Had our VW CC repaired there. Excellant work, we got hit in our drivers side rear quarter and you would never know now. Smooth repair and a great job blending the paint. This is the same shop all the high end cast dealers use, they are the ones who recommended it to me.

Absolutely no complaints. The only hiccup I encountered was that the hood for my car was back ordered for MONTHS. No fault of IBS. They kept me informed as to when the hood would be in and car was done within the time frame they gave me.

It took a month to get an appointment for an estimate (they are popular), which I had within an hour after they looked at the car. They gave me an appointment for another month out (parts availability seems to be a universal problem due to supply chain issues). They replaced the back bumper on my 2012 Prius in less than 2 days, including painting and "baking". The color was a perfect match, and they returned the car very nicely washed. It even had shiny tires!

IBS was given my cat to repair through State Farm, they were extremely helpful and called me to keep me constantly updated. Although my car was deemed totaled by State Farm they did an amazing job at taking care of my needs and my vehicle!! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for future repairs.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving one star is that the communication with the shop was above-average. Everything else was a horrible experience.When I was informed the repair was complete I went to pick up my vehicle. I noticed numerous defects in the paint on the bumper, including a scratch with red paint from another vehicle. There is also new damage to the front fender that was poorly repaired with touch-up paint. There was no fender damage prior to entering their shop.I asked them to correct the bumper, and Rocco told me I had to wait several weeks for the paint to cure. I went home and reviewed my dashcam footage from the time they were in possession of my vehicle, and one of their techs was abusing the transmission. Now, I had to choose between having the paint done correctly and letting their employee damage my transmission further, or to ignore their poor quality work.If you want the work done well and your vehicle respected, this isn't the place to go.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Literally just picked up my car from this place and I m very satisfied ! This is actually my second time coming, they re the only ones I trust with my car. I had to get my front bumper and light replaced and within a week it was fixed ! I turned in their parking lot and saw my car shining ! Not to mention they cleaned the inside too ! Spotless and look brand new ! Rocco is great and the lady in the front is a sweetheart. It s a family owned business and you can tell they re very proud of what they do ! Wouldn t have it any other way !

IBS did an amazing job repairing my fender & side! Priced reasonably, kept me updated, finished early, & friendly receptionist. When I pulled in, the sun shining on my car was radiant. Excellent service, very friendly and informative! I have already used IBS once and was happy now After hitting a deer, I am using them again to fix my car and when i called with questions Roger i believe it was answered my questions and explained the why to me which i really appreciated! I know the service will be just as good as the first one and my car will be like it was when I get it back!

Rocco was amazing from start to finish! The work done left my car looking better than before the accident I was involved in, that brought me here in the first place. This was not in-network shop with my insurance, but it was a smooth process the entire way through. I had my car in because someone hit me and tried to break into my car 2 separate incidents. From beginning to end they did a fantastic job. Raylene was the front desk and was always polite and helpful no matter what you needed. Rocco was always accommodating and let's you know what's going on with your car. I got it back and it looks brand new and to my surprise they cleaned it out. GREAT JOB GUYS. I'll be back if anything else is needed.Service: Body & Trim

They did an absolutely amazing job! My car was hit and ended up having to have the bumper replaced. They were able to get me in quickly for both the estimate and the repair. Unfortunately, we have been here too many times, but Rocco and his staff are the best. Our vehicle always comes out looking like new. Raylene is the first person you meet when you arrive and you couldn't ask for a more friendly person. Nobody wants to have the inconvenience of getting your car fixed after an accident, but the people at IBS Collision make it so much better. If you need a rental, the rental company will be there when you arrive and your car is ready when they say it will be.

We had IBS do some paintless dent repair on the hood of our Mini and I was blown away! There is no sign of the repair at all, absolutely beautiful. They also repaired the front bumper cover and repainted it, again perfect! I am extremely pleased. They were quick, very reasonably priced, and do beautiful work! After doing some research and looking at reviews, I chose IBS when someone hit my car and there was a little damage to my front bumper. Rocco scheduled me for an appointment right away. I was lucky in that there was really only some paint transfer from the other car. Rocco took pictures, and then went right to work sanding and buffing the spot. He was able to fix it right there and didn t even charge me for it. This really struck me because there are very few places that would have done that knowing they could have collected on someone s insurance. It is gestures like this, as well as trust and honesty that keep people coming back. I know that I will recommend them to anyone that needs the services they provide.Service: Body & Trim

This was my first time using the IBS Collision Center. This has been the best experience I have had with a body shop. Rocco kept me informed through the entire process, and provided me options to fix some damage to my bumpers and front quarter panels. The team went above and beyond to make my experience great. I will definitely return if i ever need body work done again. Great shop!

