R2O in west union Ohio is by far the best one around they have a amazing crew always ready to help and Mana knows her business annher customers so she is the best at what she does always ready to help with a smile on her face an she has the best delivery guys Austin went out of his way today to deliver me something that should have been picked up bit just had surgery an I couldn't so he brought to me with a smile on his face an took time to ask me about my surgery an tall alittle that really made my day annout a smile on me face thank you Austin an Mana job well done

Had exactly what I needed and knowledgeable staff that understood me perfectly. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for furniture or electronics. I'm a video gamer, so the console I got off them was needed by me.

I am never had a bad experience at the West Union location. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I was able to get myself a very nice touch screen laptop for the deal of lifetime with Katie's help. I love this staff and am thankful that I have had the opportunity to get to know them.

Great service and nice items. If you need a nice item fast without breaking the bank its a great service to utilize because you eventually own it. Comes out to about double retail in the end but it offers a long payment period to pay over time.

Great friendly service, awesome employee's and the manager will do whatever she can to help and keep you feeling satisfied. I've used RTO for several years and the West Union location have always been where I go even when I moved to another county! Awesome job with customer satisfaction!

West Union always goes above and beyond for me and makes sure to get everything I need! Any time I call they jump right on it! I ve had the best experience with them and all of the workers are so kind I highly recommend the west union store!

I have been with this store for years now as a customer. They have always been more than helpful with any need Ive had. I have a disabled child and times get tough here but thwy have always worked with us to get and keep us on track. I absolutely love this store and their employees. Carrie their manager has been a life saver the last 6 months during all my phone troubles. Aling with my account manager jake. Just so pleased with this store. Great Job Guys! And Thank You!

Rent to own in west union, Ohio has some of the greatest group of workers! They are always so friendly and keeping busy around the store. I always get great deals and the best customer service!!

I have been renting from west union rent-2-own ever since they opened and never had any problems with anything .Love this store.Most of my house is things that i have got from them.If I need anything i go there and if at the time they don't have it they will call other places and get it . Love all the people working there. They are great.

It may be convenient at time of purchase agreement when you give your signature but the total cost of most products available is too high. Especially for used goods that are priced as "like new" condition. Many places offer the same products for half the price.

Great customer service and awesome atmosphere. They have all the big name product with the lowest prices in town! I would recommend R2O in West Union to anyone!
