Taylor and Toni were fantastic! I had ordered the truck and they followed up with me throughout the build process. Once the truck came in, it was a very easy and smooth process! Hats off to this dealership!

Highly recommend them! Low pressure, very down to earth attitudes. They don't take hours to work a deal. Hunter was great to work with. Taylor was awesome with the financing. Shout-out to Courtney ! Thank you! We Love the 2023 Ford Explorer XLT.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy and stress free. The dealership staff has excellent communication via text, email and phone. Our salesman Daryl was professional and knowledgeable. Before we drove out to the dealership, he sent a video clip so we could get a good look at the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and drove well, and Daryl showed us all the features and options. I m very happy with my purchase.

Went in to Hinderer to get a cracked thermostat housing replaced. Parts ordered. Left overnight. Picked up next day. No problem.While they were working on it they checked differential fluid with camera and told me it might need service.I forgot about it and presume they did too. The day after I picked it up I smelled earlobe in my garage and saw a puddle under rear axle. I inspected and saw the plug was missing. I had driven it in rain and muddy roads the day before.They had someone come to house and top off and install new plug.They made appointment to have it flushed and refilled at dealership.All done and no problems. Good service.Other than the plug wasn't installed after inspection all was good.

Toni (sales) & Taylor (finance) were an absolute God-send through my indecisive process. Unsure I was ready to switch out of my 15 year old car, Toni was the guidance I needed. Beyond helpful through the process of updating my ride!!! Terrified but grateful I had them both to cheer (or push) me. Jokes (no harm was done - they did not push me)!! It was all cheers of encouragement!! But it did take me about a month to leap. They must have patience of saints. I ll send everyone I know to do business with them well worth the 75 minute drive away!!! Love you guys!! Grateful to have met!!

We looked at dealerships all over in a 200 mile radius. Many we reached out to and none of them provided the kind of customer service or quality vehicle that John Hinderer Ford did. From the first scheduled appointment, the prompt follow up and VIP treatment to our visit to the dealership, everyone we talked to was friendly and easy to talk to. No high pressure sales tactics!! They listened to what we wanted, worked with us and provide a great deal on our trade and the Mustang GT we bought there!! The dealership was very clean and felt like visiting friends. We worked with Heath and feel like we bought a car and made a friend at the same time..not something you get many places these days!! We will definitely buy from Heath again!! Thank you for making the whole experience painless and fun!!

I went in to look at suv and when I went in the door I hear this lady say good morning welcome to John hindered Ford can I help you?. And from that point forward it was as smooth as can be. Toni Alsop did a very good job at making this process smooth and easy. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way everything went. I would definitely recommend John hindered Ford and Toni Alsop for buying your next vehicle.

Josh was AMAZING! I can t say enough good things about the whole dealership and how seem less the whole process was! And Kurt Swallow in service is the definition of outstanding customer service! I brought my car into service which I ended up trading in for a new car but Kurt was so accommodating! Josh made buying my new car so easy! He never pushed me or tried to persuade me into anything. I was able to do everything over the phone and then just had to go into the dealership to sign the paperwork! I ll definitely be back for all my car needs in the future!

Dylan in the service department was INCREDIBLE. He came out to the car when my mom had questions, sat in the passenger seat, and walked her through anything and everything she had questions on. Took time out of his day to help her when he didn t have to, we had just came in for an oil change. He was so helpful and so kind. Toni was super nice as we waiting, offering us ice cream, pop, coffee, or anything else we wanted. DEFINITELY will be here when I buy a new car! Anyone looking for a new car I will direct them here.

This was the worst experience ever!! I give them a -1! First the contract person Aspen when she came to get us to sign the paperwork she didn t;T even acknowledge that I was there she only talked to my husband.After all the signing was completed we go to get the keys and they tell us that one of the key fobs was broken and they ordered another one should be received in a couple of weeks and gave us an IOU paper for the key fob, so after 60 days myself and my husband both started calling and emailing the dealership we got the run around they would keep transferring us to all different departments over and over and our emails went unanswered, finally someone transferred us to the dealerships manager that was suppose to let us know what was going on.. Well we are still waiting on his call and it s been another 30 days, no one from the dealership has contacted us to this day.Once you take the car off the lot they don t care about the promises they make when they said they were going get something to you!!!

