I wouldn't let these guy haul manure for Me. They left the window down, got grease on My interior, and damaged the front end. I gave them a chance to make it right. I never got so much as an apology. These guys have no business being in business. They told Me that the driver that loaded up My Mercedes Benz SL500 had 30 years experience. Shocking. Talk about a slow learner. I am thinking that He should put in application to be a greeter at the Walmart down the road. Be forewarned, these guys tow Your vehicle, be prepared to pay for Their mistakes.

We had a phenomenal towing experience. Our insurance set up Heistad to tow our vehicle as well give our family a ride. Having your vehicle break down out of the blue is never pleasant but a couple minutes into the drive we were so thankful we had the company and driver that we did.

I had the misfortune of my car breaking down very late night in Chillicothe. "Jim" responded to my Insurance carrier's page, and he arrived at my location within an hour. My car was loaded, and we began the long ride back to Kettering. Along the way, Jim and I engaged in pleasant conversation to pass the time. After my car was dropped off at my service provider, Jim then took me to my home which was only four blocks away. I was home safe and sound. Thank you

Battery on the car died and we called roadside assistance for a tow, thinking it could be electrical from what we were told, but after talking to a family member we figured it was the battery. When the tow truck arrived we told him we think we just needed a jump. The driver didn't have cables but asked us to try and start the car, and when we did he immediately said, "Yup, it's the battery." He went to get cables and came back to give us a jump start and we were on our way. Excellent service and a very friendly and helpful driver. Big thanks to Jim!

Horrible experience!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Late, Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Inadequate, and will damage your vehicle. Don't waste your time or money. How they treated my elderly mother, they should be ashamed of themselves.Down to the unprofessional answering of the phone. CALL A PROFESSIONAL!!!!!Service: Vehicle wrecking

Very unprofessional and I don't have any confidence that there scales are correct. They never use a daily test weight to check accuracy. I'd go to barkers auto salvage blain highway way more professional

As a company based recycler this place is great. I get there and they do stop what they're doing to get me unloaded and loaded within a timely manner. But on the customer side. They aren't very competitive with other scrap yard prices..

They are really the only game in town since mansbach or Daniels went out. I personally wont go back to this place I have taken my scrap to BT auto crushing aka Tony Barker's hes a real scrap proffesional. Hard to beat that Tony Barker.

I had my vehicle towed and they have no problem getting dirt all over it. Exterior handle, steering wheel, shifter handle, 4wd handle and driver side door panel all had dirt all over it. Maybe I m just one of the few ppl left that respects others property, this person here that towed has no respect for others stuff. It only takes less than a minute to clean their own mess. I m not one to do reviews but this right here is uncalled for.

Horrible I wish I could rate this a zero effort they put in getting a engine for my car. I had a chrysler 300 that blew back in December of 2015. So I get a new engine in January works fine and blew 2 days later. I bring it back so I can get another one since its under a 30 day warranty.I still haven't got my car back and it's been 6 months. I went by there on multiple occasions to remind them.

DO NOT TRUST JUSTIN HE IS A LIER!!! Obviously the owners dont care or they wouldnt employee Justin. After driving 5 hours one way to pick up a truck that Justin described complete minus a couple sensors. I find a truck that half the motor is gone and the wiring harness the inner cooler and who knows what else was missing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH JUSTIN!!
