Have done business with OK for 40 years. Really miss Harlen and Scott B. This isn't OK anymore. It's corporate only. Currently their only focus is Profit. They have had some really good service writers, ppl with work ethics. But they haven't lasted. I'm assuming it's the narrow minded owner. Profits over people.

My daughter blew a tire on I-71 and we had the hardest time trying to find a shop nearby to replace it. Called OK Tire and they stayed late on a holiday weekend just to make sure my daughter was able to continue her trip without having to stay the night. Thank you!

Had ball joints put on our truck about six months ago and was supposed to be under warranty. One ball joint went bad so I called them 3 days in a row and was told I would get a call back 2 weeks later still no call back. So I took my business elsewhere and got the work done right. I don't recommend this business

The crew at OK tire got me in right away and was able to fix a couple different things that day. The price was half of what I was quoted at another local shop. They were all super friendly and helpful. OK Tire will absolutely be my first choice for any future needs!!

Bret Smith had me in and out in under an hour for 4 tires mount and balance. I highly recommend this business and will continue to return!

Went there this week for a slow leak. Told the guys what was going on, they were kind, courteous, and polite. Even sitting in the lobby waiting, every interaction they had - either phone or in person they patient and thorough with each customer. We ve got our tires through them for several years now.

Diane at the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions. The service was straight forward and honest with what I needed. No charge for what I needed. I recommend this business to Fayette County Ohio residents.

Special ordered a set of tires for my new truck. I got them put on today and i couldn't be happier. The staff is great. Diane is awesome. Shes a real professional. Its my tire shop now. They will get all of my business.

I don't normally do this but I am very aggravated! This new ownership at OK Tire is not the same business my Dad took me to 30 yrs ago, where my family & I have been a loyal customer for over 30years. My 1st experience at the new shop. I carried in 1 tire/rim with a slow leak. OK said it cannot be repaired but they had a used tire in good shape they could sell me. I agreed & had tire installed 10/8/21. OK called around 2 and said ready for pick-up. I picked up around 3pm 10/8 & installed on the car around 345pm 10/8. 1 hour later went outside and the tire was completely flat I called OK at 455pm on 10/8 the lady at OK said bring it in Monday, at that time I told her I never even drove the vehicle because she said we don't know if you hit something etc. Keep in mind I've had the tire for less than 2hrs. Returned the tire, OK says there's a hole in the sidewall we cant fix & we don't have another one. I said can you put my other tire back on, she replied we have already disposed of it etc. I said I will pick up the rim. I go in an I am greeted by the same lady the exact same way a few days before. What do you need? is her greeting to me the customer, no smile, no how are you etc. Not very friendly at all!She tells me the rim and tire are out back, I handed her the receipt and said what about a refund she replied we don't do refunds on used tires I said I never drove the vehicle at all. She said we'll it has no warranty. I walked out picked up the rim & tire with no refund, they kept my money. I received a call/message from OK after I left wanting me to call them. I will never step foot in OK Tire again.

Recently purchased tires. I did price comparisons and they were right on the money. They let me know I had front end issues before they did the alignment. The experience was positive from beginning to end. Highly recommend OK Tire.

Since the new ownership and new building the costumer service is horrible. Before when I purchased tires here they would balance and rotate them for the life of the tires. Now they want to charge 15 dollars a tire. I also had a valve stem leaking that they had installed a few weeks after the new tires were purchased and they charged me 26 dollars . I will NOT do any further business at OK TIRE!!!!! Not making payments on the new building for them!!!!!!

Always went here for tires. But after a $1,500 to replace two parts seems. Little high. Latteral arm and one tie rod end is only 260 in parts. So that's $1,240 in labor. Don't see how that's possible??

I would not use this place. I spent 2348.67 for 2 steer tire and 2 trailer tires on 05/17/2022 and then $4,623.97 for 8 drive tires and3 trailer tires. None of the tires lasted more than 6 months.

My first time here and it was a great experience! Will take all of our cars here from now on. I bought tires online and had them install them. Never any attitude because I bought them elsewhere either. Real professionals and reasonable in a time of ridiculous pricing everywhere! Thanks

These guys are amazing! Hit an object on the highway and dented my rim pretty badly. Tried buying a new one but no one keeps them in stock. The guys at O K Tire fixed my tire and even found a smaller dent on another rim and took care of it! Got me back on the road and off a donut in less than half an hour. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great service. And gave me honest opinion about work that needed done. They didnt try to sell me short and said they did have what I needed after trying to get my car aligned. And they referred me to another mechanic who would be more fit for my cars needs.

Horrible experience! Had to have the car towed to a different shop to be fixed. Better take the OK tire name off of the building because Scott & his father would never let a car go out of the building the way we received ours back!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. I was traveling on 35 on a long distance trip when I had a tire go bad. Found these guys just off the highway. They had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Polite, fast and professional. Wish we had shops like this in my area.

Called them and the guy told me to stop by. I came all the way from out of town. When I got there another guy (assuming he was the manager) told me that they didn t have time for me today. Very poor customer service. Won t be going back.

Never told us we didn t have road hazard with our 4 new tires and then a week later we blow out 2 tires and they won t fix them and want another $400 to get new tires. Will never go back to their business!
