Kyle is knowledgeable and so accommodating the only place we take our BMW. Repair costs are very reasonable. And he works hard to make everyone happy.

Great experience. Nice people. First issue with my 05 Crossfire that I couldn't figure out. They had the car running and repaired the day it was brought in, price very reasonable. Very knowledgeable considering the Crossfire is a rare bird. Thanks

Great place for all your foreign car needs. Kyle is very good and HONEST he isn t going to sell you a johnston rod or blinker fluid .. by far the best around .

This is without a doubt the best auto mechanic in Northwest Ohio if you have an import car like a Toyota or Honda. My wife, mother-in-law, and myself have consistently gone back to Kyle and his amazing team because they are fairly priced, friendly, and genuinely honest (a rare trait in mechanics these days). I will always take my car to Waterville Import Auto because they have never let me down or disappointed

I own a 2013 Porsche Carrera S. I only trust Kyle at Waterville imports to perform all work on my car. These guys are professionals and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs automotive services on their BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, VW etc. They also save me hundreds of dollars compared to the dealership. Thank You!

I ve been a customer of Kyle s Waterville Imports for years. He s done various repairs to my Lexus LS 460 and RX 350. Beyond that he gives advice when I call him and does his best to help out. He is always busy(takes up to a month to get in). This is a testament to the quality of service that he and his mechanic Willie provide. In a world where few people care about other people or the quality of work they do .Waterville Imports is a breath of fresh air. I trust he will do the right thing .every time. Read this! so I work on my own cars normally ! But for the first time I had Kyle a euro mechanic work on my 2005 Audi A 4 because I swallowed my pride to let him work on my car why? Because I didn't have the specialty tools for it and I never done a timing belt and water pump on a Audi so I looked around asked around got some good leads on Kyle's shop in Waterville and I'm pleased with his staff , his skill to reassure me he knows what he's doing. I myself a mechanic of personal American cars appreciated the whole experience with him I recommend, trust, what and how he does his business great experience. Take your car there sincerely a guy who swallowed his pride when he's out of his league when it comes to foreign cars .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I was referred by a coworker and it was the best experience ever!Kyle was able to fit me into his busy schedule last minute and he provided me with HONEST FEEDBACK AND stayed true to it. Kyle does an excellent job with our BMWs and Mini Cooper. He is very fair priced, knowledgeable, prompt and most importantly honest. Great guy, good shop in a very safe area.

I can not reccomend this shop enough! I have a rare older car that was never sold in the U.S. and Kyle was knowledgeable about the engine although he had never worked on it before. The work was completed very quickly and Kyle was very thorough in explaining what he was doing to the car. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. The price he charged for labor was very fair, though for the service and expertise I would be happy to pay more. I'll be bringing my cars back to this shop!
