The team at Hay's are professional and knowledgeable. I have a handful of trucks, some of them older than others. They keep everything in good repair and consistently go above and beyond, both in terms of thoroughness and education. They do a fantastic job of answering any questions I have, and they provide good information. The technicians are very competent and able to handle the complexities of modern vehicles. The service is always very timely, and when something unexpected does come up, they are great about communicating and providing flexible scheduling. Highly recommend!

Have had my truck at hays auto a couple different times now for different things.and they have fixed it in a very timely manner and at a affordable cost. . I won't be taking my truck to anyone other than hays auto in the future

Wonderful service, took my car in to get an oil change and they do a safety inspection automatically. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have known how bad my tires really were. Cameron was very helpful in making sure they had the tires that were needed for my car and the service was faster than I expected. I'm very please with this shop, they are very in deph with explaining detail and are very helpful. They also have a Loaner car if needed. Very professional and I had a good experience here. Thanks again for the help

The team at Hay s Tire and Auto really care about your vehicle and you. Just like the big dealer shops, they provide an inspection during service. Unlike the dealers, they will ensure you understand the entire process and everything they find and how it will impact the life of your investment. Very trustworthy folks and it s family owned.

A line blew out and my little 1997 Ford Ranger was pouring out power steering fluid. I luckily was able to get it to Hay's. They were busy but were able to take the time to evaluate my truck and show me exactly what was wrong. They explained in detail what needed to be repaired as well as what they might find, or what could happen during the repair and gave me the "worst case scenario" estimate. They called me the next day, had my truck repaired and were able to save two parts they thought perhaps would have to be replaced, so my cost was far less than I expected and my truck was ready to go.It's running perfectly again now. The main thing I appreciate is their kindness, honesty and professionalism. Shout out to Cameron who made me feel so comfortable in my panic and Jon who explained the repairs needed so thoroughly.

Just recently had my tires balanced, but it wasn t your normal balancing, they had to take the tires off the wheels vacuum out old balancing beads and then balance from there. They fixed my vibration issues by properly balancing, but what I appreciated most was the follow up customer service!! The customer service I received was better than any other company I have worked with! Love Hay s tires, they will be the only place I take my Jeep for service!!Service: Tires

This place is fantastic. I was traveling, still 1400 miles from home, when my 'skid plate' came loose and started dragging. I had just had my oil changed while on vacay. I was a little panicked so I pulled off to the nearest place I could find. The gentleman was so kind and took care of me right away knowing I was eager to get home. They removed ny skid plate and I made it home with no more problems. Such an amazing business.

Hay's Tire and Auto is amazing. I sincerely can not say enough positive things about it! Steven and Cameron are always very pleasant, informative, patient and kind!! Brad, the owner ALWAYS follows up after every appointment, even with a simple oil change. I have been taking both of my cars to Hay's for about two years now. I have ALWAYS been very pleased with the service and professionalism of Brad and his staff. I am always impressed with the timeliness of the the work as well as the fact that it is 100% thorough and 100% according to their written estimates. Even the cleanliness of their lobby/waiting area is impressive. I highly recommend them! We were on a cross country road trip when our car s engine splash shield came loose after an oil change and was dragging on the ground. Thankfully Hay s Tire was able to squeeze us in and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it SO quickly. Their service was amazing. We cannot thank them enough!!!!!

They are great ! I was traveling with my handicapped brother when the van broke down . Hays guys came quickly after I called them to tow it to their place and accessed the situation ! They are such a "breath of fresh air" in our town as they are a caring professional business that stands for good service.... I am pretty new to Washington courthouse and needed a reputable mechanic. I was used to driving an hour to Columbus for my needs. I am impressed with the customer service and personable attention I received. Brad made sure I got home and back to the shop personally. It's nice to have found a mechanic so close to my house, and honest. I will be back for any other car services and I have already referred them out. Thanks again .

Well, I started going to hays tire and auto earlier this year. And I am amazed with the service I have been given, it s may be a bit pricey in some things but I have never had an issue with my vehicle getting fixed there! I dropped my car off to get checked out because I seen smoke coming from under the hood. Brad kept my car until he was sure he found the problem. It ended up being the serpentine belt. Got my car fixed up quickly after the part came in. Checked in me with me a few days after I brought it home to make sure everything was going good. Even a couple months down the road checked in again! Very professional and love the fact that they care so much about their customers to keep checking in to make sure everything is ok. Nothing but good things to say about Hay's Tires. I will continue to take all my car problems to them!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

After months of dealing with an electrical issue in our Honda van, we were ready to unload it. We took it to Hay's on a recommendation. Right off we knew we made the right move! Friendly, clean, thorough, prompt, extremely reasonable, and best of all...one day later, our van was whole again and we are more than ecstatic! Thanks to all of you!
