Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with at Gerber was very friendly and knowledgeable. But I have to say 5 stars for Ron alone. Ron meticulously examined my car and the damages. He left no stone unturned. He keeps you informed in every step of the repair process. My car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off, and looks brand new. Thank you to Ron and everyone at Gerber!!

I had a great experience with Gerber. Ron was my point of contact and was so friendly and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. My car came back to me looking better than it did before my accident. Ron even had my interior cleaned up for me! I couldn t recommend Ron and Gerber more. Thank you!!

Ron at the Westerville location really helped us out after our car was stolen. He walked us through the process of repairs, sending pictures with updates. He also took the time to answer all my questions. When we picked up the car, he went over the invoice & pointed out exactly where on the car the repairs took place. A very satisfactory experience out of a terrible situation. Definitely recommend.

This place and our technician went above and beyond to get our car fixed right. We have a slightly older vehicle and they treated it and us like it was every bit as important as a new car. The communication was good and the work was perfect!

I had a great experience using Gerber for an auto repair. Ron was my point of contact and he was great at communicating with me about the repair status and letting me know what to expect from the moment I arrived to the moment I drove away in my car. Insurance wanted me to use this shop, set up an appointment. I called in before the appointment with a question and got a nasty attitude on the phone and when I told him I didn't care for his attitude and will go somewhere else he laughed. Big nationwide chain that gets fed business from insurance companies so they apparently don't care how they treat people. Makes me wander what they will do to my car behind the scenes. I'll be going to more of a local family owned company, where they still care about the customer.

Worst collision repair ever. Sam, the service rep, never kept his promise.1. Increased estimate last second, although insurance paid.2. Claimed parts were not available from dealer. I had to call back several times and waited for 60 days, and eventually I had to buy the rear door trim on myself from a local dealer.3. They put both trims on, but the front one (they claimed they bought from the same local dealer) was not installed correctly. I also had to buy another front trim piece and installed it by myself. It is a very easy job but these folks were incapable of getting it done.4. Promised to refund my part cost (for the rear, $50+). I gave him my receipt, but never received anything back, not even a phone call.Please stay away from this business. I do not recommend them.

I had a good experience getting my car fixed at this location after a small accident that caused damage to my Mazda's front bumper. Jim is a nice and friendly guy who cares about his customers. From the start I felt everything was transparent and organized. Although some of my car's parts came in later than expected but that was because they were on the back order due to post covid supply chain issues and because they don't use aftermarket parts. Text message notifications regarding repair status was also a great way to communicate and keep me in the loop. So in sum I'd use five phrases to match my five-star rating; customer service, reliable, communication, friendly, and transparent. I recommend this place and hope you have same or even better experience.Service: Body & Trim

The customer service from everyone here is FANTASTIC! A deer ran into the road and hit my car and I had to take it here to get an estimate. All the associates I interacted with were soo very friendly, helpful and professional. While I was waiting in the waiting area I watched numerous interactions with staff and other customers and the staff interacting with each other. ALL the interactions were sooo courteous and exceptional! I have only great things to say about this place and the high level of customer service. You should all be commended! Your great level of customer service is rare these days. Bravo to you all!

Jim and Shelby are always professional and customer service friendly. They keep you involved in the process while your vehicle is being serviced and always keeps you informed of any delays or issues. Took my vehicle in for an estimate on repairs and was told by Ron that I would receive an estimate the next day. Did not hear from him and he didn t return my call. I finally got ahold of him a couple of days later and he finally provided an estimate. I agreed to have them do the repairs and Ron committed to let me know when the part was in so that we could schedule the repair. Two weeks and several inquiries later, I ve yet to hear anything back from him. My effort to give him multiple attempts to earn my business has cost us almost a month of use of our vehicle.

The gentleman working on my car was amazing. He was able to make my car look almost like new... she is 2007. I was impressed start to finish. Very professional, personable, and made sure things were done completely and done well. They also kept me updated, and just did an overall amazing job. Dropped my Mustang off on Monday and received professional care and attention from the moment I walked through the door. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional and attended to my needs and concerns. To my suprise, my car was done by Friday and I picked it up to drive for the weekend. While my repair was not as crazy as some, I still was impressed with the speed and quality of the work done on my Mustang. My car is my baby and I honestly felt like it was treated with respect during it's visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this location based off the work and treatment I received. I know this sounds weird, but I hope to NOT come back, but if I ever have a fender bender again, THIS is the location that I would choose over and over. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It pays to be nice to people. I want to commend Jim he is a sweet great mechanic and educated. He fixed my repairs and has my side of the bumper looks like it never got into an accident. The professionalism the manager Anthony gave me was remarkable I have never met someone honest and understanding and willing to fixed slight repairs and even offered to take me home and bring my car back to me. As a woman, it's truly hard to find a genuine honest mechanic and not money-hungry and management that leads by an example.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came here because I had fairly minor incident with my car's front bumper on the passengers side. I want to give a shout out to Jim who is a great mechanic. Jim was not only very professional and nice but so was the rest of the staff at Gerber in Westerville. My car was fixed in 24 hours and the damage that was done to bumper looked like it had never even happened. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the work that was done.If your car has been in an accident and you have to pick a repair shop please pick this one as they do great quality work here.Service: Body & Trim

