AMAZING customer service. Rick was exceptional, honest, & so so warm. The entire place passed the vibe check. 10/10 recommend buying your car from here!!! Truly great people.

Called on a Saturday morning about a used car listed for sale. Was told that the salesman had taken the vehicle with him and would be back with it on Monday. I told them I would be there at 9:00 am when they opened but was told to call first to make sure what time he would be in. Called back shortly after that on Saturday to ask if they would assure that I would get first opportunity to view. Was told by the owner that I would.Called Monday morning at 9:00 and was told they would call me back when they heard from salesman. They did call back about 9:20 to say that salesman was there, and he had let another person test drive. Again, they assured me that I would get first chance at the car. I had told them I was an hour away and would leave immediately. 40 minutes into my drive they called and informed me that they just sold the car.Obviously, they are not trustworthy and honest in dealing with potential customers. Disappointing for a family run business.

Great service department!! I brought my Buick here for service (I purchased the vehicle at another location before I moved to the area). They were fast courteous and thorough. They completed the suggested 15000 mile inspection and service rotated my tires and completed and oil and filter change. I've used instant oil change places in the past and paid more at those places than I did for this service at an actual dealership. I was very impressed with the quality of service and will bring my Buick to this location going forward. I left with coupons for a free hand car wash and discounted oil change and wiper replacement in the future. I will be setting up my recommend 22,500 mile service with them. Highly highly recommended!

Honestly one of the smoothest car buying processes I ve been though. Super friendly staff that makes you feel like an old friend. No pressure to buy. Gave us a great value for our trade in. I would definitely buy from here again!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I have bought many cars and there is not one place that even comes close to the level of customer service that this place gives to their customers. Thank you again Rob/Kenedy you guys both did a wonderful job selling my mother her vehicle and were as fair as you could be and took care of every issue. Thanks again John Knapp

Recently purchased a vehicle at Waynesburg Carriage. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Rick was my sales person, he was so very helpful. Wish I had went there years ago. No pressure at all, great price, make you feel like family. I would highly advise anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to give them a try. Thank you Rick.

A very customer friendly, relaxed, and honest dealership, with low pricing up front. You may not find this dealership on a web search, so consider yourself lucky if you find it. I live 90 minutes away, and will go back again for my next car. Details would take too long to write, so suffice to say, I'm a very satisfied customer. They earn their business, and positive reviews.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Rick was so incredibly rude. He gave us an insulting price of $500 for my trade in , which I had gotten another quote of $2,500 from a different dealership. He also neglected to add it as part of our downpayment on the application , which could have been the difference of being approved or not depending on the lenders. When we voiced our concern over both instances he rudely cut us off and told us he was doing everything he could, and he d call us tomorrow morning with an answer He then pushed us out the door as he was too concerned with going home rather than helping us young veterans get a truck we had our heart set on, and submitting the application that evening. We never received a follow up call the next day, so we called in , and was told there was no answer. They opened at 9am and the time was noon when i called. I was also told I d know something by 2pm and he hung up. 2pm came around and still nothing. So I call in again asking questions about what we can do to speed this process up as we know how fast trucks go once on the lot. Again was rudely interrupted and insulted. I insisted to speak to someone hire and we were given another salesmen Evan. He could care less about us or our concerns with the truck and pushed papers our way to sign , handed us the keys and the emblem that had fallen off the tail gate and told us to get going . It has not even been 24 hours that we have had the truck and the TMPS light came on and a headlight had gone out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

First off Rick was very polite and no pressure. Maybe I just had a bad luck with the vehicle I purchased. I was interested in 2 Buick Enclaves they had on the lot. We took both on a test drive. When the check engine light appeared on the 2009 during the test drive, we decided to purchase the 2010. 2 days after we got our newly purchased vehicle home the check engine light came on. I'm no mechanic but it seems to me Waynesburg Carriage just reset the check engine lights on these Enclaves without fixing the problems. We have had to spend over $500 in repairs 2 weeks since the purchase. Hopefully we are up and running for awhile now. It ruined Christmas for our family!- Jeremy

Service department is rude and incompetent. Took my car in a few months ago, they told me it would be $600 for wheel bearings. Took it to another place for a second opinion and it turned out the wheel bearing were fine and it was just something loose which another place fixed for free in 5 minutes. Tried them again this week, car making a loud noise, dropped it off, they said cars just make noise and it was fine. I went down to listen to it with them, they said they would look again, ended up charging $75 to change my oil without asking permission even though my car had 44% oil life left, car made same noise when leaving their parking lot and they said the noise wasn't as bad. I believe they just tried to get money out of me because they didn't know what the problem was. Also, that is outrageous for an oil change on a small car.

If you're reading this right now, you're only moments away from the most positive car buying experience of your life. After getting frustrated with big dealership tactics, I stumbled upon this locally owned dealer whose only tactic is treating you with courtesy, honesty and respect. Couldn't have been happier with the entire experience, from our salesman and the dealership, to the financing options and eventually the car I purchased. No matter where you're at in Northeast Ohio, it is, in my opinion, absolutely worth the drive. If they have the vehicle you're looking for in stock, you're not going to find better service or prices anywhere in the state. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Richard, who stayed well after closing to complete my transaction and get me on the road in a new vehicle the same night. He's single-handedly changing the perception of the typical car salesman, one customer at a time.

Had Rick as my salesman and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Recently bought a used truck from waynesburg and drove a good ways to come see it. I called to ask about the truck since I was driving so far (almost 5 hours!) Rick was very honest and upfront about some rust around the truck and sent me very accurate photos as to not waste my time. When I showed up, the truck was in even better shape than i had expected! He let me take it to a local mechanic and after everything checked out, I walked away very happy with a mechanically sound vehicle. Would definitely purchase from waynesburg carriage company again.

Great truck at a great price. Evan and Rick were a pleasure to work with and Evan even caught the brakes pulsating before I came down and had them change the front rotors and pads for me, a nice touch from a small town dealership. However, the truck smelled slightly like cigarettes still. It wasn't overbearing but you could certainly tell it was smoked in, would have been nice to know this before I travelled there. I suppose I should have asked specifically, but I figured that's what "clean" meant but I'll know for next time to do that. I still think I should have been told about this but it's possible the person in charge smoked and couldn't tell.As I said it wasn't overbearing and I can spend some money to get the remaining smell out. Ozium should do the trick.Nevertheless I do recommend Waynesburg Carriage Company as I believe this was just a one-off.
