Pleasant people.Getting my van fixed for the first time here. Fingers crossed My other mechanic shop went out of business.FANTASTIC PLACE TO HAVE MECHANICAL WORK DONE. My AC was out Mr Martinez fixed it. My truck broke down on Ohio turn pike and after calling multiple local mechanics nobody wanted to help me out. They told me that they were too busy. Ultimately someone recommended me Martinez Auto Repair so I called and Steve was willing to check out my truck he even waited for me after he closed his shop until I arrived with my vehicle in a tow truck. The very next day he stopped everything he was doing to fix my truck and get me back in the road. He was really nice and fix it my truck the same day and charged me just the right amount for It. I don't know what i would do if it wasn't for him I was 8 hours away from home. I can't thank Steve enough for his help and for his kindness.

I had been traveling from Oklahoma an an hour away from my hotel I ended up needing a tow. This shop was the only place that was able to get what was an axel that I needed to be replaced the very� next day and got it done in less than an hour hour a half so I could get back home and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The facility I'd really nice and clean and they were open even as bad winter weather had started to come in. I highly recommend this business to anyone who may be in the area and find themselves in an emergency.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Steve opened shop while our van broke down on the way to Cleveland on New Year s Eve when he was technically closed. He was very honest, friendly and knowledgeable and prices were more than fair. I was so pleased with everything I gave him a tip which I have never done for a mechanic before. Just wish I lived closer to this guy for future repairs!

Wow, I can t think these guys enough! My car broke down on the Ohio turnpike, I got my car towed in, and these guys got it fixed for a great price!Not only did they get me in and out quickly they were polite, kind, and extremely accommodating!I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you again for the great service!

Stranded on a Sunday night headed to South Bend, IN in an emergency situation- we needed to be there Monday afternoon. The owner was the only one responding at 7am and fixed our van in an hour. He made every effort to ensure the repair would get done in a timely matter and even managed to get the parts delivered early before the parts store was even open. The gentleman was extremely friendly and understanding and absolutely saved our trip. Six stars!!

I took it in for a check engine light.They replaced the front sway bars???? What that has to do with the engine is a mystery to me.any how $900 later it is doing the same thing and the light is still on.I do not think they know what they are doing.
