They always keep me informed of what s going on and discuss things that need fixed before doing anything. I always feel that they have my best interests in their heart and treat me ie a VIP. The service team is top notch, they d would be hard to beat. The sales folks always greet you with a smile and assist in anything you might need. I called about getting recall done on my firs fusion the customer service person was not help full. She said did you get the car here I stated no. Then she left me on the line. Came back and said they did not have the parts. I said could you order and call me she said no because we have so many customers. I was willing to Waite she did not want to schedule it. Poor poor customer service

Great place to deal with from buying a vehicle or getting repairs or just service. It feels like family and I hope they never change. I feel at home and they look out for me and my vehicle. The entire staff are professional and courteous. It is everything most other auto dealers are not. A+++++

Darlene is amazing - very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Service department- not so much. I had scheduled my first service appointment to have some issues looked at and a oil change - normal oil change they said about 30 minutes but because I had some things needing an evaluation from a tech it would take several hours or more and I could drop my vehicle off around between 8-8:30. I didn t know my appointment for the oil change was 8:00 - I got there at 8:25- since I was leaving it for the day I figured they would look it when they had the time. Total misunderstanding- they wouldn t budge on the time - I was late and too bad- 80 miles and 2 hours wasted so disappointing. Won t go back.

Had air conditioning recharged on a 2011 Escape. The hose was leaking and had to be ordered necessitating a second trip but it was fixed and I have cool air again. Waiting area and restroom are nice and clean. A snack machine is there as well. The sales staff are friendly.

I was in town for a funeral from Canada, and my check engine light came on. They did the scan, cleared the codes, explained the issues and would not take payment for anything!I can't even express how impressed I was with the service team. There is something to be said for honest, good people still existing in the world, especially the business world.I don't know that I will ever be back simply because of geography, but based on that experience alone I would recommend Vallery Ford to ANYONE!

I had a wonderful experience at Vallery Ford! I drove all the way from Columbus and what a difference it made. The salesman Tyler was wonderful and the sales manager was extremely helpful as well! They even had the Masters golf tournament on. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and couldn't have asked for more help. They even arranged to have my new car buffed out at my house since I was there over a weekend. Thanks very much! Couldn't have asked for better!

*** No thanks I found a better dealer already. Amazing how some dealers will work for money while others whine. As for Bob I am sure you can find him if you look up.*** Some of the most foul and disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had hoped they would things had improve but far from it. Best advice I can give it SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Thankfully this was before I got the wife a new car next year and got about a thousand in maintenance done on my truck. Thanks Bob!

Today I purchased my 3rd car from Mike Vallery Ford in Waverly. As a single mom, the car buying experience can be daunting. I asked them to treat me as their daughter, sister and put me in a safe reliable car. They did. And then I needed another car. And I purchased my 2nd car from them. I just purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer. And it's amazing. And the family friendly service and easy Peasy process is so comforting. For 9 years this has been who I have referred people to. Even if I have to drive 1.5 hours away. I'll never go anywhere else!!! Thank You Mike Vallery Ford!!!! You can't go wrong with a family oriented car organization. Made in the USA bought in the USA.

Bought a used 2008 crown victoria last year. Car was and still is in excellent condition havent had a single problem and the customer service and buying experience was the best i have ever had from a dealership. I came all the way from Michigan for this car and will again if and when im in the market for another ford.

Not been a happy customer, they ve messed my truck up before and then tried to sell us a really crappy vehicle for our son so we ended up going elsewhere to purchase a brand new $60,000 truck. Thanks Vallery for being the reason we discovered Mark Porter Ford!
