The staff here is awesome. I've recently purchased a new vehicle so I'm still learning the particulars on it ;) but the young man who assisted me was very patient, polite, and helpful. The prices here are very reasonable compared to other auto parts stores in the same location. Theyweren't busy at all. The do allow public use of their restroom facilities.

Kevin BirkhimerI shop here for everything I need when it comes to my Automotive needs,And the Reason I do because of the Staff & GREAT PRICES & They can always have your part delivered within 72hrs if they don't have it in shop at that time,But I'm pretty sure that the Main Hub is in Chillicothe and that's why parts get their soo quick,ALSO WHATS AWESOME IS IF YOU LOST YOUR RECEIPT YOU'RE GOOD TO GO BECAUSE ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR I.D,So this place to me is a God sent LOL!! cause I hate Auto Zone & their cheap BS!! I have two items that are unused and unopened that I have misplaced my receipt to from Advance Auto. Advance Auto website states Without Proof of PurchaseReturn or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made in exchange for an Advance Auto Parts Merchandise Credit Card. No CASH refunds will be issued. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days. I went to the Waverly location today and I was told the website is wrong. Michelle Crawford the General Manager said she had to verify the purchase in some way and she has no clue why the corporate website states that. If your corporate policy s aren t followed through with by the managers in charge than as a consumer I will choice to go else where.

Bought a battery from here 3 months ago and it leaked acid. They refused to give me a new one because of the slight rub marks on the top.
