We had an accident early morning on Friday 2-2-24. The Sherrif called Dons to have our totaled vehicle towed. Monday afternoon i recived a call from Dons stating that the tow was $547 and storage was $50 a day. What?? They could of called anytime on Friday to inform us of the cost, but waited until 4 days later. Long story short....it costs us $868 to get the vehicle released...yes $868.00. We had Fair's towing get the vehicle ( that was free) they even gave us scap cost for it. We will not do business with Don's ever!! So yesterday I received 2 different voice mails from a women that works at Don's. The 1st vm she asked me to call her back so she could hear my reasoning for leaving my negative review and hoping we could works something out. 2nd vm- 4 hours later was telling me that she really needs me to contact her back so we could try to work something out and if I didn't contact her she would be forced to respond to my negative review. Ok so respond to it. I did finally contact her and told her why I left my negative review. They pretty much were trying to bribe us with cash to take our posts down. $150 was the offer. $150 haha....After talking with my BF we decided that we are not going to be bought for our silence. Our reviews were the truth and other people need to know how this Dealership is run. Just makes me wonder how many others are out there that were bribed into taking their negative reviews down?

Be careful what you buy. I purchased a used 2019 ram 1500 from them. Out the door the trucks total cost was a little over 30K. Less than 6k miles into ownership I got a puncture in 1 of the front tires. After taking the tire off to get it patched, I realized the inner portion of the tire was completely bald, and the other front tire was in the same shape. Both fronts had to be replaced. Then the rear tires we 2 different band tire, so they were replaced at the same time as the fronts. On a 4WD truck I would expect the tires to match, as to not cause damage to the 4WD system! I contacted the dealership and received limited contact. Other than the salesman saying this was unacceptable I have received no support. I expect more from a dealership when purchasing a costly vehicle like!
