Great customer service. Although lines can be long everyone seems to have great attitudes. Depending on the time of day be prepared to wait awhile in line.

went to the bmv of Adam's county. My husband has a disability and the heavy set lady behind the counter would not listen to our information we had for our drivers license. Also was even hesitant to process them.

Very polite employees and they work with you if you're a little late and the lady in the hallway that signs you in is wonderful she is a sweetheart and very helpful and very sweet

The employees at this location are super friendly and competent. Would have given 5 stars except I had to wait for an hour due to them being short staffed and busy.

John Corrill, if you were the guy that was in there Saturday, you should be ashamed. Those girls work hard. I dont know what the problem was, but I seen you trying to play Karati Kid, I think you may have broke the door when you hiked your leg up like a dog and kicked it.Ladies, dont let one bad review get you down, you all are amazing.

I'm visiting from NH and I needed to transfer a couple of NH titles to my brother to close our father's estate. Samantha instantly had an attitude with me told me that my notarized letter of appointment issued to me by the state of NH wasn't proof that I was the executor. I also provided a copy of the court order opening the estate, letters from my attorney advising that I am authorized to distribute my father's property, and an original death certificate. I produced all of this legal documentation and only to be told "this proves nothing". This woman refused to do any research to verify my info and told me I need a letter of appointment and "probate paperwork" which she had in her hand. I ended up leaving there pretty upset, took all my paperwork, and drove 45 min to Hillsboro. The lady I worked with at the Hillsboro office was extremely helpful and even called the NH DMV to verify my info and what was needed to transfer the titles. She was pretty shocked to hear about my experience in West Union and didn't understand why they couldn't help me. My brother and I had told our employers we would come to work late but ended up having to miss a full day because one person refused to do their job. The titles were transferred successfully but it took an unnecessary amount of time. Good thing our employers are reasonable people and we can keep our jobs.

I got my sticker for my tags on Saturday. The ladies did a fantastic job of keeping things running smoothly and efficiently, despite COVID-19. This office is up-to-date on health and safety standards for COVID-19. Great job, ladies!

Lines are extremely long and sometimes not worth the wait. They need to expand and make it more convenient for the customer.

Was relatively quick and easy and they didn't give me a hassle for not wearing a mask due to my asthma

Had to show birth certificate I'm alright with that as long everyone has to do that, if I was illegal I wouldn't have to show nothing.
