The service Department at Steve Rogers did an excellent job with my Truck. I called them on the morning of December 26 about an issue I was having with my truck. I had the truck towed in that morning the service Department said it would probably be the beginning of the next week before they could get to it. We received a call later on in the afternoon and was told they had found the issue and the truck was fixed and ready for pick up. I wouldn t hesitate to take my truck there again.

The staff was extremely professional and actually cared about getting the job done in a timely manner,and keeping me informed on the progress of my Nissan Rogue during said services.I highly recommend Steve Rogers to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle or get their current vehicle serviced.Thankful,Scott Beair

Steve Rogers service department was on point with their service. There was excellent service and enjoyed check out well. When they identify a problem, I was notified and service continued on my vehicle. Great job

've actually waited a few days to see if I still wanted to post my very dissatisfied review of my experience with Steve Rogers Ford. Well, here it is. The only reason I am giving them a 1 star rating is because 0 stars wasn't an option. I took my 2020 company car in for service because I was having an issue with the driver's side door hinging mechanism. I also needed to have an oil change and tire rotation as well. I was told up front that this was likely going to take a few days. No problem. After several days I decided to check in on the progress. Still waiting to get into a body shop because of the situation going on inside the door. I asked then if we could at LEAST get the oil change and tire rotation done while we were waiting. I was assured that it could get done. Fast forward several MORE days. Still waiting to get into a body shop. Service guy says let me make some calls and I will get back with you by end of day. Nope, nothing. Serveral MORE days and repeat the same scenario. Nope, no call back. Several MORE days, waiting for parts and probably going to have trouble matching paint because of the age of the car. 2020 seriously?? For 6 weeks this nonsense went on different addition to the story as to why it was taking sooo long. Body shops are slammed. On at LEAST 8 occasions I was told that I would be getting a callback with updates and 0 for 8 is what I received. I finally took matters into my own hands and started to call area body shops to see if I could get in. Guess what? I did in 2 days. This body shop told me that my door had never even been looked at in the 1st place because the inside of the door was never taken off. They had the door fixed in 1 DAY. When I was told that the vehicle was back at the dealership, I inquired AGAIN to see if the afore mentioned oil change and tire rotation was completed. I was told that it was and that I could pick it up on Monday. I called at 9am on Monday to see if I could pick the car up at 9:30? Guess what I was told???? Had to wait for the oil change and tire rotation and could I wait a few more hours? After 6+ weeks whats a few MORE hours. Needless to say that I am thoroughly dissatisfied in this experience. I understand that things MAY take longer than expected and parts may be scarce at times but 6weeks??? and I have to find the solution? (absurd) ZERO follow-up calls when promised.(Rediculous) Lied to about services being done when they were not, even when asked about repeatedly? (unacceptable) Never again.

Great people to work with. Brewer actually listens to what you say when you have a problem and actively works with me to resolve, keeping me up to date with what is being done. Estimates are always very close to actual cost. Service is usually quick and thorough.

They are very nice and know how to make you feel at home. Service is excellent. They do a good thorough check on my two cars, and always give me heads up on things that need to be done down the road.

They took care of my car, even though the correct recall items didn't come in, Aaron was polite and concerned about my welfare. Oil changes are great, especially with my points from Ford and I get them free!!

Called made an appointment last week and talked to guy on the phone with my issue. He said he would look up my warranty and everything before ibgot there. Went in with a steering issue. I asked the guy to look up and see if a part was covered under my warranty and if it was go ahead and look at my truck, If it was not under the warranty then dont even look at the truck. He said ok I'll look before we pull it in. Never looked it up and cost me 200 bucks for them to tell me it was not under warranty and it would cost me 650 bucks for them to fix the issue. I would avoid these guys here.

Todd and Bill are amazing! If you drive a Ford, there is nowhere else you should go for all of your maintenance needs. Honest and professional these guys have saved me thousands.
