After dealing with several RV dealers in the area we felt like we were getting the run around. We were trying to trade in our pop up camper and get into a bigger travel trailer for our growing family. Our trade was only 2 years old and in like new condition. A lot of lots told us they wouldn't even take a pop up in on trade. Other lots only offered us pennies for it and we were going to take a big loss on it which we couldnt afford to do. Luckily we stumbled upon D&D online and they had a floor plan we were interested in. I dealt with Devin there and he was awesome. No pressure was put on us to purchase like at other dealers. He was able to take our trade and gave us a very reasonable amount for it. We pulled away a new travel trailer and couldn't be happier. Would definitely tlreccomend D&D to anyone looking to buy an RV.

Just purchased our second RV Camper and this time used D & D RV. It was such an exceptional experience from the first time meeting them until the delivery of our RV. Best trade in we found on our old camper. Really have enjoyed the personal and family feel to their business. Steve was very low pressure from our first meeting until our last. Adam couldn't have been more thorough in going through all the features and mechanics of our new camper. Would highly recommend for your next camper!

Just reserved my first rental RV. Adam showed us around and he was patient and answered all of our questions. I'll update after the trip. UPDATE...All was great with our travel trailer. We had it about a week and travelled throughout New England and New York City. A quick trip considering how much we drove but well worth having our hotel on wheels.Further update...we rented another travel trailer and visited Nashville, and Mammoth Caves. The people at D&D couldn't be friendlier. We are looking forward to leasing another from them soon.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We have dealt with RV dealerships and service centers all over the country and consistently have subpar to horrible experiences. So we felt nothing but pure delight when encountering D&D! They offered not only an acceptable but an EXCEPTIONAL experience!! After nearly 2 years of a harrowing journey with a manufacturer that sold us a lemon in another state, D&D agreed to work with the manufacturer to facilitate our exchange. Stephen, worked directly with our bank to handle the paperwork. He was so kind, and very action oriented. The initiative he took and the empathy he had completely exceeded our wildest expectations. Adam who did our walk through when we picked up the new travel trailer was patient, thorough and incredibly personable. Devon, who closed out the transaction was clearly knowledgeable and we appreciated his timeliness in the process. The woman who handles warranty and service and the man working in the shop were also, delightful to engage with and very helpful and informative. Everyone was welcoming of our baby (our Bernedoodle) and showed up authentically. It is clear that this family owned and run business is committed to the values of integrity, trust, reliability, and customer service. They did not have to take this on, as there was no real incentive for them to do so. Because they said yes, to help people who weren t even their customers, what was a very painful, grueling, miserable ordeal for us, ended on a really pleasant note. We now have a dealership and service center we can trust and will NEVER go anywhere but D&D for any of our RV needs. Thank you will never be enough. We are so grateful for each person that was involved in this experience.

After purchasing over 40 cars and 5 RVs over the years, I always walk onto a lot prepared to do battle with sales staff that pushes your around and pressures you to make a decision, and the finance office that tries to sell you every add-on possible. My experience here was quite the opposite. Doug was always responsive, returned calls promptly, listened to us, and showed a great deal of patience as we made our decision. Mark, the general manager, saved us $2500 by suggesting we didn't need something we had already decided to purchase. Our experience in finance was the same. Got right to the financing, no pressure to add anything, got us in and out. This is the way a business should treat its customers. It was definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive there to purchase the fifth wheel we wanted. Our experience with Bish's in our hometown was just the opposite. They wanted to steal our trade-in and not budge $1 on their price. I can't recommend D&D enough.

We went there to get our camper trailer winterized. They did a great job in a minimal amount of time. Albert was in their accessories area and was a great help. He helped us pick out a new set of steps that he ordered for us. When they come in, we will definitely have them installed by D&D RV.

I would strongly encourage you to look at there inventory and reach out to Steve in sales if they don't have what your looking for. Highly recommended, 100% better than going with a "big box" dealer. I would take the negative comments with a grain of salt. There was no "hiding behind " anything and we had great service and and attention to the deal from everyone. Our PDI was dead on and they delivered as much of a complete and working RV that is possible. Top notch walk thru, everything was very stress free. They held our unit in our name for about 3 weeks for a very reasonable amount while we got some money around (no pressure to hurry - no one does this). All of the techs I talked to where pleasant and knowledgeable. Check these guys out.

