At first I was very confident they would perform quick quality service, but that did not happen. I was told it would take 20 minutes to change one tire. I even brought them the tire off my trailer to reduce their work load. I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours for one tire replacement which they said would get done right away. Each time ( checked in every hour) I checked in I was told by the gentleman at the counter he would have his technicians start working on it right away and they obviously did not.

Boyd's is by far one of the most friendly and helpful places I have used for car care. I have now used them twice and both times they've been thorough, explained things well and give you confidence they know what they are doing. On like other places I've never felt they've up charged me for services I didn't need.

Needed new tires and Cody was able to find them, get them, and install them all on the same day. Excellent service! Very trustworthy; have been coming here for years! Thanks Boyd's!

This review is for their HONESTY & wonderful treatment. My auto dealership recommended I replace my tires 8 months ago, so I finally chose Boyd's to get my tires replaced this month.After a tread & tire inspection, they told me that they didn't need replaced. Wow..most places would just replace & charge no questions asked.When the time does come to actually get them replaced, I'm coming back.Thanks & cheers to Tom & Michael.Professional, friendly & recommend.

Once again, quick service, thorough check. They worked me in as I had a flat tire and they replaced it and had my car ready to go within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Came based on Google reviews, and would heartily recommend this place to all - courteous, professional, prompt. Was able to get in the same and got work done in the quiet, clean and well-appointed waiting area.

I was picking my daughter from Otterbein University. We were going to be driving to Texas. We took our car here and one of the tires had low air/pressure/low tread. We were treated with courtesy and respect. We were in a hurry and could have been taken advantage of. We were not. Thankfully. If I lived in the area I would make this my tire shop. Highly recommend them. They checked our tires out, filled them with air, and gave us an honest opinion about how long our tires would last. Thank you!!! Excellent service! My family has taken 5 vehicles to Boyd s over the last month and each experience was exceptional. Professional and courteous customer service! Same day service all in 4 cases. Rates were responsible and I would highly suggest them! 100% recommend!

Stellar service and excellent customer care.We took our older car in for an ongoing coolant leak issue. Dropped it off the night before and received an update by 8:30 the next morning.They kept me in the loop as a second part failed and other issues arose. The shop managers were apologetic but I understood we're dealing with 20 year old OEM parts.Got the car back in great shape (fingers crossed that another original part doesn't fail), at the quoted price.We were quite happy with the service quality and their level of professionalism.Boyd's is definitely our new go-to for our automotive needs!

Tom and his team do a great job. My wife and I have been customers for several years. They do a great job and they are trustworthy. Exemplary customer service which is hard to come by anymore. I recommend Boyd s for all of your vehicle needs.

This is my 5th time here and every time it has been a great experience. Never an issue with getting my car back when promised. Tom always checks in with me when he says he will. Just great service all the way around! Check them out. Thanks for another great job!

The customer service here is amazing!! They are fair, with no sales pressure. Very nice, friendly and helpful people. They gave me updates as I was waiting without me asking.Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I was on my way very quickly. Clean waiting area with lots of things to make you comfortable, cushy seating, TV, complimentary coffee and bottled water. Nice, roomy and clean restroom. My phone was about to die when I arrived, and they even have a phone charging station! I highly recommend them. Also, if you want Goodyear Tires, go to a place like Boyd's that are Goodyear franchisee's. You will get the best prices on Goodyear tires from a place that specializes in them.

If I could I would give 0 stars...PEOPLE DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CARS!!!!!!My boyfriend didn't notice, I'm the main user of the truck...Woman, named HANNAH was working on the tires.My brand new, tag on Carhartt bib got STOLEN, same the plug for phone charging...while trash left behind inside, pretzel pieces! Suppose to change the tire not eat inside nor steal items!They took of my roof light case!!!! Left on the front seat, where the pants suppose to be. Documents were taken out of the glovebox, were between the seats. Didn't even ask for nor, didn't even put it back.DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR "SERVICE"!!!!!!

Stopped in without an appointment to get my flat tire repaired. I was driving with my spare tire and my car kept giving me a warning that the AWD system temp was too high. I looked it up and found out it was because the spare is smaller than a regular tire. I wasn t able to drop off and have fixed because I had to get to work. They worked me in and had my tire fixed within 40 minutes! I m so grateful! I can ALWAYS trust Boyd s to do a great job. I always recommend them to my family and friends!

Yes, my last name is Boyd, but I do not have any official affiliation with any Boyd s Good Year location except that I am now a grateful customer.After spending over $1000 and multiple failed attempts to fix several rattles and squeals in my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer by a local dealership, Boyd s Good Year came highly recommended by multiple friends as a trusted local service that stands by their work.I scheduled an appointment online for the Schrock Rd location and was greeted by one of the managers when dropping it off. The technicians took their time and appropriately diagnosed my vehicle s issues and properly fixed the issues for way less than what the dealership charged me (and failed to repair).I would rate Boyd s Goodyear very highly in quality of work, professionalism, and communication. They have earned my loyalty moving forward and I would highly recommend them to anyone else with issues.I

After spending several decades in the automotive service industry you know immediately when someone is being dishonest with pricing or services needed. You won't find that here. These folks are professional, courteous, efficient, and honest. As a small business owner in Westerville Ohio it's comforting to know that there are other local small businesses that are trustworthy. It was my first time using Boyd s Service on Schrock and I was very pleased. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The problem was diagnosed (needed a new wheel bearing) and was fixed without trying to sell extra services. Would recommend.
