it back than when I bought it off the showroom floor. Wouldn t recommend going anywhere else to get Audi fixed except RIFE s!

Nathan and the team at Rife did a wonderful job repairing our Aviator. I appreciate his communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using them for any repairs. Our car looks and works perfectly.

My car was backed into while parked in front of my house. The team at Rife's was able to get me scheduled and worked with the other drivers insurance (the not so good hands people). They got my VW back to me in great condition. They are a certified VW repair shop and it shows. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs body or frame work done. The paint for an all black car is spot on!

Rife's Autobody was great to work with. They were always responsive, able to work with our budget, and extremely cordial. We communicated with several staff members, especially Conor and Rob. Both of them were very easy to work with and super professional. I would highly recommend both of them and of course Rife's Autobody. After someone hit my front bumper on my new 2020 Tesla model S, I contacted Tesla for the repair and they referred me to Rife s Auto Body as a certified Tesla repair shop. They made my car like new again. They even coordinated everything with the insurance, Tesla, and replaced the protective covering film I had on the bumper and head light.

Rife's did an excellent job with my 2014 Ford Explorer after it was involved in an accident with a careless driver. They worked with my insurance company and kept me up to date with the status of repairs. The truck was close to a total but they managed to put it back together and it looks better than when I bought it. The quality of the repairs were first rate and they matched the paint perfectly. You can't tell the vehicle was ever in an accident. I want to thank Garrick and Conner for their professional work and attention to detail. 10/10 will recommend to others.

My Honda Civic was parked at my apartment and someone hit my car causing front end damage. Thankfully, the other driver filed a claim through their insurance, so I could get my car repaired. I contacted Rife's and scheduled a drop off. Having an accident can be a very stressful time, but Brad Hennen at Rife's was great with communicating and keeping me updated. Rife's worked with the other driver's insurance company, and they got approval to fix all the repairs. It's also great that Rife's is a certified Honda repair shop, so they used original Honda parts. Rife's did a fantastic job making my car look new again. The paint job was amazing and the front end looks perfect. They had my car washed and looking pristine. I would definitely use and recommend Rife's for any auto body needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have always taken my vehicle to Rife's when needing repairs from an accident. This time there was a hiccup with insurance and what they would cover. The Rife's team was great, especially Conner Turk. He knew the situation I was in and worked with both the insurance company and myself to come to a conclusion that worked for everyone. I can't thank Conner enough for the time and effort put into the process. Makes the whole thing that much more enjoyable when no one wants to be doing it in the first place. During my repair, Rifes kept me updated all the way - cost, timing, part availability, you name it. Nate was especially communicative and he personally made the experience amazing. I will not be taking our VWs anywhere else!

Ride's made it so easy for me to get my side panels painted. they gave me a ruff estimate at a car meet that was like maby 2 bucks off actually. allowed me to drop the parts off at the car wash due to my schedule. and did the job in a timely manor as well as go above and beyond on quality. the peices turned out amazing.

Kudos to Rife's Auto Body in Westerville! I recently had my 2018 Jeep Cherokee repaired after a freeway accident. It looks better now than before it was hit. Rob got me in for an estimate right away; Ashley was prompt and professional at the front desk; and special thanks to Conner for keeping me updated every step of the way and for going to bat for me against the responsible party. Go to Rifes been before and its amazing work they do .. this time I didn't go to Rifes because they was so busy and I regret it 1000% so don't make the mistake I made and do a 1 and done and get it done right because now I have to worry if my cars even done correctly after taking it to Fineline ... I still don't have it back . They had it since June 20th and they won't be done maybe till Nov 20th . I should've went to Rifes . Ironically my husband and I both had to have body work done on our cars in the last month. We chose Rife's Auto Body due to its reputation. The work was done very well and in a timely manner, the process was smooth and well explained by the staff and we were both amazed at the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of our cars when they were returned to us. We highly recommend Rife's Auto Body! And we hope we don't have to use them again anytime soon, but if we do, we will be return customers!Service: Body & Trim

Rife s was very professional, thorough and trustworthy. They took care of all my back and forth communication with the insurance agency and were excellent at sending me texts and keeping me updated on my car s status. When I picked up my car, it was spotless on the outside and immaculate on the inside! They did a great job during the process with my difficult paint color. My car is 100% good as, it better than, new.