Don t let the reviews of this place fool you. People, the customer service is awful. The turnover is unreal. I would never purchase a dog house from these people. They hide behind Christianity and there is a very high turnover with employees. The owner Darlene, she will never return a call or a message. I m going on 14 months with issues, documented and photographed from day one of my purchase. They did not honor any of the warranties. In fact, they refused all. You will have the biggest regret as I do, if you deal with these people. Hope this helps you make an informed decision. Kyle, Trish, Darlene, Travis, and many other people affiliated with this company will not honor your warranty. Remember this, if anything else!

Outstanding experience. D&D RV was extremely helpful and honest. A family owned business that made us feel very comfortable in our purchase. The sales manager, Steve, the service manager, Kyle, and the technician who did our walk through, Adam, were knowledgeable, friendly, and very straight forward. Steve was very communicative. Kept us abreast of every step in our order and delivery. We are not newbies but this is our first fifth-wheel. They gave me confidence to get on the road and enjoy. D&D is a bit of a drive but well worth it. Don't expect a big fancy building. Just excellent service and an honest sales process from a family owned business. We will be doing business with them for a long time.

We had a great experience! Travis and everyone at D&D were friendly and respectful. We traveled 400 miles from NY to buy our new travel trailer. It was worth the trip! Great deal, easy financing, we're very happy!

Wonderful family-owned small business. They provide a great balance of being available to help and answer questions but allowing you to browse on your own. We bought our first travel trailer through Darlene at D&D in 2008. This was the first place we went to when we started thinking about selling our old one and purchasing a new one this year. Travis provided great customer service and helped us find the perfect used travel trailer at the best price we could have hoped for. Thanks.

We have used D and D for 6 years for our Indy 500 camping trip and have excellent results. Stephen, Tasha and crew really do treat you like family and have been super responsive on the few occasions that we needed assistance with a trailer issue. Highly recommend!!!

From first talking with Stephen at the Dayton RV show, then having him reach out to us when the model we were interested in became available, we could not have asked for a better buying experience. When weather and/or outside commitments delayed purchasing and taking possession of our new fifth wheel, Stephen was very accommodating. Our walkthrough with Cole was superb and very detailed. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly, and he allowed us to take as many notes as we wanted to. Every person we talked to at D&D RV was very friendly and helpful. I have already referred others to them, as I think they are top notch when it comes to customer service.

I have purchased 8 RVs in the past and this place is the best I have ever seen. Travis is great to deal with but my Avalanche was perfect before we left. That is sales and service for a change. I would drive 500 miles because they are worth it. God bless you all at D and D.

From start to finish this was the most pleasant purchasing experience I have ever had. At D&D they take care of their customers. We were first time RV Owners and I will never purchase from anywhere else again. Travis is up front and wonderful to work with. He will get you into the perfect unit for you and your family. Speaking of Family that's how I feel about D&D RV they just added another family member to their family for sure!

Great place to do business. I traded my 2022 forestwood in for a 2022 kodiak and could not be happier. Stephen was great to work with on the sales side and the 2 gentleman in the garage where awesome when doing the walk through. Will for sure do business in the future with them. D&D RV was the first place that my husband and I went to look for our very first camper. The salesman, Travis was very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel right at home. After learning more about the kind of travel trailer that we wanted, my husband and I chose to continue to shop around. After five months of looking and going to multiple dealers, we headed back to D&D RV to buy. We knew that we would be treated right and if we had any trouble with our camper, we would be taken care of. My husband and I bought the Dutchman Kodiak 2921FKDS. We absolutely found the perfect camper for us. Travis and his team made the buying experience so easy and low key. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was happy to help us and to teach us about our new camper. I highly recommend them.My husband and I look forward to the adventures of RV camping! Today we came home with our very first camper! We have looked for several months at many different places and hadn t experienced the hospitality, kindness, respectful, easy going environment like we did at D&D. Travis was very informative, not pushy and very laidback when showing us around. We took several days to make a final decision and Travis was very patient, helpful and kind. Financing was easy, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. When it came time to learn all things there is to know about our new camper Adam was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and never made us feel like our questions were irrelevant or stupid. He made sure we knew everything before we pulled off the lot. Wonderful experience for a beginner. After a small misunderstanding about electrical hook up sizing for cords, D&D went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything correct that we needed! We highly recommend shopping for your next camper here! We are now lifetime customers.

