I have been looking for a new shop to service my vehicle. I drive by Buckeye Complete Auto Care daily and decided to give them a try starting with an oil change and check engine light. Oil change was done timely and although my engine light issue could not be resolved on the day of my appointment, I was given information on what is causing the issue and how to monitor it, which is more information than I had been given previously from other shops. Rob and team were very helpful and courteous. I plan to go back for a follow up appointment in a few months for some needed maintenance.Great first time experience!

We have had a great experience here, every truck we bring in is inspected with care, the staff is very informative, respect and honest. We are not sold things we don t need, and we are told which fixes should be urgent, plan for within free wills or plan and budget for in the near future. No pushy gimmicks- and we have a warranty on repairs. Is great to have found a fleet manager we trust! Buckeye Complete Auto Care takes care of all of our fleet vehicles. (And personal)

I must say I'm a little skeptical when an auto repair shops main sign says quality, honesty, integrity. BUT, I have had work done at both Columbus stores and I have experienced their moto first hand. Every employee gives you that feeling of trust that you've come to the right place (at last), and you're getting your money's worth+ ! On top of that you get amenities you can't find anywhere: loaner vehicles, shuttle, fantastic warranty, $$ reasonable labor + parts, snacks and beverages in waiting room. If you pre-judge them by their renowned locations you're MISSING the best service in town. It's refreshing to experience a business that you only have compliments for!

Very disappointed , I came here back in December of 2023 thinking I was going to be helped , but it turned out to be a very stressful situation. The manager Grant acted like he cared but his actions proved otherwise. I kept telling both Grant and the mechanic that one of the problems was my fuel injectors. They did multiple tests and told me they couldn t figure it out and that my car was like a puzzle. They did not listen to me finally they tried the fuel injector and it was the problem. I took my vehicle to a mechanic to save me hassle and stress , it only turned out to be worse of a headache.

These folks were awesome!! They were efficient and helpful and they even loaned me a car while they were working on mine!! The price was very reasonable for the brake work they did. I highly recommend Buckeye Auto Care!

There is nothing I dread more than having to deal with car issues, but I am so happy I decided to give Buckeye Complete Auto a try. I have never had such an enjoyable experience. Scott and Gus were so great. They were extremely helpful and polite.The best part was that they got me an Uber to my house so I could relax while they worked on my car and then another one to pick me up when it was finished.Their online process to accept and decline what work you want done was also a nice touch. I hate coming to pick my car up and they charge $1,000 for lord knows what. Buckeyes online acceptance process allowed me to see a breakdown of everything they were charging for and I could pick and choose what I wanted them to do, hassle free.I don t write many reviews, but felt this place definitely deserved it. I will 100% be using them in the future.

They are awesome . This is the best customer service I have ever had in a long time ..for one it's very clean you don't have to worry about your shoes getting dirty from filth ..these men are very clean and direct. if you just can text and you have to do a billion things cause of children while they work on your car they do it ..they are upfront and don't try to price gauge you just saying what is really needed I love them ..I wasn't paid to say all this but support them. I will get my winter check up with them and they send you coupons.hope they send you coupons every bit helps

I never leave Google reviews but I had to share my experience with the amazing team at Buckeye Complete Auto Care in Westerville. The customer service and compassion I received was exceptional! This was the absolute best experience I ve ever had with any company I have done business with. They truly took their time and due diligence to make sure my car was safe for me to drive my daughter and I back home to Dallas, TX. I ve never met people so kind and trusting in the auto repair business before I met Grant and his team. I will be forever grateful to this generous and honorable group! Grant was very friendly and helpful. The oil change was done quickly. They let me know what other services might be needed and the cost to do them. One of their employees drove me to work and another picked me up at the end of my work day and brought me back to collect my vehicle.

This business went the extra mile with kindness and a smile. Everything from explaining how to use their state of the art app, to free refreshments and snacks. They offered the option of waiting, or providing me an Uber to wait at home while repairs were completed. I chose Uber and it arrived in less than four minutes. I had a flat on a Friday at 3pm. I called and spoke to Grant, who was very pleasant to speak with and was able to get me in immediately. They found the hole and fixed the flat at a reasonable price. They worked fast and got me out in just an hour. I relaxed in the waiting area and enjoyed my complimentary coffee. It's a good feeling when you know you've found an honest auto repair shop. I am so thankful that they were so close..my tire felt like it was going to fall off..I got new tires and I couldn't get them off.. thank God they had a key to unlock my vw hub lock. They replaced it with a new lug.. chime to find out it was my tie rods..added oil to my car while they were checking out everything. Grant is a super pleasant professional nice guy. And they even uber there customers.. my car is just perfect..and it's super clean in there. Highly recommend. Great experience

Garcia s is the only place I will take my car from now on!I went to another auto place and my car was diagnosed with a broken strut. They gave me a quote that seemed really high based on what I read online, so I figured I might as well go and get a second opinion. I took it to Garcia and he was able to give me a quote that was $500 less than the other place gave me! He got my car fixed quickly and it s driving better than it ever was.Giovanny is a kind and competent person. I trust him not to try to take advantage and charge me more than is necessary. He made me feel very good about the whole situation and I am so happy with his work! I cannot suggest him enough for your car needs!

Welcomed into the shop by a pleasant, professional gentleman, who turned out to be the manager. Warm and inviting space to wait in, offered refreshments. Explained what I thought I needed, engine light was on, Grant (the manager). Told me it s ok the technician would check out the car and determine what was wrong and provide with the information. At which time I could approve the repairs or part of them or none of them. This process was completed electronically, which was efficient and easily. I approved the services I needed abd the repairs were completed without incident. My keys were returned and I was thanked for bringing my service needs to Buckeye Auto Westerville. Fast friendly great service. If I could give Garcia's a 10 star rating, I would. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in any other mechanic or car repair business. We feel so lucky to have found Garcia's and will not go anywhere else! We completely trust him with every car we have.Simply the best!
