So grateful to the owner. After an accident then towing our car to his shop. We had no way back to our hotel. Being from Virginia we knew no one in the area. The owner and his fianc�e took us to our hotel. Exceptionally kind.

I was in a bind! My wife needed to leave and the battery wouldn't turn over. AAA came out but didn't have the battery, so they jumped it and I had to go to an auto store to get a battery. They couldn't install it because of the disclaimer on the sale ("needing a professional") and they sent me across the street to C&C to have it installed.I couldn't be happier. He saw I was definitely in a bind trying to get back home and was more than willing to fit me in with almost no delay. He was very personable and awesome to just hang around the garage with while he finished the repair. I didn't have a mechanic in Columbus until this visit, I will definitely be going back when needed!Service: Battery

I was stuck on the side of the interstate with a flat tire. Richard came out to tow my car, but he ended up calling and finding me a new tire, driving me to the tire shop, finding me a hotel and driving me there. He even waited so I could run a store! This man went above and beyond, ensuring my safety and making an unpleasant experience so smooth. It s good to know we have people like Richard around!!Service: Car towing

Okay long story short: this is the best tow company in the area.For the whole story, let me take you back to last night at 11pm. My boyfriend and I were on our way back from Cleveland to Indianapolis and were cruising just fine. Suddenly I had a blinking check engine light and I had to pull over on the side of the road. This was at 11:45pm. I was first referred to Mr. Helps towing and they made me wait 4 hours before they got out there to tow me off the interstate. I called C&C this morning to see if he could move my car from one dealership to the other and he obliged, picking up both my boyfriend and I from the hotel we were stranded at. Throughout the whole process he was extremely friendly and carried comfortable conversation with us. Even pointed out interesting things on our drive.If you, for some reason, need towing or service. You will find your car and yourself in great hands. He is caring and knowledgeable being in the industry for over 40 years. He performed roadside diagnosis so we knew what we were getting into, educated us on what the diagnosis meant, and safely got us and my car to where we needed to be.I hate mechanics and don't trust them further than I can throw them. But this man demonstrated that not all mechanics and tow people are bad. CALL HIM!!!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

This company is truly top notch I absolutely adore how personable the owner was along with his employees. A very rare quality these days. There is nothing more terrifying than a car accident. The owner was understanding and patient with my questions- his effort and his employees effort to work with me shows so much character for his company.

This shop is reasonably priced. They are very thorough in explaining what is wrong with my vehicle. I will be using this shop for all of my future maintenance needs as well! Also, he is a local firefighter. I support them and local business'!

I get pretty nervous with car stuff so I appreciated the kindness, having a sense of humor while keeping it real, & being more than helpful ! It's a plus to support a family business & local firefighter. Probably the only place I'll call if I need a tow around the area again.

Did an excellent job on my and my wife's car on brake jobs price was best in town and I would recommend this shop to anyone this garage has over 50 years of experience I'd trust Richard with any of my cars
