I asked for a new muffler they gave me one beat up bad already had some rust spots they refused to give me any kind of discount and laughed at me for not being satisfied, what ever happened to taken care of the customer I would have been happy with just a few bucks off but the didn t care at all about the product just wanted to take my credit car

I purchased headlights 6 months ago and paid $80 for a low beam set. One has blown. I cannot get a replacement due to not having the receipt I attempted to leave a review on the bulb and website will not allow me to unless I change the star rating to a 5.

Went in there to get some things for my radiator they had everything I needed they had some sales on some things and the place was real clean and the customer service was really good they took their time and looked the models up on the computer to make sure I got the right thing thank you Advance Auto

Walked in and immediately greated by staff. Matt noticed I was a tad out of my comfort zone. Asked to see the long list my husband sent me in with and had me out the door in minutes. Thank you Matt for stepping in as my personal shopper during this challenging time! Stay safe and well!

I quit using Autozone after bad customer service. I always get good service here and they have found parts that were obscure for me on several occasions.Tom is really helpful each time I go in and they seem to run a great store there. My first choice for auto parts.

Dealt with a customer service rep that did not want to help us and we've gone there in the past and gotten excellent service. Must of been a bad day for him. But you still give it your all.

Horrible customer service. Will never return again.Edit - in the reply to my original review, I've already spoken with management on this issue still not to my satisfaction. I would highly caution anyone against shopping here.

My father and myself have been longtime Advanced Auto Customers. Both the groveport and south Hamilton locations have always been great to us. The west Jefferson location I will not be visiting again. Attempted to warranty my 3 month old battery that I purchased at a different location, and the manager would not even talk to me.

It has everything you would need and it's decent with their prices. There was one employee (he was on his break and didn't know) but I asked him to show me where and how to check my transmission fluid and he said "are you f***ing kidding me, no" promptly hopped in his truck and peeled off. Other than that, everyone else was pretty helpful.

Don't even stop here they never have anything in stock you'd be better off going to London or West Columbus,and thier prices are higher than Napa but products are not as good,very disappointed

I liked how they attended to every need and want that I needed for my car. They do try to go above and beyond. I have made this my location to visit when I need stuff for my car.
