I was very impressed by the entire experience as a first time customer at Excite Collision. I delayed getting the repairs addressed due to the fact that I had two separate claims with two different insurance companies; honestly I was intimidated by the prospect of it. Immediately Tom was able to get me set up in advance with a rental car and an appointment to drop my vehicle off, assuring me they'd handle everything along the way. Upon arrival, Dennis checked me in, delivered a fantastic rental vehicle while I waited, and handed it all over to the collision project manager, Kevin. Kevin's communication throughout the few weeks my vehicle was in the shop was out of this world. I couldn't believe I was getting that level of customer service, just as promised. When I picked up my son's car, I was blown away by how incredible it looked. Seriously, the technicians did an amazing job! The full service, white glove treatment I received was unexpected but appreciate beyond what words can convey. In closing, they did great work on the vehicle and took care of my complicated claims without much involvement from my end. HOPEFULLY I won't need to use them again but if I do, they'll 100% get my business. THANK YOU, EXCITE!

Kevin at Excite Collision went the extra mile with me. When we interacted he came across as a professional that I could trust. The outcome with the opposing insurance comp... Think Patrick Mahomes was undesirable at best and borderline criminal. Kevin not only took care of my car to the highest degree. And I have had previous experience with Direct Collision on Morse Rd. and they trashed my vehicle. But Kevin also spent time helping me deal the insurance company. I will be returning in the future to right what the insurance company refused to do. No need to look elsewhere. If you love your vehicle, give Kevin a chance. He won't let you down in my experience.

Dustin and his team have been fixing and maintaining our cars for almost 10 years now. Their work is perfection. You couldn't tell my husband hit a deer when they were finished. Kept our youngest in a car when a box truck ran hers over. Helped work with our insurance company when needed. They will get the best parts and prices for your vehicles.

I have never had a collision prior to this. Tom, Kevin, and the whole team were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. I whole-hearted recommend them and would not hesitate to do business again.

Used excite a few years ago back when I got my car to fix the floor board then now I used them again to fix my car after someone vandalized it and you can't even tell my car is so clean looking they even took care of some body rust I was worried about
