Such a totaly waste of time. Took my daughters car after 1 total month. Said at the beginning they would help any way they could. WRONG!!! It's all about the almighty dollar. Screw people when they are down. Took back the property but kept the down payment. RUTHLESS!!!

Not only did the vehicle he sold me have. 3200 worth of Repair to be done . His warranty s are limited and well thought out on his part . Forty five day tag expired and he's has still yet to turn over the tag which cost me for. Hardship tag and due process by the bmv to keep me legal . Great sales man could sell ice to an Eskimo. If I could give zero stars and a big red flag I would. He purposely found a vehicle I needed a lift to identify a hole in the front subfram. He has a shop on site this was intentional.

Paid for a truck that when I asked about the title and was assured that I would get it, my truck was taken to be scrapped 2 days later, and was told it was not my truck but a loaner truck for work that I was doing for Doug ....

Over price junk. That s all it is. Asking 10k for a car that s only worth 2k. If that s not a lying dishonest crook I don t know what is. Have to give back my car due to the fact it was junk!!! Went to affordable Auto Sales and they was way more better on prices and better cars. I wish I could give these people zero stars but it won t let me so there you go. If you want your good hard earn money gone go to them. But if you want to save it and go someone else. I recommend Affordable Auto Sales

They were great Couldn't ask for a better car sales . They helped in every way . And we drove away with a 2017 we are now safe for the winter with our children in the car . Praise God for Performance auto sales.

These guys are the best! They put me in an suv that I love, not once, but twice. Not only that, they paid off the first suv and I didn t even have gap insurance! (I had an accident with the first suv)): I love Jeff and his loyalty to the neighborhood! He s been there for idk like 40 years or something. He s definitely all for the customers happiness! I recommend them to anyone who wants a car. Go see Jeff and his family!

Put $1,000 down on a vehicle .. had it for a month and could not get financed because I lost my job. Although I got another job, the would not work with me and wait three weeks until I got paid. I went there in person to discuss it and the license plates were taken off my car as I was standing there; as well as the keys. I had to call a friend from Hillsboro to come get me. He would not even give me the keys to open the back hatch to get me stuff out of the back (SUV). He followed me out and opened it like I was gonna drive off with it. I had made one pmt, put down the $1,000 which, needless to say , I won t get back. They might be ok if you can pay on time and get financed, but if not, you are screwed. I had never done buy-here- pay here before but I was desperate for a vehicle. I had totaled mine and the rental was soon to expire so I was desperate for a vehicle. Also, the engine light was on, air-conditioning did not work, it needed brake pads and a brake light was out. I was wondering in need of a car so, I bought it. People take advantage of you when you are down and out for sure!

Their used cars are useless. Complete ripoff. They sell you cars that need to be fixed and way overpriced. I had to replace power steering and all seals on the engine right after I bought the car and cost 3000 to fix. After signing for 8000 on the vehicle. Well not worth the time and effort of this garbage place.DO NOT GO HERE OR BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. PLACE IS A JOKE.I test drove a Cobalt as there as well and the clutch was going out. The car wanted to grind gears while clutch was in all the way as well as keep going when coming to a stop sign or red light again, while clutch was in all the way. Garbage!This place needs shut down. Definitely.I would not give it any stars at all, this place don't deserve any stars.

Overpriced junk as stated multiple times in these reviews as well as liars and scammers! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! You have been warned! They are about lining their pockets no matter what it takes even at your expense! Zero star ratings should be available !

Their prices are ridiculous. They even admitted that they upped their prices due to Covid and Tax Season. I went to a dealership in Columbus and received a better deal than they could ever give me.

Was led to believe my vehicle was of more value than it was and that I was getting a "deal". Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that no longer runs after only being able to drive if for less than half the time I've owned it and spent well over the value and loan on repairs. DO NOT GET A VEHICLE HERE

Do not EVER buy from this car lot! I was sold a lemon. Took him to court and it s been 5 years and he still has not paid up. They need shut down. Ask anyone in this town, he has a bad rep. Unfortunately I did not know this when I first moved here not knowing anyone and needed a car.

these crooks took my girl friends truck in on trade and keep avoiding us because they haven't paid it off yet. every time we call the moron that answers the phone claims they're not in. they've been avoiding us and the bank for a month and a half. don't trust them they'll rip you off. they strip everything they can from the vehicles like owners manual, jacks and jack/spare tire handle and sell them separately. they also sell your phone number and address to telemarketers.

these people sold my mom a car for $10,000, the blue book value is $1,500....dont know how this is legal, i understand they are in business to make money but seems like they are in business to rip people offplease check the blue book value before you buy anything! expensive lesson learnt...they didnt even deserve a star but wouldnt let me post without at least hittin one

The man trying to sell me a vehicle was very predatory, taking me into his office to sign papers despite me not even browsing the cars. He kept pushing a car on me and all around sent alarms blaring in my head the whole time I was there.

This business will defend themselves on Facebook by posting private client information. I wish I could post the screen shot of the bank information that Becky Swanner Stone was kind enough to share in the county chat group. Very unprofessional and possibly illegal.

My wife was a repeat customer bought a 2010 dodge journey and have had nothing but transmission problems since the day it was bought was taken back and was told that his buddy at Doug Marine motors replaced the transmission and would warranty it now it's a different story and I'm paying for a car I can't drive we have spent alot of money trying to figure out what's wrong so buyer beware do not buy from these crooks

These people are serious rip offs!! I bought a car from them and the engine blew up the next day! I had to argue them just to get it replaced! All the vehicles they have are junk! I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Crooks they make you over pay for junk cars then it takes them 3 months to send you the white title I would suggest anywhere other then here

My car was worth 3,000 and I'm paying 6,000 for it's plus they sold me the car with bad tires so I hydroplaned into a wall.
