Fabulous service! Super helpful trying to work with Honda to get my car under warranty. Worked for 2 days for me with phone calls and negotiations. Couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely be back for other services for my car. Definitely gained my business and trust. Thank you!

This guy is amazing!!! I was an hour from home had a flat with no spare and didn t know what I was gonna do! I limped my truck 2 miles to his shop and he informed me that he installs tires but doesn t have any in stock. I had no options and he locked up his shop and drove me to get a tire and still only charged me $20 for installation!!! He s an angel and I owe him big time!!!! Thank you man!!!

Joe is great to work with! He is very knowledgeable, did great service on our vehicle both times we had it in there in a matter of days.He has done work on one of our other vehicles as well.Great work, good communication, and does his best for prices as well. Definitely will use his services again in the future!

My daughter's car broke down coming up I71 near the West salem exit. I called a number I found online and am very glad it turned out to be E&R Auto. He towed the car to his shop and I brought my daughter back to our hometown to her job. Being over 100 miles away caused us some concern even though the owner was very nice on the phone. He had a great rating on Google and was prompt and courteous in our calls back and forth. I decided to tow her car back with my vehicle because the engine block had a hole in it and we wanted to get it closer to our home and Joe went out of the way to help me load the vehicle on my trailer. Even though I did not spend $5K with him, it was a great price for a new engine and chageout and he treated me like family. It was a great afternoon getting to know him better and he would be my main mechanic if he wasn't 2 hours away...I would highly recommend him.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

I ve been going here for over 3 years and always receive great service. What I love about this shop is they always diagnose the problem and explain to me what needs done. They get my car in quick, fix it in a timely manner, and I can t complain about the price because no one can beat it.Thanks for all the great service!

These guys are great!. I would recommend them to anyone. I had my brakes go out and they were able to get my car in and out the same day and at reasonable cost.