We just bought our very first camper today and decided to check out D&D under the recommendation of my father who has purchased from them multiple times, we worked with Travis Gray. The service was outstanding and he went above and beyond what was expected to get us exactly what we wanted. Everyone was extremely friendly and Travis never gave us any kind of run around or BS. when we went to pick up the camper the service technician (Cody I think?) My wife and I bought our first camper from D&D and had a very enjoyable experience. Our sales rep Travis was knowledgeable, patient, and most helpful in every way. We appreciated the very relaxed atmosphere and felt in no way pressured to make any type of purchase. After deciding upon a camper the pleasure of working with D&D continued because Adam and Kyle from the service department went above and beyond to help explain every facet and function of our new trailer and to ensure proper set up of the trailer hitch so the camper and truck would work cohesively as one unit. We had a great experience at D&D and highly recommend that if you are in the market for a recreational vehicle make sure D&D is the first place you stop.

We searched a long time for a certain camper and they worked with the price. Good team and good customer service. We did most of the negotiating over email and it was a great experience. They did a great job showing us the ins and outs of the camper. There are closer dealerships near us but we would make the drive again to work with them again!

We are first time buyers and we had so many questions. We looked at so many campers at so many different places and when can to D&D we felt like we were family to them. Travis is awesome and the team in the garage were just as great. To them there is no stupid questions. Travis kept us updated on the camper we wanted and when it was time for us to get it he was there the whole time. We had our grandson and nephew with us and he included them in the whole process. That was very important to us. We would recommend this place to anyone out there looking. Great experience and we love our camper!!! Their prices were lower and more manageable then most places for the same campers. !!! Happy camping everyone!!!

Just finished up the paperwork for a new travel trailer we bought from Travis at the Dayton Cincinnati RV Show. He was the only salesperson we spoke with that came across as trustworthy. Everyone at the office in West Alexandria was very friendly, right down to Steve who actually had us enjoying filling out gobs of paperwork! We got a fair deal on our trade in and have really been pleased with the customer service of the folks at D and D. Much more personal than our experience at Camping World, where we bought our first camper from.

We bought our first travel trailer from D&D RV in March 2018. I spent months doing research on different travel trailers and dealerships in our area. We toured several of these dealerships. After attending the RV expo in Dayton earlier this year, we decided to visit D&D RV, especially after reading the reviews. We could not be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. We worked with Stephen, Cole, and Wesley. They all were professional, accommodating, and all around great people. The sales process was not in the least bit pushy, the PDI was thorough and I was given plenty of time for questions, and the travel trailer was delivered to my house and parked by an all-star. This is one of the best big purchase buying experiences that I have ever had and I would most definitely do business with D&D RV again. I also think it is important to note that I didn t know ANYONE at this dealership before setting foot on their property. To be treated in a way that we were, especially as inexperienced first-time travel trailer owners, is a refreshing experience.

I have dealt with several RV dealers over the past several years and these folks are definitely at the top. They offer a very fair price right out of the gate and they do not play games. They offer you exactly what you need and want without any hidden fees. Very professional in all they do. My salesperson was Travis and he does an outstanding job and Cole completed my walk-through which was also very well done. I traveled several hours from KY to deal with these folks and it is well worth it. Thank you!

My wife and I were talking to a few dealers about purchasing a travel trailer. When negotiations seemed to stall with a Dealer, I googled the brand and floor plan we were interested in. Turns out D&D had one in stock. Drove the hour and a half to look at what they had. It was well worth it. Our Salesman Travis Gray was on point and was more than willing to earn our business. D&D RV is a family owned and operated business. They go out of there way to make you feel apart of the family. The sales process is open and straight forward. No gimmicks, no nonsense. If you re looking for a camper or in the middle of negotiating for one. I highly recommend calling D&D to see what they can do for you.Thanks.