Custom ordered a Ford and the Hinderer Team did not disappoint. Toni at Hinderer Ford maintained communication with me throughout the entire process and made the process smooth and easy. When vehicle arrived they accommodated my schedule and 2 hour drive I had to get there. Everything was ready when I arrived. We have purchased multiple cars from the Hinderer family and will continue to do so. Big thank you to Daryl and Miss Anderson for having all the paperwork ready to go. Wife loves her new ride and we will see you guys again 5

I m giving 2 stars because the people were nice and easy to work with. On the other hand, your pricing for an oil change is ridiculously high. We will not be going there anymore. Other dealerships are 20 plus dollars cheaper for the same service.

Unfortunately I need to correct my review. I no longer feel I got a good deal on the 2020 Honda I purchased because the features that were advertised about the car online and was told about while test driving the car are not on this car. I didn't realize I would have to verify they were included during my test drive. I had no idea how to locate them to ensure they were included prior to purchase. I received a call from Hinderer Ford the following week after the purchase and told them my disappointment, they told me I would be contacted about this but I have never heard a word since. I overpaid for a car that did not include the advertised features, please be more diligent than I was on making sure you get what you are paying for.......I had a great experience buying My used Honda from John Henderer Ford Located in Washington Courthouse. Everyone was very friendly and didn t make me feel pressured at all. I feel like I got a really good deal thanks to Toni Alsop & William Creekbaum. They even went the extra miles to help me get my car home.

Josh was amazing with helping me find a new vehicle. Even though the car I was wanting to look at was at the Columbus dealership, he helped me find another car that was similar. I was in a bind and needed a car right away. He made the process easy and I was able to drive away with my new car that night. The John Hinderer employees were very nice and helpful. I would definetly recommend them to my family and friends.

Good experience getting my car here. Jacob made me feel comfortable with my trade, and I love my new car. Thank you also to Taylor who was key in me getting my car and making my financing happen and so quickly. It was great finding something, and walking away same day as coming into dealership with new car & keys in hand. I needed a car desperately right away, and both employees made it happen for me. I will add I was less then satisfied with the service department given they told me I d probably not get to trade given my vehicle needed a little work done after taking my vehicle in for a service estimate, so glad I ignored them. I d never tell a customer that when that s not your department to make that sort of call. so my 5 stars is for the sales department. Thank you sales guys !

Wonderful experience, not one time was I pressured into buying anything. Every question was answered and if there wasn t an answer, it was researched and answered quickly! I actually enjoyed what is usually a negative experience, and everything was processed in a timely manner. I highly recommend the staff and service at John Hinderer Ford. A+ in my book!

After getting the run around at another dealer in a bigger city we stopped at Hinderer Ford. They took the time to work with us and ended up sell us a later model used Explorer with the same features we had looked at the other dealer. They have been great and have worked hard after the sale get make certain we were happy with our purchase.

Very good took care of me first thing in the morning also had a leak in my radiator tech came out to look at it very nice guy said no problem he would look into it. Picked up me truck in the afternoon staff there are very friendly and took care of all my needs would definitely go back great service 5stars+ good job guys !!!

Loved working with this group of professionals. They obviously love their job and helping people find a vehicle for their needs. I highly recommend working with Heath Mastroianni, as a sales person, Taylor McIntosh, very professional sales manager, and Courtney Wade, the financing guru. The entire staff was nice and helpful and our son loved the free ice cream snacks!!

Called for service options and prices first I was told they could perform and easy updated sync on my 2012 F150.called ba k to reschedule appointment than was told could not that I could thur Ford.I had several other services I wanted done with the update.Looked up on my Ford pass account seen update available for F150 2012 but it has to be done at a Ford Dearership. Canceled my appointment and will call another dealer.

I am very pleased with the service I received at John Hinderer. Everyone was very nice.Josh brought my EcoSport that I bought to my work because I worked 10 hour days and they wanted to clean it up before I drove it. Not very many car lots will do that.
