Had my Honda serviced here recently. I highly recommend this garage it is clean, professional, and the staff is hands down the best in town. I've never been treated better by a garage and my minivan is running excellent. Had every issue thoroughly explained before and after servicing. Roger and his team are the best in town.

Tried to sell me 20 lugnuts I didn't need. Said they were all swelled, that they were 19mm an socket no longer fit. The lugnuts on the car are actually 3/4", which is larger than 19mm. Any mechanic would know this. 2nd problem was he told me I needed a rear alignment causing tire wear. After aligning found that the tie rod ends were wore out. Wanted to charge me for a second alignment after parts were replaced. Any good mechanic would have checked for worn suspension parts before aligning.

Had tires put on my dump trailer. Quick service. Lowest price I found. Nice people. I would recommend it to anyone.

Roger and his staff are good people, he'll tell ya what he finds and then some and if you don't like it than go else where. Don't complain about price or how long it takes. It's like anything else, you get what you pay for. He hasn't done me wrong yet.

Let me tell ya's about Ruegg Brothers automotive!Cleanliness is important in every aspect of our lives. When we eat out, we notice if the place is clean or not. When you're at home you take pride in having a clean home. When you have work done and the mechanics are clean and the garage is as pristine as theirs is, you know they're work is done with pride and your property is in good hands. I see a lot of garages and trust me when I tell you, none are as nice as the one here is!

They have no clue what there doing had a jeep it wouldn't start he tells me I need a new motor I ask why what is wrong with the motor he says it has 225 thousand miles on it I said no it doesn't it was rebuilt and had 20 some thousand long story short took to Andy's garage he fixed it and I'm still driving it

A charge way too much my dad took a vehicle they're charging almost $800 and did not fix it my dad took it home did not have any of the high-tech equipment Ron ruegg has and fixed it in 4 hours time himself still had to pay $800

Total rip off for towing. They re in bed with Carroll county sheriff department and probably others they obviously get a kickback for overcharging people!!!! F this place!!!!!
