Great job installing the new windows and the price was affordable. Kind, funny, and didn't leave any mess at all! Very informative and took the time to show us all the new window features. Also alerted us a small mold issue so we can take care of it before it gets worse. Even made sure our cat didn't escape and dealt with our chorkies and Yorkie barking like they think they're guard dogs. Definitely exceeded even the highest expectations!

My brother took his van to have his window replaced at the Waverly place. 3 days later the rudder came out from around the window. Myself and my brother have tried to call the office, we went to the Waverly office, and have left 2 message. All the lady will say is we will come out the next day and when she doesnt it's I'll come out the next. Never once followed up. Finally had to have A1 Glass out from Portsmouth come and they said the window didn't have primer. The lady never followed up with their poor work

We don't live in Ohio, but while visiting dad we noticed a broken window on sun with only 2 days to replace it. They did it in one day, at a reasonable price which took a huge weight of of our shoulders. We really appreciate Perry and all their team

We made an appointment and got a windshield replacement on our truck. Our tuck was ready the next day. Fast service and good price. My only negative was driving home with debris from the windshield replacement all over the inside of my truck. It was everywhere.

Marci and her employees have always taken great care of us! Whether it s installing or uninstalling mirrors in our gym, replacing a windshield or putting seeded glass in our cabinet doors we have always been very satisfied!

Don't waste your time here. They put my windshield in uneven, got black streaks on my interior and cut a chunk out of my steering wheel. I have a 2019 GMC Cannyon so it not some junker. Also they left my vehicle unlocked just sitting on the side of the road. Very irresponsible this place.

Brought my car and they changed the window same day hours later they charged me less than anyone else I found on the market and it has kept its seal for months now and looks like quality work that ll last as many years as the car will. Go here
