I am 39. I have not taken my car to another person to repair since my first engine swap at 17. I made it 22 years without being stumped. Personally rebuilt countless VAG engines, and most recently the 3.0T supercharged. I spent 6 months, 6 grand and hundreds of hours rebuilding this thing only to develop a bizarre electrical issue after install. I spent 3 months trying to find my problem. Finally I relented and accepted the wisdom of my dad and took it to a specialist.Ken found the problem in less than 24 hours, fixed it, and was so fair in his pricing it was apparent he wanted the challenge.Notes about their professionalism:After Ken fixed the problem, it dawned on me that I caused the problem trying to fix the problem.....the cherry on top is that he didn't say a damn thing about that despite it likely being obvious to him. Humbled me without saying a word.I think this summarizes this business pretty well.I'm very greatful for their expertise, kindness, and professionalism.This business is truly one of a kind.

Great team - they are working for the customer and are listening to the customer. They provided me the inspection results and i expected lot of items knowing the condition of my VW CC, but they worked with me on addressing the most concerning repairs/fixes and adjusting the quote by looking for better priced parts. They never forced me or pressured me into doing anything that i didn't want and they provided their honest opinion on what they would address. They also removed the work hours where replacing one part requires removing some other part anyway. The team is friendly and definitively know what they are doing.

Dandini is the best repair shop I ever been to!! They are cheaper than the dealership and they explain things to me, so that I can understand. Bob is one of the friendliest guy I have met and very knowledgeable about Volkswagens and Audi would recommend them to anybody with these type of cars!! The best forget the rest!! Repaired my A6 today. Took 3 days to get the parts and fix my car. The communication was clear and very transparent from the time it was dropped off, diagnosed and repaired. Cost was informed at the first time it was agreed to fix and was consistent throughout the process.I would say they are very knowledgeable in terms of European care specifically Audi and VW.The cost was reasonable for the repair done.The communication and information was passed along good.The time taken to fix is reasonable.I would bing my car for future services and issues as well. I m also hoping that this fix will last long so better trust will be built on their service.Highly recommended.

Yes indeed! Dandini s makes that little bit too expensive Audi or Volkswagen just that much more acquirable. They are very HONEST, reasonable, and skillful in comparison to the place you got it . Ha! Bob will advise your path, Mr. Fetters, Mr. Miller among others will diagnose and make precise repairs in you and your vehicles best interest. Stop down to Westerville proper. If you live here and have not; what are you thinking???

This was the best experience I've had in dealing with mechanical car issues. Like a fool, I've been going to larger mechanics and have always left feeling taken advantage of and disappointed.The tech I worked with at Dandini's went above and beyond. He made me feel like my time was valuable and he listened to me when I explained my issues (gasp!). Wish I could remember his name!When I drove away my car felt like a brand new car - which I am driving a 2012, so that is a stretch. But I felt secure that I was safe and that with Dandini's, my old car will last me many years to come, which is my goal.The crazy part is, that even with the increase in service and quality of work, I ended up paying a fraction of what I was quoted at the larger place I used to frequent.10/10 cannot recommend this place enough! Also, extra points because there was a super cute puppy who greeted me when I dropped my car off in the morning (Shout out to Cooper!)

I previously brought my older Volkswagen to Dandini s for servicing approximately a decade ago. Their service was excellent and their charges were very reasonable. I then bought newer cars that had to be serviced at a Dealer due to manufacturer s warranty requirements. However, last year I bought a one-owner 2015 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 and I recently had it serviced at Dandini s. I am happy to say that the service at Dandini s continues to be exceptional and the charges remain very reasonable. Dandini s believes in following the Volkswagen Manufacturer service guidelines and they only do what needs to be done, without padding extra services/charges. The only thing that appears to have changed in the past decade is that the business expanded into a larger building and they may have additional highly-skilled mechanics. Ken Kastle and the Dandini s team run an honest, fair, professional, business. My opinion is shared by hundreds of other reviewers. It is my suggestion that if you have a Volkswagen or an Audi that is no longer under manufacturer s warranty, you bring it to Dandini s for servicing.

