I have spent probably 20 hours in the store before purchasing a bike... Every time I was greeted with a friendly face and lots of information. Shout out to Jennifer and George for helping me throughout this process as it was my first purchase! I will be coming back in the future for gear and more bikes.

Wow the people that work there are so friendly and helpful, I've never had experience with bikes or off road vehicles and they took the time to answer my questions and help me. And I did not feel like they expected me to make a purchase. I think this spring I'm going to get my first bike maybe, but I'm definitely going here when that time come very professional staff and clean safe environment. Highly recommended.

I wanted to give a higher review. I went in for a new ,23 Sportsman 850 listed in their website. Nobody approached me to help me and when I asked a sales rep for help he wanted to eat his lunch instead. Upon finally getting someone to help, I m told this 23 model was pending. Ok, well I m here with money in hand and will take the machine now. They wouldn t do that. They did have a 24 with some mark downs that I settled on getting. They gave me a far deal on my trade and the rep began the process of the sale of the machine. I wanted to add on a front and rear bumper plus a winch for this machine. This was added to my overall bill, but was told they would have to be ordered and they would let me know when they were in. I was sent over to do my paperwork and pay for this ATV. I was a little shocked, however, that this machine was not fully cleaned up, detailed and completely topped off with gas prior to me taking possession. Six days later, I sent a text message into my rep asking when the bumpers and the winch would be available. I was told the winch was available for pick up. I was also told that one bumper had invoiced from Polaris and the other had not invoiced. I had no clue what this even meant. So I responded back and asked when can I pick up the front and rear bumper. The response I received was the rear bumper will be in sometime next week. If the front bumper does not invoice by the end of next week, it could be several months. What a disappointment this was. This should ve been discussed at the time of purchase. I went in the following day to pick up my winch and discussed with the parts department about these bumpers. They gave me my winch and gave me the bad news of the front bumper would not be available till June. I told them that I would need a refund for the bumpers as June was too far out. they told me that they were unable to give me a refund because all parts specially ordered are nonrefundable and non-returnable. This did not fly with me. I was not told about the delay when purchasing, and I certainly wasn t told I couldn t cancel or return. They did end up giving me my money back for the two bumpers. The funny thing is is the identical bumpers from Polaris are available on Amazon. As a dealer they can t get them, but I can order them right off Amazon. Partially because of how the machine was delivered to me upon purchase and because of how the whole extra parts problem arose I can only give them two stars.

The guys at the parts counter are amazing. I bought tires for my Honda rancher 2004 two-wheel drive. Whole set of tires oil set filter rear axle oil, brakes up front, anything and everything I needed. They had very very nice in the places. Quite large with thriving people everywhere

I highly recommend buying your parts, whether it s in store or online through eBay or Amazon from Iron Pony Motorsports. They have by far, THE BEST and most CARING customer service. I spoke with Trisha about a slight issue with my most recent order, called today and she fixed it with no hassle and instantly without hesitation. I am beyond happy with my purchase. THANK YOU TRISHA FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO IRON PONY MOTORSPORTS for having such AMAZING staff!!!!

If you like to ride any outside toy you will absolutely love The Iron Pony. Great place to ride your harleys too. Literally a grown man's toys r us for men and anyone that loves to play or ride outdoors. If you need gear from adult to children they got it and Really good prices we will be back

They have soon much stuff yet seem to be short on some items. Motor cycle seat selection very few to choose from. No "extras" In Some areas such as bras for fenders etc. But very helpful.

Great place if you are a man or one of the few women bikers who wear size small and are tall. No other sizes available in women s clothing. Would b a good place if u need a helmet, they have a large selection, that s why 2 stars. Very disappointing.. was told by employee the owners have been told multiple times about clothing sizes And have done nothing about it.

Not gonna lie, I have not had the best experience at iron pony, I bought a can am I am not happy with at all and have not had much luck with people hearing me out.Except Donnel Washington in service department, he is an awesome person! Anytime I've talked to him he has been patient, understanding, kind, compassionate, empathetic and sincere he has gone above and beyond to help me and always does what he says he is going to do. He I'm very appreciative of him and Jackson for helping me today to settle an issue .PS... I also bought a kawasaki and I love it, so all the bikes are not bad. I just won't buy another used one from here probably.

Great shop for anything motorcycle related, great selection for female riders. Service is good but can take awhile to get you scheduled for maintenance so plan ahead. I really enjoy that they have started having a weekend food truck.

Excellent customer service!I highly recommend Iron Pony Motorsports for their price, wide range of products, and excellent customer service. I had a delivery issue through the Amazon storefront and the store responded in record time, offered alternatives, and as a whole treated me with the same level of friendliness as they would have if I was there in person. It's awesome to see this level of professionalism. I look forward to shopping directly through their online store again!

If your deal shopper they had alot cleance stuff store was well organized by dealer so didn't need much help find my area. The staff was pleasant and helpful found me gloves in my size in there over stock.

I would not recommend this place outside of just trying on gear, better deals and way better service at the other locations in town. Do not bring your older bikes there even to have tires changed. Any of their competitors bring about a professional manner more than pony ever can. They refuse to pay to hire qualified techs and knowledgeable mechanics. Won t tell you about lack of finishing maintenance after a simple part install. I would not risk my life w their work.

Wanted cheap helmets for the times we use them. $150 out the door for 2 decent helmets and 2 new pairs of gloves! Absolutely love the hunt to. Incredible amount of options.

Went to my favorite large size bike shop today in Columbus, Iron Pony. They carry a lot of brands that are not readily available everywhere. They have ducati, triumph, indian, beta, aprilia, vespa, polaris, slingshot, and all the big 4 Japanese manufacturers.It's a little bit of a drive to get over there, but it's really hard to order gear and just hope that it fits or that the texture feels right.I got to view plenty of excellent machines as you can see in my pictures. There are so many more models that I didn't take pictures of. The two bikes I was really looking for were not in stock, but they do regularly have them.These guys could easily take all my money. It's always a struggle too make sure they don't.

First time ever stopping at the Iron Pony. Have seen numerous people wearing shirts and other people brag about it. I wasn't that impressed. They do have a huge selection of utv's and a massive selection of helmets. And I did see a lot of employees. Just didn't do it for me. The worst was the urinal was up against the wall and my foot was partially in the stall with a guy taking a deuce.

I scheduled my bike to be picked up and dropped off due to a manufacturer recall. I was charged $418.00 without my consent for an oil service. To make a long story short the service manager Jeff waived the charged but his verbiage, actions and physical approach was very demeaning and threatening. My rim was scratched and sleeve for my bike key was misplaced. I sent several emails to Upper Management-Alan and as of today I am still waiting on a response. I am a woman of color. The service manager should never feel comfortable to be combative nor should he have felt comfortable to walk behind me then get in my face. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION. I WILL NEVER FEEL COMFORTABLE GETTING MY BY SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION...

Great selection of gear! Very knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of motorcycles and off-road vehicles. Learning to ride? Ask them about the Ohio Basic Rider Skills course. Start out right.

Two wheels, three or even 4...I defy anyone to find a better selection or service.Additionally, the parts department is deep with inventory and knowledge. They had an oddball tire size in stock that I searched for online without success!It's also the place to find accessories, clothing, riding gear... anything you'd ever need at prices that rival online retailers. Family owned!
