Replaced my windshield wipers, they were on sale, the staff came out and replaced them for me! Thanks Napa

Good service from Jeff. Didn't give up when one vendor didn't have part in stock.

Fast friendly service! Really appreciate the help these guys give to those of us who are not mechanically inclined

They charge more, have terrible service, and just ignore online orders until you come in the store. Every time I have ordered something online from these guys I get a message that reads"Please wait to be notified before heading to the store. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up." But they never fill them until you get there, and half the time they didn't even have the item. They charge 25% more than the manufacturer (Porsche in my case) for an OEM part, and they ignore the orders, and didn't even look up from their web-surfing or reply when I said "Hi" as I walked in.I don't know how they stay in business.

Terrible experience with this location. Ordered wheel bolts for my old beetle. Had to go in three different times for 10 bolts. Ended up purchasing 15 because they didn t have 10 that matched. I now have 3 different sets of mismatched bolts. 5 of the bolts were clearly worn down, covered in grime/grease. Guessing they were returned. Another set is painted bright red. When I asked for a clean set, I was told they could be ordered but there was no guarantee they would look nice. Terrible customer service and no concern for the customer at all. To get attitude instead of understanding from an employee is unacceptable. Don t waste your time with this location. Also, they decided they close at 6, not 7 (website and Google not updated). Even more useless considering the number of parts stores in Westerville open until 9pm.

Came in for a line for my truck. When I entered the store the only one available was the manager. He begrudgingly looked up from his cell phone which he was playing with and seemed put out and annoyed at my presence from the start at a level that was something I've never encountered in any customer service. The thread on the line I bought from them originally didn't index with my vehicle - which was no problem. The manager would not even look at the fitting when I asked for his advice on what kind of thread it was, and where I could potentially get an adapter. Just replied with "there's no way for me to figure it out". Really? Two minutes of me searching on the auto parts directory showed me the thread size. Incredibly unhelpful and rude. He just wanted me to leave so he could continue playing on his phone. I will not be patronizing this store again and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid this location.

An auto parts store is supposed to be there for you. It s supposed to be convenient. This location is located on Main St of a town. There is literally no reason for this location to close at 7pm. There are multiple other Napa locations that do not close this early. Also, of all the auto parts stores, this closing time is the earliest.I ll put it this way...If the customer service wasn t excellentIf the parts weren t exceptionalIf they ever did really anything to even upset me a little....I would stop going simply on the principle that YOUR CAR CAN BREAK AT ANY TIME and they close their store right near the end of rush hour. People literally aren t even home from work yet and this place is closing it s doors. Ridiculous.

Ask for Jeff he is the best there is. In my opinion napa has better parts than the competition. I frequent this location and my only real complaint is the managers come and go like the seasons. I have no idea why Jeff is not the manager, I'm fairly sure he runs that place anyway. I have large vehicles and heavy equipment and they are usually able to get me the parts i need.

Bought some parts and went out to my car and it would not start. Went back in and explained what was happening. Anf the store manager seemed put out that I asked for help to see it was the battery. After checking the battery he said it was fine and just walked back in. Would have expected an auto parts store to be a little more help. Waiting for the tow truck he walks be me again to get his lunch and does not acknowledge me or anything. Wont be coming back here again

For the most part always have what you need, I work on a lot of different things, if I need something oddball they are not above telling who might have it if they don't. The staff is easily above par for your auto parts store these days, and they still have a few guys who can say well the book doesn't say it and still go grab you the right thing, people forget how valuable that is. Just to defend the comment that states that they are "rude", I have not seen them be rude once. I have asked them plenty of PITA questions without any grief. Their stock is a little different than the NAPAs' that I grew up with in southern Ohio, more automotive, and less industrial and Semi parts, but its not their market, and they will get it. Gary always does a great Job.

Napa sucks I recently bought 230 dollars worth of head gasket kit paid cash and after finding out I threw a rod I needed to buy a block they wouldn t return the parts because I paid cash basically told me I was crewed. So I said what if I bought a battery to get less cash back they told me they don t carry money in the store. Now how is it Napa will except my cash payment but can t return cash money. Plus we all know Napa is more expensive but we go there for service and better parts but when service goes out the window might as well go to advance or autozone. I could understand if my purchases totaled like 1000$ ya they don t have that much in storage but 100$ come on

I've been going to NAPA Westerville for years. I always go to Jeff if he is there. He is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. These guys know everything and are the real deal. The will also work with you on pricing sometimes, too.

Of all the auto parts stores I went to this day looking for a specific wheel but, this was the first store that actually seemed to know what they were talking about and they were able to help me

You know what NAPA is. What makes this place great is the manager. Super helpful every time I go in. There is one employee I'd avoid but usually a great experience.

I had a bad cell in my roommates son's car. And bought a replacement battery. Took it home and installed it. Works like a champ.

I always feel like they are more geared for helping repair shops than customers. I go here partly because of the fact that repair shops trust them even though their service is not the best.

I've been there twice. The counter guys have aways been helpful, and have always gotten the proper parts.
