Website is very user friendly. Was able to identify the proper tires for my vehicle quickly and compare multiple products to help decide what to buy. Overall prices were fair with good warranty and rebate offers, I think I got a great deal on replacement of full 4 tires.Online scheduling of appointment at my preferred location was also really easy. I showed up few mins early for my appt at Westerville store but had no wait time at desk to drop off my car. Despite being a Saturday, and on a holiday weekend when they were closing early to boot, they called me less than 2 hrs later saying it was ready for pickup. No wait time at desk when I arrived. Staff were really friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions clearly. Didn t walk away feeling uncertain or wondering exactly what I paid for and never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted.The entire process was seamless and much faster than I expected. Will definitely return to this specific location for future services and will recommend to others as well. Excellent experience all around!

Went in for a tire repair, great atmosphere and Excellent service. Was greeted by Mark, very professional and he handed my tire off to Tyler for the repair. Extremely nice and very professional, had it repaired in no time and at no charge! Thank you guys so much . Great people here highly recommended.

Best Auto Repair Place in Westerville!!I've had a huge nail in my Continental tire this Thursday and the Firestone guys told me they could take a look at it only on Saturday! Are you kidding me? Now, I've stopped by the Good Year store where Mark and John took good care of me. John grabbed my key and fixed the tire, quickly. The best part of it all - it was FREE!! Great place, great guys, awesome service - I'm their customer for life now. Thank you!

I called this location (~4:05pm on 2/7, 55 minutes before they close) and someone answered the phone, Hello? like it was their cell phone or something. I was in the middle of saying Hi, is this Goodyear in Westerville? when I was hung up on. Extremely poor customer service. Guess they don t need business so they won t be getting mine.

I normally do not leave reviews unless service is A1! I went into the location of Sunbury Rd. (next door to the McDonald s), just to point out the right one. Well on June 3rd between the hours of 3pm and 4pm, I walked in without an appointment and was greeted at the door (Star #1). I explained to them that I needed a repair on my tire, he walked me to my car and pulled out the tire from my trunk (Star #2). He advised me he was going to look at it and see what he could do. When he came back to me, he said he can take care of it and all he needed was my keys (Star #3). When he was finished, he came back and said he was done and I was good to go. He told me if I ever needed anything to come back (Star #4). A lot of places do not ask for your to return, they take your money and keep it pushing. The service was amazing from start to finish!!! Now what did it for me is when I got in my car and my tire sensor light system was reset. I didn t even have to ask them about it (Star #5,6,7,8,9-100). That is what you call dedicated to Customer Service. Good Year you have an amazing staff on your hands and I will be back!!!!!!

My drivers rear tire kept losing air. So I went to my Goodyear store where I bought my tires, to see if a mail was I the tire Saturday mornings. They took it in right away and plug the tire. They didn t even charge me. That made my day. Thank you to the guys at Goodyear store in Westerville, OH. on Sunbury Rd.

This Goodyear service center is awesome! My best friend has been going their for years and recently shared this repair shop with me. Their shop Manager Mark is great to work with in regards to explaining the service to be performed along with great pricing. They acquired a new customer for life to service my Marauder

I called my insurance , received the tow service support and went to this Good YearImmediately within a minute, took my car inside and fixed the flat tire in 10-15 mins. Technician came and gave the key saying fixed.Great and faster service. Nothing to pay - as it was fix of good year tire onlyI definitely recommend this place for others to do any service.Great professional service overall!!

I took my daughter to get tires because of a leaky tire. I was thinking she should get all new tires. The manager Mark looked at the tires and told us honestly she can go with these tires for two more seasons. He changed all the tire valves and we added an oil change. What a blessing to have an honest experience with a man of integrity. I feel safe and confident that if my daughter ever needs help with her care she can go to Goodyear and receive an honest experience.Would recommend to anyone who has a college student that needs help with their car when you can't be there for them. This place is legit. My husband and I have been going for years and the work and customer service is outstanding. Just today I took my new (to me) car in for an oil change and look-over and instead of charging me for a service I didn t need Mark informed me everything looked great, oil was fine, no charge, and sent me on my way.Without fail they have been honest with us on what needed to be done to our cars and never suggest a service until it is actually needed.

