Always a wonderful experience at Boyd's, one of the few honest guys left in central ohio when it comes to car repair. I would highly recommend them for any car maintenance and repair issues. They've always done me right for all of my vehicles.

They were extremely helpful in the purchasing of my new tires for my truck; Mike Hoover took his time, as they were very busy that day, and I'm detail explained my options, and took care of ordering the correct tires, the instillation, etcI am very appreciative of their willingness to be of great assistance to me.

Boyd s was recommended to me as the place to take my car when my check engine light in my 2017 Buick Encore came on. They were able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in the very next day. The customer service was fantastic and they were able to break down what the issue was in a way I would understand. They seem very knowledgeable and I would come back in the future if any other problem arises!

Took my van to Boyd s after a large piece of stone went under my van on the freeway. They called the next day to inform me that the object hit the entire length of the muffler and pipe.Bill and his associate saw how bad it could have been for us when they realized the gas tank had been nicked. The old parts were saved for me to see and even took photos for insurance. They were so nice, communicated with me and did excellent work on the repair!! I will continue taking my vehicles to Boyd s!! Excellent service!

I was seeing a warning light on my 2014 Subaru Forester indicating possible low oil pressure. Boyd s was able to get me in for a look and they found a service advisory from the manufacturer related to the oil pressure sending unit. They were able to obtain the replacement unit and had it replaced within an hour. Excellent communication and service. Would recommend.

I have gone to Boyd s Northgate for many years I always get consistently good service at a reasonable price. They are no-nonsense and don t try to upsell you into buying more service than needed. They have an air hose that anyone to use, free, which I feel is a nice community service.

We went there for a wheel alignment after buying tires at Costco. They took the car back and found out everything was already correct and no alignment was needed. They did not charge us at all when they very easily could have charged us for the work. I have always found this place to be honest.

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Boyds Northgate for years. The guys there are THE BEST! They go above and beyond to treat their customers fairly and with respect! They are HONEST and they DO GREAT WORK!!!! Thank you, Boyds !

Would highly recommend Boyd s. Noticed my tire was losing air and it was Sunday. They are closed on Sunday. I decided to leave my car and use the drop box with instructions. I also called and left a message. Monday morning, shortly after they opened, they called and said the tire was repaired! Keep in mind, I had no appt and they were still able to get my tire fixed appropriately and fast. I ve used them for oil changes and they were also very good. Fast, reasonable and extremely professional.

The team in Westerville answered all of my questions honestly, did the service on time (actually 2 hours before they expected) and the quality of the work was very good. I ll go back to them next time that I need service.

Had a great first-time experience. I was a little hesitant going for the first-time but after reading all of the positive reviews I decided to get my new tires installed and was very impressed! Such great staff working the front desk and I even overheard them educate a customer on proper tire brands to make an educated decision for their son. After my positive experience of being treated like family, I'll definitely be back!

Very pleasant staff Great help with tire selection. Have had all our cars serviced here for years and found them very honest. Won t try to sell you something you don t need.
