Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. My salesman Tony walked me through the process with ease and was a great help at setting up all the electronics for me. This whole team is laser focused on getting you into the right car for you, and willing to go way above and beyond to make it happen. I could not be happier!

My whole experience with Hometown has been wonderful!! We started at the Chillicothe Hometown service department on what we thought would be a simple fluid change in our 2017 Chevy. Turns out we had a Silverado with a bad transmission. The service manager Ashley was AMAZING!! Gave us options and was so very helpful. One of the options lead us to meeting Christina in the waverly dealership. Once Ashley shared our information ( of course per our request) She contacted us within an hour and worked really hard to get us out of our old loan and into a brand new Silverado with no negative equity. She was very helpful, attentive, and educated as she guided us through the process.Not one time was she pushy or made me feel obligated to anything! She returned my calls quickly and addressed all of our needs anytime I had a question or concern. Within two days we had the truck we wanted and was on our way! While meeting with her and doing the paperwork the staff made us feel welcome and we re all so polite and great! Very positive environment and stress free!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL!! I ve dealt with multiple other dealerships and this has been BY FAR the best experience all the way around! I will most definitely be a returning customer! BIG THANKS TO ASHLEY AND CHRISTINA!!!

Sold my truck there on a Friday early, title in hand with my name on it saying paid. Was told I would be paid for my truck by Tuesday at the latest. I call in on Tuesday, I am told they don t know and to contact accounting. Accounting says it will be at least a couple more days. Meanwhile I am trying to buy a new truck that will more than likely be sold to someone else due to them not paying on time. All while my truck is sitting in their possession on their lot and listed on their site. How is this not illegal?

All the people at Hometown Chevrolet in Waverly are great for sure. Cristina was my sales rep & she is the bomb. She said she would get me in a car, & she did. A great car at that. So, if you looking for a good deal with great people, look no further than Waverly s Hometown Chevrolet, ask for Cristina she s the Best Thank you Guys so much.

Christina was absolutely awesome. When we needed another vehicle I knew I had a good experience there previously, so we went to Hometown as our first stop. They had exactly what we were looking for. It was even at their other shop, and they brought it to the Waverly shop for us so it was convenient with our schedule. We will be returning customers again.

This 2019 F150 makes my second truck I've purchased from Hometown Chevrolet in Waverly Ohio over the past 2 years.Weather your dealing with sales or taking advantage of their 2 year free service, these folks will take good care of your every need while making you feel right at home.However, I must give cudos to the real ray of sunshine in the fleet that holds the top slot in the ranks of sales.Her name is Christina Bartelson and is a true professional in the automotive world for good reason.Christina is a sheer pleasure to do business with. After meeting Christina, she guided me through the purchase procedure with honest answers and giving special attention to my specific buying needs. Her vast experience and knowledge made my somewhat nervous experience of buying a expensive vehicle a pure joy! Absolutely amazing, I went in b/c my truck wouldn't start. The office manager came out of the office and offer his jumper that would start a 350 diesel, so if that didnt start my truck we could eliminate a battery problem. He follow over to my truck and it turns out it was a starter motor issue. We get back to the dealership and he has already looked up to see if i purchased the extended warranty, bc the warranty package would towing in it so I could get it to the dealership and use the extended warranty to replace the starter. All done in and back working in 6 hours. I cannt thank these guys enough.

Had a great experience overall. Cristina was my saleswoman, she was very professional, personable, and didn't try to be a typical sales person. She wants to sell vehicles, but does it in a way that doesn't feel pressured yet still letting the narrative be known. After we spoke on the phone, She had picked out what she felt I was looking for. She took the liberty and had gotten me approved on the truck before I even arrived. All with a payment I was comfortable paying monthly.I indeed did like this truck she had picked out and I left with it that night. In and out in 2 hours.

First time service was done on this vehicle the front bumper was damaged, nothing was ever done about it. Even after they were notified, they had it for several weeks. This time! It was over a month, finally get it back and they didn t even put things back as they should be in the back seat such as cover the battery back.

The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Christina set me up with a nice truck in my price range. She went over all the details explained the warranty and financing. She even helped me with the insurance. I highly recommend Christina and Hometown Chevrolet. I love my truck it's awesome.

Christina was the BEST to work with!! She did all of the work for us so we only had to test drive and sign our contract! It was the most hassle free car buying experience we ve ever had. We have a toddler and she went above and beyond to make her happy, she gave her a balloon and snacks and necklaces! We have told all of our family and friends about our experience and urge them to use Hometown for all of their car needs!!

My so had an appointment to look at an F-450, they called this am to confirm if he was coming. He drove there only to find out the truck sold yesterday.The guy he had an appointment with claimed he didn't know what he was there to see.Had they let him know before he drove there he would have kept them in mind while looking for a truck and a van needless to say: now he said he would not buy anything from them if it was the last place on earth.Either this was bait people in or a poorly ran company.** Paul at hometown textedMe stating he was going to send me a gift card..of course that has not happened.

Jacob from the Waverly Hometown Chevrolet IS a great young man !!He worked hard for us to be able to purchase a 2021 Chevy Silverado.. our dream truck !!!He kept up with all the phone calls, text and emails !Bless his heart for having to put up with Ted my husband . Dustin Rigsby! All I have to say. The past 2 vehicles I've purchased from him have been painless and worry free. He goes the extra mile and takes you in as family and truly works the best deal he can for you!I have highly recommended him to many of my friends and family. Many of which come home with a new or new to them vehicle. He then calls checks up on your vehicle how it is doing and how you are enjoying it. True definition of top tier salesmanship. I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience here at Hometown Chevy in Waverly!! They seriously treat you like family!! I have purchased my last two vehicles here from Cristina!! She is the very best as usually I m not the easiest to find something for. I always have a lot of stipulations on what I want lol! However she ALWAYS makes it happen. We financed a 2017 ford escape from Hometown Chevrolet. We live a ways away, so Cristina did almost everything over the phone, the only things left to do were sign papers and test drive the car. Everyone was super nice, and we appreciate the lengths Cristina went to to make sure we didn t have to make multiple trips. The sales people are Hometown Chevrolet are so much better than any other dealership I ve been to. I didn t feel pushed to buy at all. Thank you guys!