These guys are amazing. They were kind, caring, and fast. When other shops said they couldn t get me in until next week, this Goodyear got me in immediately and took less than an hour to fix my tire. My job was quick and easy enough that they didn t even charge me. They will definitely get my service in the future.

Needed a flat tire repaired. First place I went told me I needed four new tires. Stopped in GooYear, the friendly staff got me right in, repaired the tire, and was out in 20 minutes. No charge! Thank you! Will definitely always use Goodyear in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that work here. They are honest, courteous, and provide great service! There isn t another auto service establishment in Ohio that I would trust more with my vehicle! I tell everyone I know about them.

I had the opportunity to work with Mark last Thursday and he was just absolutely amazing! Very professional and very courteous! I needed a tire patched and he got me taken care of in about 30 minutes! He asked me if I had my wheel lock key and I got it for him and when he was finished he put it back exactly where he d seen me get it and after finishing he put my spare tire back in it s proper place. Then pulled my car to the door for a smooth departure! What a neat and clean location! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone! Wonderful wonderful! Thank you Mark for an awesome experience after the frustrating mishap of tire trouble!

The guys always do a great job here. They normally have hours that work with my weird schedule. Service is fast. They only do what is needed. No pressure to buy or have more work done than is needed. I will say that the waiting area leaves something to be desired but you can walk across to a nearby store and they will call you when done.

Mark greeted me immediately when I entered the shop. He was professional and courteous. They got my car right in, diagnosed the issue, then made the repair within minutes! I highly recommend this shop for excellent customer service! A rare occurrence these days!

I picked up a screw in my Goodyear tire on 12/27... I had purchased the road hazard so I called the place they were installed amd a second location. Neither could guarantee me they'd be able to get the repair done the same day. This location took me in IMMEDIATELY, had me out in a half hour and charged me nothing at all (and topped off my washer fluid. FABULOUS service and I'll plan to come here in the future!

John, John and Mark are wonderful. I recommend this Goodyear to anyone I know because they do excellent work any time I ve needed a car repair or new tires. I ve been coming here since 2011 and can say that they are very friendly and honest. They will not try to sell you anything additional you do not need. Previously, they have told me when I d need a repair but it could wait, and how much O could expect it to cost so I could budget for it. I can t thank them enough.

I was heading out of town and picked up a nail in my tire. I pulled in to ask for assistance and the manager took my keys and had me back on the road in 10 minutes!! He was very kind and helpful. I will be going back! Best part is he didn't even charge me for the repair so I went across the street and brought the shop doughnuts back to say thank you for their service.

I noticed a slow leak in one tire on Saturday at 4 pm so I called Goodyear and was told to come over and they'll take care of me. They immediately took my car in and one small repair and I was out in 6 minutes at no charge!After reading other reviews it seems this is a common practice and it's very smart as even though I've never been to this location before, they will get my future business!Thanks guys for bailing me out!

I was in a bind with a flat tire on my truck. They got me in the same day, fixed the flat, which apparently only had a very small hole, and sent me on my way free of charge.Small things like this are why I will be back time and time again for my tires and any related service. Already bought a set of 4 recently because it s not the first time they have gone above and beyond in the service of my vehicles. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Mark at this location, was incredible! I was in town from Florida and had a flat tire. He got me right in and fixed up immediately! He was so pleasant. Nothing was a problem or inconvenience for him. I would recommend this place again and again.

What an amazing experience!I had rushed over on my lunch break just to see if they could tell me what was going on with my tire and if I needed a new one. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes with a non leaking tire! Thank you to John who was very polite, helpful, and provided great customer service. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
