My family has been going to Achbach Auto Industries for decades for auto body work, and we genuinely cannot recommend this business enough. The detail they put into each and every job and the skill and talent of every single person is simply unmatched. From paint work to body work and everything in between, we have never received a finished product that is anything shy of perfect. We are greatly appreciative for years of unparalleled quality of work and excellent service!

I cannot possibly emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. Someone without insurance hit me and damaged my bumper and headlight significantly. The insurance company improperly assessed the damage, came out to the body shop a second time, pushed back on everything including a 22 dollar hood emblem!Auchbach owners and staff worked patiently and tirelessly, communicating over and over again to a totally combative and incommunicative insurance agent (who after a MONTH of back and forth, did finally agree to all the fixes because the body shop was RIGHT).The shop communicated with me regularly, were totally transparent, and did a GREAT job on the car. But wait for it...when I picked it up, they had washed the whole car and cleaned, dusted, and shined up the interior as well. WHAT? Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. SUCH a great group to work with. Totally recommend!!

Great body shop! They listen and are quick to respond to your needs. I took my BMW there for a collision repair, I am sure I annoyed them, but they responded to every call and email. They take a bit longer than most shops because the job is going to be done right. Cannot recommend them enough. I hope they have the next generation lined up, because this is where I will be taking my cars for now on!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Such a wonderful group of people! Incredibly helpful answering not only my questions regarding their services, but even some that I had related to the whole process of car repairs, rental cars, and dealing with insurance.They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The estimate process was efficient, yet thorough. I had to make an appointment for the repairs a couple weeks out, but it was worth it. The work was done a little early and my car looks as good as new.Everyone I dealt it was kind and honest, and incredibly patient with my naivety.Accidents and car repairs are always so stressful, so I couldn t be more grateful for the experience they gave me.

I was introduced to Achbach after I hit a deer with my 2016 Optima, I was not ready for the kindness that everyone showed me during the whole process of the claim and them finally totaling my car. When I went to get my final belongings out of the car Lisa from the front office helped me transfer everything into my rental and made sure I was ok with the final total from the insurance before she would release the car. Amazing customer service from start to finish. I hope I never have to deal with this again but if I do I will 100% return to Achbach.

Unfortunately, I've had to come here for car repair. Outstanding work! Friendly staff. However, I was disappointed that the work was not completed entirely. I had to return and be without a car for over 19 days (for a second time) because they put two orders on the required body work I needed. I had already returned my rental. Highly recommend them. Your car will look like new!

The people who work here are the most professional and wonderful people I have ever worked with. Since my crash in November 2019 they have been nothing but amazing. They answer all my dumb questions, call me every chance they can with updates and have had to deal with me pestering them left and right. I would give the company a 100 star review if I could. I m never going anywhere else. These hard workers deserve an award!

They did work on my car after a fender bender. The car came back looking spotless with one of the best paint jobs I've ever seen. The staff is also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any work big or small.

After being rear-ended this past winter I was referred to Achbach for repairs. They were extremely friendly and down to earth and their workmanship was of the highest quality. They handled everything with my insurance and made the process as smooth as could be. I'll be taking all of my cars there from now on!

Simply Superlative. There are only 2 other shops in town I consider to be anywhere near this level. Dan has painted an Audi and a Porsche for me over the years and he is SO knowledge, kind and courteous. Without question your car will be in good hands.

Took my BMW here for a third auto body repair estimate. They took the time to look under the vehicle for frame damage. Sure enough, the two well known shops missed this!! This place doesn t mess around!

I recently had an experience which required me to seek assistance with some damage to my 2007 4RUNNER. Dan and Barb took so much time and attention to assess my situation and the the staff was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Went here to get a paint chip on a part fixed after hearing great things for a long time. They fixed the paint chip and while applying clear coat, cleared over a piece of protective tape I had on another area of the part. Refused to fix their mistake. Very angry I spent money to get results like this. Also I was told 3-5 days, called at 14 days to see what was going on, and on day 19 finally got a call to say it was done. When I went in is when I found out they clearcoated over the tape. Left the part there for them to fix, call today (2 days later) and owner told me it's under there for good and unwilling to fix it. This is like putting clearcoat over a bumper sticker. Who does this?

I am very pleased with the work that they did. In addition to what I asked them to do, they did a bunch of "little stuff" along the way while they were there - with no increase in price. The estimate I got on day one was what I paid, aside from sales tax. They took the time to do it right, so be patient with them.The bodywork they did on my Lotus Elise looks better than the day I took delivery.It was a no-brainer with the insurance company.The sound deadening they added exceeded expectations - on the way home I did not have to turn up the volume on the radio, but the wonderful sounds of a Lotus at work still came through nicely.Then there is all of the other stuff: They removed the mouse nest. They pressure tested my A/C lines since the front clamshell was off. (I now have a bone to pick with my regular shop who wants a grand to replace those perfectly fine lines). I have never before seen the wheels on my car so clean and shiny, nor the body finish so perfect. They put back one of the parts to the hard top that had detached itself.The only thing that they did wrong was Dan didn't put the seat all of the way back when he got out of the car. I forgot to ask him to, so it wasn't his fault that I nearly got wadded up around the steering wheel when I got in.The staff is friendly, right down to the dog. Dan will explain everything to your liking so that you know what is going on. They are busy, so it may be hard to get them on the phone, but they are always friendly. A side benefit to having your car worked on here is a chance to stare at all of the other cars. A typical day has a Lotus, a couple of Teslas, a handful of Lambos and a veritable Panzer corps worth of BMWs to distract you while you walk back to your car.

The Achbachs are some of the finest people I know. They treat everyones vehicle like their own. They use top notch parts, equipment and techniques. The autobody industry is a tough one and Dan and his team always come out on top.

Dan Achbach knows cars. I took my car there after I'd hit a deer and Dan took care of every detail. Everyone I talked to there was friendly and Dan was even nice enough to give me a ride home after I brought my car in. If you want it done right, take it to Achbach.

Best body shop I've been to, and I've had some experience, having once been a teenage male driver. My biggest worry now is that my newly replaced bumper is going to make the rest of my car look bad!