I was in a little of a panic situation where my wife and grand daughter had lost a oil filter while driving. We had the car toed to Dandinis and they took care of the car in a reasonable time for a reasonable fee. They won me over with good honest service.

This was my first time taking my car to Dandini's and it was a great experience. There was no charge for checking my car to see if they could figure out what was wrong (intermittently, I couldn't get my VW Golf into gear). Because the problem was intermittent, Ken couldn't replicate the issue. When it happened to me again, I tried what Ken suggested and he was able to tell that the clutch needed to be replaced. The work was done as quickly as possible and for a reasonable price.I hope I won't have more issues with my car anytime soon - but when it does happen, I'll be going back to Dandini's.

Great service! Very helpful and communicative. GREAT PRICES! Came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than a rival shop in the area. Couldn t believe it to be honest and the guys here are much more friendly. I will only be taking my S5 to Dandinis from now on.

Dandini s is an honest, reasonably priced Audi auto shop that is a better alternative than the dealerships. They communicate well and are prompt. Highly recommend. Keith is great.

My first time here. I contacted them about an issue I was having with my car. Found out it's under warranty and they set up the repair with the dealer.Quick, painless, friendly, knowledgeable, I could go on...Awesome.

I was referred by another customer. my 2016 Q5 had two separate issues on the same week. One minor and the second potentially major. They saved me twice, if I had taken it to the dealer,$$$. Honesty, Integrity is the best way to describe Dandini. I have 2 Audi's and will now take them only here.

Dandini s did an excellent job fixing my engine after the Audi/VW timing chain issue(lawsuit) which led to my 1st cylinder being blown. My mom brought her EOS in and not only did the team here diagnose the issue they determined it was covered by an extended part warranty by VW. Honest, communicative and easy to talk to. I will be bringing my german cars in for service with these guys. Another good experience with my 2016 BMW X3. Even if you find cheaper rates elsewhere, you'll spend more money chasing the issue than getting it fixed right the first time at Dandini's.

Friendly honest Audi service. So much better than going to a dealer. I appreciate how quickly they can get me in and out. I never feel pressured with a list of "recommended services" like you would receive at a dealership. Customer for life. Keep up the great work!

It would have taken 10 days only to get the replacement OEM part for a 23 years old car but it was expedited in a week. The cost was as estimated, no additional expenses. Everything works fine.

Bob worked both our cars in before our big road to Georgia. The team gave a cars a good inspection, made sure all was good with our tires and fixed the radiator leak. Dandinis told me to hold off on my brakes which was a task for another day. After 10+ years of servicing my 17yr old manual transmission VW Rabbit, they still have it running well & on the road pushing 200k miles speaks volumes for Dandini s auto care! Ken did an outstanding job working on multiple, varied items on my January 1983 BMW 732i Euro conversion. They are wizards on more than VWs and Audis. My Bimmer is an autobahn runner again. Next up, my 1966 MB 230S.

It would have been better if both front seats and driver s side were not left soiled with grease and dirt stains that I had to scrub out and more importantly that some body parts that were removed for access were not reinstalled.

I had my 2008 BMW 335I worked on by Ken, he was very thorough. I normally work on my own vehicles and I am very particular about who I let work on my car. I must say that I now have someone who has earned my trust.

This was my first time bringing my car to Dandini s and they did a great job. Diagnosed the issue quickly, sent me an estimate by text, and my car has been driving fine since I got it back. The only downside is that they are in Westerville, but for the service, it s worth it to go up there.

I ve used Dandini s to service my Audi eight for the past couple of years and I ve been very happy with them. I ve only had them perform oil changes that s far but we trust them with other maintenance issues. I was taking my VW to another local shop for years. The last time I took it to the ol shop they sent me home without repairing the problem. The previous shop blamed me for not knowing how to start my vehicle. It took a couple months, but Dandini's diagnosed & repaired the problems! My VW runs better now than it ever has. Thank y'all for helping me out! You got a new customer.
