Great service. When you go in they will help you and give you great service. However, the prices are well overpriced. You can walk right next door to Walmart and get the same item for $5 less. Depending on what it is now, they do carry more in-depth items for cars than the Walmart next door. However, if you looking for oil antifreeze or something like that, simple car things, car wash, wax or anything like that you can go right to Walmart and get away better price. But if you're looking for actual parts, you got to go there and it will give you good service

Customer service there is lacking. The staff will ignore you at times while you wait or are just plain rude. Seems like they go thru a lot of staff, different face all the time. Better to go-online and order from Griots where the prices are better. It is even better to order from Amazon and get it shipped so you don't have to waste your time in store. Need to get under-cover boss in there.

Just stopped in and asked if they do battery checks. The lady behind the counter scrunched her face and said "pull your car upfront" as I walked out to move my vehicle I heard her say "can you do it, I don't want to go outside" to her coworker who already had a customer. I then turned around and told her nevermind I will go somewhere else. It was extremely unprofessional. I recommend skipping this place and heading to autozone.

I just walked out after standing in line by myself for over 10 mins. Nobody behind the desk. One employee was just talking to someone about non car related stuff. Looked st me and never offered to help or say someone will be with you shortly.One employee was helping someone outside and when he came in he ignored me standing there and walked right pass me to go behind the counter. Then answered a call and went to the back to not return to the front. Horrible customer service. Went to Autozone.

I sometimes forget why I hate going in this store & stop in because I'm in the area. This store has the most unhelpful, unfriendly staff. It's a bunch of grumpy old men that don't want to answer any question. I'd suggest going up the road to the NAPA store - just about a quarter mile up State St.

Just spent ten minutes at the counter waiting to be helped (I m the only person in the store.) An employee finally gets up from a chair in the back of the store, looks right at me, then sits back down; no Hi, how can I help you? Or anything! There are too many other places in town to shop for auto parts. I promptly walked out of the store.

Big waste of time. Ordered online to pickup in store in 30min. After a few hours I drove across town to go pick up. The guy said "oh she didn't call you. It won't be here until tomorrow." They had a good laugh about me trying to pick it up. I guess wasting people's time is hilarious. Order canceled.

I like going to this location, the guys are super nice and professional, they helped me install my windshield wipers last year on a cold winter day.

The workers are extremely helpful and kind. My serpentine belt snapped and i couldn't drive anywhere, I called advanced auto and paid for a new one over the phone and the guy I spoke with brought it out to me within the hour. I know this isn't something they would regularly do but I am extremely grateful to him.

Bought a new battery. Got a great price on high-end battery. They installed it but their installation skills leave something to be desired. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed

Best auto place! I went there today because I had trouble starting my car after vacation today - had them test it. They are always super quick to help, extra friendly and knowledgeable. I've been going here for years and have skipped closer auto places (AutoZone and Napa) because they are the best! Highly recommend!!!

Employee has no hustle. Left in line to buy an item way to long. I left, went next door to Walmart and bought my stuff. In and out of Walmart in 5 mins.

Love being able to order online and either have shipped or pick up in store. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are also able to run diagnostics and lend tools!

Great courteous staff, I also change my own oil and do basic services on our RV . This company recycles oil and you can drop off at all locations I'm told .Happy motoring

Advance Auto on State Street in Westerville Ohio is good with finding what you need but they need to work on their customer service very poor service I got today with the explanation of why my debit card was how did you duction and not credit

On multiple occasions I have come here to recycle my waste oil. Every time I have come here they tell me their tank is full and can t take my used oil.

Sales person was RUDE there were some items i was purchasing that rang up one price and watched him raise the price SHOCKED that this is even allowed to happen absolutely will NEVER step foot in this location and will make sure my family and friends do the same .........