Someone hit me in the parking lot and my mechanic recommended this place. They fixed my car beautifully and worked with my insurance to get an additional $805 dollar supplement for the damages. After I crunched our beautiful Honda Civic into the back of a Toyota van on I-71, our insurance company wrote it off as a total loss. Rocco worked with us to restore our car for almost exactly the insurance payout. IBS was great, communicated often and although the shop always seemed busy, I felt like I was their most important customer. That's exceptional customer service!! They let me take photos when the car was torn down and the IBS staff who performed the work clearly cared about restoring our car. Rocco advised us regarding the process to retitle the car. We got our beautiful car back and it's better than ever! Thank you Rocco and the entire IBS staff! I hope to never need your services again but we know the best place to go if we do. IBS!!!

I was very happy I chose this shop. Rocco was very helpful every step of the way and with any issues that came up. Even with needing supplemental repairs, he always kept me updated and informed. I just got my car back a few days ago and am very pleased with the repairs.

I'm extremely picky when it comes to body and paint work given that I've done restorations myself. Rocco did just a fantastic with my car and quickly. This is really the only pleasant body shop experience I've ever had. Given that I had previously lived in LA for 30 years, I didn't know of a good body shop here in the Columbus area. Now that found IBS, I can start buying old cars again. Again, I can't overstate how happy I am with Rocco's work.

I took my GMC Yukon XL Denali here on a recommendation after I was rear ended and they did amazing work. Not only did they go above and beyond with the repairs but they got it done In six days instead of the 11 the insurance company quoted me. Easy to schedule with and took care of all aspects of the rental car. 10/10 would return for service / recommend.

Absolutely perfect color match on a 6-year-old Nissan. Vehicle was finished in exactly the number of days they quoted for exactly the price quoted. I am thrilled with the outcome and I'm a very picky car owner.

I had two BMW Z3's repaired there. One was for a scratch on the passenger side door to rear quarter and they blended the paint perfectly and the other was for the front bumper being repainted due to curb rash. The work was superb. These guys specialize in Ferrari restoration so that has to tell you something. I also had my Nissan Altima rear bumper repainted. They did a great job on it as well. I saw some negative reviews on here and can't understand why. I would trust these guys to fix anything. Rocco the Manager will do whatever it takes to make sure your car is right. Thumbs up to IBS.

They fixed my bumper and fog lamp back to OE with OE parts and paint to match in exactly the time they said, at exactly the cost. They dealt with both my insurance and rental arrangements. I was able to pick up my rental as I left them my car and drop my rental off to them when I picked my car back up. The repair looks and feels great. Car repairs can be a headache but Rocky and the team made it absolutely painless.

They repaired a stress crack in the front bumper of my 2014 Ford Taurus. It was done to perfection! You cannot tell there was ever a crack. Looks better than when it was in the showroom. Rocco and his staff are excellent.

Went in for an estimate on replacing license plates, as the screws were completed rusted stuck and stripped. Another body shop quoted me at $100-200 after inspecting the car and plates.Both the man (name starts with an R?) I met at the front desk and the technician (didn't catch his name) were helpful and polite. Even though I went in for an estimate, 10 minutes later my car rolled out with updated plates and hardware. Best part: no charge. Thank you for the great service and attitude!

I have had two vehicles repaired with IBS. The first was the result of a deer collision. Work was OK but customer service not good. My wife went to pick up vehicle and the guy just tossed her the keys and walked away.My second vehicle had rear bumper damage. So while it was in for that, I paid extra to have the front bumper painted as well. When I picked it up it look ok from the outside. However, they forgot to plug the trailer light plug back in on the rear bumper - that took me a day of my time to figure out, thought it was my trailer that was bad-, and they made a mess of the front wheel wells in that they were not attached properly and were just dangling in the wells. Closer inspection showed that it looked as though when they removed the front bumper they just pulled it away from the hardware that connected it to the wheel wells. Evidenced by all the screw holes being torn out. When I took it back to have them look at it, no apologies, just a matter of fact that looks like it needs this or that. They ordered the parts and told me they would call me the next day to get the vehicle in. Well it's now been a month and I had to call them.

Someone scratched my car's front bumper while taking turn in a parking lot. 1st took it to another auto body shop.they gave me a estimate of $1200. then took my car to IBS and the guy who checked my gar brought some chemical and cleaned the bumper, all scratch gone as if nothing happened. So I paid zero just because the guy was honest to the customer .Highly recommended as honesty matters more than money.
