Keith, on the GM side, has always been very helpful when I've been there. Great guy. Haven't been to the Toyota side in awhile but when I have visited the service dept Bret Smith was exceptional. I recommend both dealerships

Just bought a 2016 Buick here. I was very impressed. No high pressure sales tactics. Gave me all the information I needed and all the time I needed to consider my purchase. Extremely friendly sales staff. Bonus, Bush now offers a lifetime power train warranty on any car with less than 100,000 miles. Have called service since the purchase. Very friendly knowledgeable staff there as well.

I HIGHLY recommend Washington Courthouse Guaweiler! I had the pleasure of working with MarkEveryone gave Great service, and Great Care. I went in on a Monday late afternoon and my purchase was Finalized Tuesday Morning. I brought my 9 month old daughter in with me and she was crawling all over the place, but EVERYONE was super nice and very professional.Their cars are also in Great condition with low milesLove my new carThank you Mark, and Gusweiler Crew!!!!

Mark Bottorff made buying a new truck so much easier than other salesman I've dealt with from other dealerships. He was on the phone with me three times after store hours do to my work schedule, I can tell he cares about helping people. 10/10 service, highly recommend and will spread the word. Thank you Mark!!

Top notch customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! *UPDATE* Went to trade in the Malibu I purchased from here to get a Honda and discovered it had previously been in a wreck! Gusweiler never told me about this. I'll never buy another vehicle from these guys again.

Bought a used car in my price range and the customer service was okay but within an hour after paying cash for said vehicle and them closing a check engine comes on after said car was sent through in their "shop" big deal find out it was a rigged vaccum line from the turbo. Got the part and fixed it cheap easy no a problem then 24 hours later a coolant hose exploded I mean I get it's a used vehicle I payed for but I think they should've took responsibility for it considering I hadn't had the car two days which I get it's used but from the vacuum line being done the way it was I just feel as if they rigged the car enough to sell it called to talk to them about it and I was told "That's how it goes with used cars their either good or bad."

Gusweilers is such a great place to buy a vehicle!!! We bought our 2017 chevy traverse from Keith Burnsand he gave us a great price that wasn't comparable to anywhere in the surrounding area. (And might I add that it was on the first shot !!!) I loved that we didn't Have to negotiate because the price was so fair !!!Gusweiler is also a great and convenient place to have our vehicles serviced. (Along with our 2017 traverse, they also service our sonata!!!) It's very convient that they have a pick up and delivery service! We often schedule online, by text, or by phone and within a day they come and pick up our vehicle from our home or work location, and deliver it back in a timely manner.The sales staff and service staff make this a great place to visit:)Thanks for all you do:)

Our car was at their shop for around a month and half. Had issues with our key so we purchased a new one then they were able to "work" on our car. We picked our car up yesterday and we're having the same issues they claimed to have fix! So now we have to take our car to a different shop to have it serviced all over again!!!

Came here today for a simple repair. Service manager and mechanical staff were amazing but when I was sent to the lady behind the counter to check out I was treated like trash. I got yelled at, she threw her hands in the air and sent me wondering out in the shop area looking for Eddie . I didn't know who Eddie was. Worst customer service I've ever had. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Went in there to get a key fob and key made for my vehicle and stereo unlocked. They wasnt able to cut the key or program the key fob. Even though it wasn t able to be done, I still get charged. And not to mention I was quoted at 52.98 a piece plus tax for the stereo and the key fob programming. The stereo was the price I was quoted. The key fob and key was $130 alone and I already had both, way above the quoted price and service wasnt even completed. Definitely won t go back there and will not send anyone I know there either. Extremely disappointed.

Troy is an awesome sales man ! Me and my wife have purchased 4 vehicles all sold by Troy .I highly recommend Troy and all the sales people there they were all very helpful . I hung out at gusweilers for around two week's s because we purchased two vehicles within these last two weeks the team treated me like family will always buy from gusweilers.

A++++++++ people most friendly dealerships I have ever dealt with I m traveling out of town and had bolts come lose on my brakes after a brake job that I did myself I came to them and asked if they could help me out by fixing my issue they took my truck right back fixed it in about 20 mins and did t even charge me I feel so blessed to have found this dealership so close to where the bolt fell off thank you again for all your alls help!!!!!!

Excellent service department. Friendly staff, felt right at home. Pulled my car in for a service appointment, dropped the keys off, and had a rental all in 20 minutes time. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to Gusweilers for 6 years for service on my chevy Equinox , they have always takin good care of my maintenance needs and today I decided to purchase another vehicle and they were great through out the entire process and so friendly. Mark did research for me, and called me about new vehicles that would fit my needs and any price changes. Then he came in on his day off so I could deal with the same person throughout the whole process, happy with my purchase and happy with my service.

A friend traveling over an hour each way, just returned from a trip to the dealership to test drive and possibly purchase a used truck this morning.A stock photo was used rather than photos of the actual truck to entice these buyers in to look. The buyers found this disappointing to say the least.I find this a deceptive practice and either 'no photo available' or 'photo coming soon' should have been placed on the site.Shame on you for not being completely forthcoming and honest.Yours is not a dealership I'd do business nor recommend to others.

Our travel trailer blew a tire and we needed help. Jim Gusweiler GMC was so kind and willing to help us. They call around to near rv centers and even offered to give us a lift. Thank you guys so much! True life savers!!!

Well if you re looking for help at the parts counter they re not very nice didn t seem like they wanted to help they ask where I was calling from, I told them I just called a previous dealership and they helped me he told me to call them back that s not very good customer service That s why I don t buy locally cars not nice at all I will take his advice I will take my business elsewhere