Rife s came through in the clutch and offered fast, excellent service on my car after I needed a window repair. Conner was extremely helpful in assisting with the process from handling the insurance company to providing daily updates on the progress of the repair. He was very knowledgeable and he made me feel confident that everything was taken care of, which was the case. Like everyone, I hate having to get my car repaired but if I have to do it, Rife s is the place to go. Take your car there and ask for Conner. You won t regret it!

2020 Chevy Blazer Redline - Parts and Labor 20k to fix after I was hit at 55+ while I sat at a stop light. Thought I was going to have to sell it after I got it back, but luckily I found Rife's and met Rob. Due to parts issues (out of Rife's control)the truck was in the shop for close to two months. I got the truck back and was at a loss for words. IT LOOKS AMAZING!!! Rob's customer service skills are beyond elite. His team IS THE BEST in the field and it shows. Thank you Rob and team as you brought much needed smiles, relief and joy to what I felt was a dire situation.

I had the best experience with Rife s in Grandview. I had never been in a car accident before and my insurance company was a bare to communicate with. Pam and Connor were amazing! They answered all of my questions and took care of things quickly. They were professional and had great customer service! The body work done on my car is fantastic- it looks like new! They even cleaned my car after repairs so the inside looked just as great as the outside. I wish I d never been in an accident, but I had a great experience with Rife s and they ve gained a customer for life!

They always do a thorough Inspection and high quality work on the vehicle . I ve worked with them a couple of times now. I m very particular about who works on my car and I feel comfortable and please with Rife s work. The only challenge was the communication between the shop and the insurance company. It s not the shop s fault but the insurance company creates delay in processing payment that could delay your pickup after the repairs. There has to be more close communication so both parties have the correct expectations for repairs finish date and payment allocation.

Tesla Model 3 had damage to driver side rear quarter panel. Car has been restored to pristine condition. They did a fantastic job on the car and made it perfect again.The whole process was very slow, and I think this is mainly Tesla s issue. It took several weeks for insurance, then a month for parts to be delivered and finally a month to get the repairs done.Throughout the process they kept in close communication with texts which was very nice. I highly recommend Rife s for the quality of their work and professionalism.

I have taken my car to Rife s twice, and both times the service was impeccable. My car looks brand new, you would never know there was any damage to it and it s beautifully detailed inside and out. Conner was amazing at keeping me up to date on the process with the insurance company, as well as the progress of my vehicle. The entire staff is pleasant, professional, and so easy to work with. I will never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Rife s!

I appreciate Rife s attention to detail at every step of the process. The detailing inside and out is at the highest level of quality. My Honda HR-V looks like the day I brought it home from the dealership. The individuals I worked with explained every step of the process and worked seamlessly with Nationwide. The entire Rife s team s customer service was Best in Class!I ve had my vehicle in for bodywork 3 times due to fender benders and each time they ve bent over backwards to help me out and even ribbed me about having my vehicle in yet again!The name of the man who walked me through the process name is escaping me.I hope I never have to see you guys again, but if I do, it is comforting to know I ve got an organization that will guide me through the entire process and that I ll be pleased with the final product.Service: Body & Trim

Rife s responded right away to my repair inquiry & got us in within a reasonable amount of time. The body work was going through insurance & Rifes was very upfront with me about the process and how long they would have my vehicle. They kept me updated every step of the way. My car was ready in the allotted time. Super friendly people!! Highly recommend.

Rife s took care of everything. They handled the insurance company that was paying for the repair and made certain that Allstate covered everything to bring my car back to 100%. Rife s kept me informed of the repair progress every step of the way. This was the first time I ever handled an accident repair situation. Rife s team made it as easy as possible. And they stand behind their work. I totally recommend them.

Very good quality work. Only took off a star because communications aren't the best due to how busy they are with insurance claims. Also some confusion on their google page between Westerville and Grandview shops.

My brand new Jeep got rear ended 2 weeks after I purchased. Frame was bent, bumper messed up, some dents on side panel. Rife s did an amazing job with my Jeep, and making it look brand new. The employees were great to work with and keeping me updated on the process. I would highly recommend Rife s.
