10/10 don't recommend. I originally went in to just sell my truck and pay off my negative just to be out of a vehicle payment. I was told that i could trade it in and the new vehicle would get rid of my negative so i didnt have to pay it out of pocket when I went to get rid of it. (Which now I would have gladly just paid) Walked out with double the negative equity and a 100 a month higher payment after I was showed a false value of the new truck. To top it all off they didnt even pay off the old loan all the way. That fell on me to. The vehicle ended up being worth about 12,000 dollars less than the picture I was sent directly from his computer. I've dealt with several other dealerships and never had issues like this, place is a joke. They got me good, don't go in there and let them do it to you.

I highly recommend this place so much!! I have been to quite a few other dealerships and have been given crazy rates, high payments, and unreasonable deals. Until I stopped into Herrnstein of Waverly and spoke with Cody. He got me into a new Kia soul when other places told me it would be impossible!! Thank you Cody for helping me get my new car!!

My husband and I were looking for our perfect Jeep Wrangler. We managed to find it sitting on their lot and seeing as we lived in Indianapolis we called right away. Danny was the one who helped us. He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly and to get us into this amazing vehicle. We are so happy to have gotten it! Thank you so much to Herrnstein of Waverly and Danny. The three and a half hour trip was well worth it!

There are not enough good words to say about Herrnstein of Waverly salesman Danny Boggs, a few months ago I was looking for a different vehicle and was not expecting much, but that man worked hard and got me in a brand new vehicle, (my first one ever in my life). I loved the vehicle but a different vehicle caught my eye a few days ago when I was there with my boyfriend getting his first brand new vehicle. We talked about it and Danny worked hard and got me in the vehicle of my dreams. I never in a million years thought I would be driving a brand new 2022 Jeep Renegade Trail Hawk model. Danny is not only a great salesman but also a great person as well. I recommend everyone to go to him. Thank you very much Danny and Herrnstein of Waverly.

My husband and I just had the smoothest time buying our brand new Jeep Cherokee. Danny Boggs was the salesman and he was amazing to work with. Very helpful, reliable, and informative. If you need a new car go give them a visit and ask for Danny.

Never herd of a dealer that would sell a guy a lemon, sell him a warranty. Then tell him to take it to there dealer, dealer rolls over , warranty does nothing. So they encourage him to default on the loan so his dad takes the hit.And offer finance him in a brandnew jeep to make the problem go away. Who does that? Stay tuned for more. BBB next.

Wow where do I start. Wow place is a joke in my opinion. Bought a car from them and had issues since I pulled off the lot. The guy who sold it it called me and ask if he could get us into a different car I said sure well after 3 or days called back to talk to him he no longer works here. Ok awesome well hell. Well get another sales person said the same thing and her promise was to get me in to something well go call her back week later because haven't heard from her she no longer works for us. She was going to do trade in and everything else to help me out. Call today o well there is nothing we can do for you. Like for real. Wow so much trying to get me into another car people a biggest joke and poor sales mens I will never go to these people again. What happen from person 1 to this worthless guy who knows. But I found one who will help me and won't give up on me Hometown Lenders are great and stand by there promise. I'm so disappointed that these people didn't even try to help out from the last 2 sales men. I will never recommend anyone to hernstiens of waverly sorry guys.

One year I walked in there with no hope and Danny was the guy! I managed to walk out with a beautiful 2017 journey I was obsessed with. He was able too get me in what I needed. Then yesterday I called Danny up and told him I want something different and within 4 hours we had found me something I was in love with in a suv and had it that evening. My experience there was amazing he was able to work with me around my work hours and manage to get it all taken care of now I m riding around in a 2022 jeepCompass. Totally grateful. Thanks again Danny!

This is the second jeep I have purchased from this dealer and would not go to another dealership in town. The salesman was very responsive to all communication, was interested in what my needs were, gave me options on availability with the dealership, had a jeep brought to the lot which was exactly what I was looking for, and worked a deal up which was ready to finalize on my way home. Quick and easy! He even helped get trade ins to the lot so I could take my new jeep home that night. Great customer service! Hernstein s in Waverly is the place to go and Danny Boggs can t be beat as a salesman.

If you re looking for a change in transportation, Danny Boggs is the man to go to. He helped me get my first truck. I went in as a stranger and was treated like an old friend. He was quick and honest. Wasn t pushy, and made sure that I got what I wanted. There was no need to haggle because he got me the best possible deal I could ask for. If anyone can make it happen for you, Danny is your man.

Most phenomenal customer service I've ever had. Danny Boggs worked on my situation for almost two full days and could not have done a better job. Wonderful experience and quick time in the office. Would recommend to anyone needing a vehicle, no matter your situation!!