I m finally getting around to posting my review of service I received in early January. Jim and the team at Gerber Collision Westerville were amazing to work with. The communication and efficiency was really appreciated and the quality of work done to get my car back to normal after an accident was top notch. Jim took me around to show me all he replaced on my vehicle and I could tell he takes so much pride in what he does. There were certainly closer body shops to me but I chose this Westerville location due to the good reviews and I m here to say that this place has earned every single five star review. Great job, Jim and crew. They also worked with my insurance company and enterprise for my rental so the whole process was so painless.Service: Body & Trim

Gerber Collision & Glass in Westerville has some of the best customer service I have seen in recent times. My vehicle had to go there after getting rear ended on Christmas Eve, and they worked with me and the other person's insurance to ensure that my vehicle would be out of the shop and paid for properly. I drive this vehicle all the time, on many long journeys. The vehicle had salt all over it, and was a little bit dirty on the inside. My vehicle was fixed within a day, and when I went to pick it up I discovered that they had not only done an amazing job, but had also washed and vacuumed my vehicle for me! I didn't ask for this, nor did I pay for it, but they cleaned my vehicle for me, which is awesome considering it's much too cold this January for me to do it myself outdoors, and I was just waiting for some warm weather so I could clean my car. They went above and beyond my expectations, and were super friendly the entire time. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass! You have most definitely earned your 5 star rating!Service: Body & Trim

I had some insurance problems with my scheduled drop off, and the manager / team here really went the extra mile to get me taken care of. They also kept me well informed about my rav4 bumper repair, which came out looking brand new. It's hard to find a place these days that understands customer service is more than just the final repair, but this place sure does!

Worst repair shop in town. They had my car for a week straight and not a single repair was made, I was told to bring it back at a later time. Once I brought my car home I noticed the turn signal was blinking much faster than normal which is normally a sign something is wrong, it definitely was not doing that when I dropped it oft. A week or two later I got the call saying I could schedule a time to bring my car back and that it would be three days MAX. It is the morning of that third day so I gave a call to check up on the status of my car and now im being told it won't be ready until FRIDAY. I am moving up north next week and trying to prepare for a huge move without a car is incredibly hard. To put the cherry on top when I was using the night drop to drop my car off I tripped and fell HARD in their parking lot due to their parking lot being pitch black at night.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Through a series of unfortunate events, I had to use Gerber Westerville s services twice in just over two weeks. They are fantastic. Kept me up on the progress of the work and were much faster than I ever expected. From the front desk to the service bays, everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable, super nice, and knew what they were doing ....unusual in this day and age. Jim Mulleniex, my service tech (?) went above and beyond what I expected. The best feeling was, a week after the repairs were completed, I took the car to my regular mechanic for an oil change. When my mechanic, whom I trust completely, told me whoever repaired this front end did a great job. , I was thrilled ! Hope I don t need to see them again any time soon, but if I do, I ll be more than happy !Service: Body & Trim

My appraiser stated my car would take 9 days to repair. It took 25. Communication with the manager Justin proved to be a little difficult but Jim was wonderful and realistic with our timeline. My car was finished on a Friday and he drove it from Westerville to the Grove City location so we could get it before the weekend and put gas in the tank.

Got an estimate to remove some rust on the wheel well, and some touch ups on the trunk and door handle. They cleaned up the rust on the wheel well, but then told me that they weren't going to complete the touch ups, after my first visit they asked for a check and cashed it before finishing the job to my liking. After 4 visits to their shop, and 6 weeks later telling them I wasn't satisfied with the results I finally gave in and took the car home. I feel as if I've been scammed.1 year later and the wheel well is starting to rust again

Just got our Camry back after having extensive bodywork done to the vehicle. Looks like a shiny new penny! Excellent work and attention to detail. I especially appreciated the regular progress updates via text and they were always available to answer any questions. Paintwork is outstanding as is the bodywork. This is the 4th car we've had repaired by Gerber (thanks to terrible Columbus drivers) and all the jobs were done to 100% satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended. I took my car to Gerber Westerville and worked with Jim. He was very professional and timely. We unfortunately were dealing with a difficult insurance company and Jim helped out to the fullest extent he could to try and help me. The car turned out great and looks brand new.
