unfortunately they were not able to meet our needs, but to be fair i knew it was a long shot and last minute. they really tried working with us, were very kind, and very reasonable. excellent customer service. if i ever do have needs they can meet i will happily reach out to them.

Was at the nearby County Fairground with a slow leak on my tire. Called, realizing this wasn't their usual thing, and, yay, they stopped by promptly. He was professional, genuine, and fun to talk to. Would definitely recommend (golf cart rentals as well). Thanks Jeff for an enjoyable transaction.

We had a small issue while traveling on the turnpike. They fixed it and had us on our way in about ten minutes. They're adorable dog Max even kept us I entertained while we waited. Excellent experience!

If you are looking for superior customer service and people who know their stuff, this is the place. I purchase all of my golf cart parts and accessories at Richards. We are fortunate to have a local business like Richards in the area. The consistently beat on-line pricing from other competitors even though they are a "brick and mortar". They have earned my trust, and will keep getting business from me!