Danny is not just a salesman, this man is personable, professional, and superior in what he does. I watched this man take every customer that came to him and relentlessly helped them leave with the vehicle they desired. He cares about you and your needs and will set and talk with you about your best case scenarios and brings to light the best possible plan for you! Danny took my biggest dream and helped make it reality. I can t thank him enough!! Every time I get in my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sport S I ll thank him!! i went to herrnstein behind lowes in chillicothe and was told by ellie after 5 minutes of being there, remind you she did not run my credit nor my cosigners info she strictly said no bank is going to give you that, sorry so i left and was swore i was never buying from herrnstein again. i had my down payment, my cosigner all the good stuff but i left and she lost out on a sale. the same day danny got me into the EXACT same car (even had the car brought down the waverly) with the exact payment range, with my preferred bank. Ethan and Danny were awesome, the EASIEST car buying process i have ever went through. and the whole group in waverly were amazing, will definitely be a reoccurring customer!

Never buy, sell or have any business dealings with this company. Their service contracts are a joke and cover nothing. They will do anything but the proper work on your vehicle. Basically a glorified waste of time and money. I will never deal with this company again.

I went to Danny to trade my car in. He was exceptional and helped find the perfect car for me. He knew what I wanted more than I even did! If you ever decide you need a car I will always recommend Danny, because that s where I will always go to buy/trade from now on

I would give this zero stars if I could. This place is a joke. They had my Mom's car for over a month. Every time she called they said it would done tomorrow that they can't get the tires off. They eventually fixed the small stuff she needed done, they told her she needed a new transmission that would cost over $8000. Then when we went to get the vehicle they didn't even know what can't of car it was. Do not go to this place.

Love the way they are so much different than other dealerships. I went looking for a reliable vehicle. I found a Kia Soul. I drove it for about 2 months and the motor starting making a noise so I called and Danny said bring it up they would look at it for me. By the time I got there the motor was beyond fixing. I was devastated. He said. Let s see what we can do to make this right. He never stopped until he found me another car. He found me a Hyundai Santa Fe with all the extras. I can honestly say, Danny went above and beyond to get me into a nice car, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for the care and integrity that Danny and the Herrnstein family dealership has shown me.

Danny was an awesome salesman to work with! Super friendly and helpful. I bought a used ford f350 that was in great condition. The truck is awesome it was better than expected considering it is a used truck. I drove 3 hours to get the truck and I only have positive things to say about Danny and the dealership. Everything was ready and waiting for me when I got there. I highly recommend these guys!

Danny has officially changed how I view dealerships. He is incredible, kind, funny, and truly cares about you. The whole experience was just so easy, enjoyable, and I felt like my wants and needs were of a high priority. He really wanted to find me a car that was not only in my budget but also of great quality, and he did just that. I could not be happier, and I will definitely be going back to him with any future car purchases.

Been looking for truck for several months. Finally found what I wanted at Herrnstein. Then I dreaded starting the buying process because we all know how that can be. However I was very fortunate to get connected with Danny. I simply text him few picks of my trade and we basically had a deal done in about 15min through text. I was driving from about hour away and when I arrived truck was fueled up, clean, signed papers and drove away. Never any pressure. Dealership was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly. Thanks Danny. Also they were even able to find me a better rate than my credit union.

Traveling from Columbus I was looking for a speedy transaction and a fair deal. I got both. Danny Boogs worked on my deal. On arrival he had all the paperwork complete and vehicle ready to go. Financing was smooth. The process was flawless. Best car buying experience ever! To top it off, I received a call a few days later from Mr. Herrnstein following up on my experience and to be sure I was happy with the vehicle. Go see Danny at Herrnstein's!

Sent my wife in with my vehicle to get my oil changed, and tires rotated. They charged my wife more than double what was quoted for the oil change and charged for a tire rotation and never even rotated the tires. When I called to ask why my tires were not rotated, their excuse was "we have a new guy doing oil changes". I seriously wonder how many people they charge for services that are not completed. The only way that I knew my tires were not rotated, is because I number my tires on the inside so that they are rotated evenly. I would use caution when dealing with their service department.

I am now the proud owner of a 2022 Pacifica created specifically by me all because of Danny Boggs!! This guy is amazing! He went above and WAY beyond to help me get the car of my dreams! He did not treat me like a client, he treated me like a friend. I can not ever thank him enough for the outstanding and personal service he provided. I had a great experience here. Big shout out to Danny for working with me on trading in my car for a lower payment. I was able to do it through text then just sign the paperwork at the dealership and was good to go. They saved me about $300 a month, so it was definitely worth it and appreciated!
