How nice to deal with such a reputable business. A relative has been a long time well taken care of customer of Action Towing, so when I felt a slight vibration while braking in my Ford Ranger I took it in for a diagnosis. The problem is warped rotors on the front wheels, and while they could have said I need new brakes right away, as I m sure a dealership would have done and I would have believed because I don t have the knowledge to know otherwise, they said I might want to wait to replace everything since the brake pads also have to be replaced when replacing the rotors and mine are still perfectly good. As long as I don t mind the slight vibration I can wait on replacement until the brake pads are worn further. How refreshing. I will be taking my truck there for all of its future needs and I will be recommending to family and friends. We need more businesses like Action Towing and Repair.

Was referred by a family friend after being ran around with other local shops. And despite NOT having the parts instock for my diesel oil change. The tech went his self and picked up what was needed not once but, TWICE for me within 20mins of closing. I had a problem with the emergency button to my automatic shifter was destroyed and they replaced it they diagnosed the issues of it all and knew what was wrong and they replaced it quickly and efficiently. I enjoy the service and they were very professional with everything they did to my car. I was very happy and they satisfied me very much with their service there. I suggest that anybody looking for a mechanic to go there and use action towing and repair shop, for all your needs. You definitely won't regret it.

I have had several vehicles repaired at action. Friendly staff and are willing to work with you, prices are reasonable and repairs were done quickly and done well. Would not hesitate to have all my repairs done by them.

Worst customer service ever! Very rude on the phone. They were contacted by my insurance company to provide a tow for me. Took almost 1.5 hours to arrive, which would not have been a big deal, except three different times they said "he's just down the road" when I inquired when he would arrive. When I called the third time, I was old I had better be nice, or the tow truck driver would just turn around and not tow my truck. The worst of it was even though they had the address of the repair shop, I got a call the next day from my repair guy saying my truck never showed up the previous night. WHAT???!!!! I called Action Towing and the guy was so rude, couldn't get a hold of the driver, didn't apologize ever. I had to go find my vehicle myself. DO NOT USE THEM, EVER.

What a crazy problem we just had with our 2006 H-2 Hummer... See, it was for sale and a man just gave us a deposit to buy it and said, he had to go to Florida to take care of some Business and would be back in a couple days to pick it up. The next day we started smelling gas and took it into Action Towing to see what they could do to fix it, to make it right for the new buyer. Our fuel pump was rusted so bad the fuel lines wouldn t even come off... Dave Naff the owner of Action towing called all around to try to find a fuelpump at a reasonable price. But no one had one in stock and it would take 4-5 days to get one. So he called us and asked if we wanted him to try a GM Dealer which would be much more expensive to buy. We said, yes we need it fix and fast because it is Sold. He found one at a dealership in Tennessee and had it next day-aired to help us out... What a Blessing it was and Great job Dave and his staff did for us.God Bless!Jeff & Tyler Cottrell

Like getting held up without a gun, This place is the worst....crooks all of them like a nest of rats....Told my father in law he needed new tires, $1,000. I went to look at them and got the run a round by the owner and one of his rats. Did not have the tires put on and took the car else where....ONE and only ONE tire had a screw in it. Cost to fix $10.00 They should be run out of town. they are trash

Took my 2000 Chevy pick up truck to Action Towing with major rear brake issues. Truck had major rust problems that was typical for that year. They quoted me a very competitive price that did worry me at first but then they explained and showed me the problems while up on their rack. Clearly they new all about this model truck. They called me all along the way to have me look at problem areas and what needs to be done. They repaired all 4 areas at a very fair price and my truck runs like new.Mike in West Milton, Ohio

I can't believe how fast they diagnosed and then replaced the blower on my car. Plus, I had a great time there while I was waiting on the work to be completed. Saved quite a bit of money too. I'll be coming back here if I need any further work done. Thanks Mr. Naff.

Had back breaks done and ended up with a leaking break line that I didn't notice and brakes went clear out while I was driving. Took it back and the guy denied it was broke there. And had verbally guaranteed all work that was done saying 100 guaranteed in the beginning. Will never use them again!!

Very RUDE... zero customer service! Girl receptionist is soooooo rude. DON'T take your car there...go elsewhere and know quality work is done as you expect. The mechanics couldn't fix bicycle. The owner is a RIP off. Trust me take your car anywhere else but here...

He s been working on my car for about 4 yrs, & I like the fact I can call anytime. He may not be your cup of tea, nothing stopping you from going elsewhere. But for those of us that care for him , I ll keep going

Took my vehicle there to replace a light bulb it's a vehicle where you have to remove the entire ligt assembly to replace it i bought the bulb and just wanted them to install it they said they could im disabled so i was unable to after waiting 2hrs in the shop they tried to charge my 70 dollars for the install they are crooks and the people there no nothing about cars they spend all there time talking about all the rental properties he owns stay away from them rude and crooks.

Worst customer service I have ever had!!! I was stranded on the side of the road with 2 small children and waited over 2 hours and when I called a few times the lady that answered said if I didn't want to wait call someone else.
