Kirchoff Automotive is a Horrible place to work. They have favoritism to where they give some write up warning for their points and just fire the others. Me with medical reasons and seizure disorder and Dr excuses I never got a write up warning. They told me two points but let me continue to work and when I got a 3rd point the still let me work for a week and they don't tell u in ur orientation or even in the meeting the said don't get passed 4 points for ur inactive pay and it's a 7 points systems. So I don't recommend anyone to work for this company The management is horrible. They use and till they don't need u.then they find a reason to get rid of u I also have proof to where one employee told me they got a write up warning for their points and was said they don't want to lose them. Now how is any of this fair to us who never gotten a write up at all.

Refused to hire me after I was scheduled for orientation, the only explanation was upper management at Kirschoff said I can't work there. Take in consideration I never worked there before or ever applied there. My girlfriend ex husband current wife is some sort of management there and I am 100 percent sure she has something to do with this. So I being discriminated against because him and his wife don't like me. Is that how we run a business in this country? Well I'm pursuing a lawsuit against this company.

2 for 2, 60+ minutes past the appointment time and still waiting for load to be ready. Not sure how this place is still in business the way things are run.

No first come first serve shipper, know which truck go in the dock doesn t matter you come early

They took to long to get me reloaded about 10 hours they need to get people that. Are always on the ball one bad thing about these warehouses is when something is not write there's about 15 people trying to figure out the problem even the custodian But! when there's a load to ship out everybody scatter and no one knows when your going to be loaded or unloaded

Been waiting 2 hrs so far to unload still nobody around pretty much happens every delivery here guess they don't want anymore deliveries in future!!
