Very good service department. They are very friendly and listen to what you're telling them. I would recommend them to friends and family.Update!!! I liked the service department so much that I came back and bought a brand new Ram 1500 Laramie in Patriot Blue. I love it so far. It looks great, rides smooth and is quiet with all the power I could want from the 5.7L HEMI. Got the trailer tow package and just bought a new travel trailer to pull behind it. Mr. Gordon and Rich Moody Jr. treated me great and gave me a great deal. I would definitely buy from them again and I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my Ram truck that was covered by an extended warranty that I got with the purchase of my vehicle. Repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and I only had to pay my deductible. Everything went smoothly.

Very kind and respectful employees, that we re focused on meeting as many as my needs as possible and stayed so positive throughout hours of getting things figured out for my specific situation. I really appreciate Stevie Richardson my salesmen and Rich whom assisted me with the financial portion were seriously amazing. They worked with me on things I wasn t 100% sure of on the vehicle. They made sure I knew to keep communication and they would surely make sure I would be taken care of as their client. That reassurance of continuing the great relationship was enough to keep me coming back even though I live over an hour away. They were recommended by a friend whom guaranteed that if I went I would have great customer service, that was a lie, I have AMAZING customer service! Clean, organized and efficient. Good work...purchasing my new gladiator was a great experience, the sales team was fantastic. I've purchased several vehicles over the years and vowed that I would never purchase another new vehicle again ( bad experience a couple years ago), but Gordon's team proved me wrong and I couldn't be happier. Great job !

I found myself at Gordon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at the beginning of November 2023 for an issue with my vehicle. I was 1200 miles from my home in Texas. Gordon dealership made me feel like I had bought the truck from them. Outstanding professional service. Gordon dealership went above and beyond their call of duty. I can t be more pleased and thankful for how they took care of me and my situation. Because of this whenever I am in the market for another vehicle I will give them an opportunity to sell me a new vehicle even though they are 1200 miles away! Have had our Jeep serviced at Gordon Jeep several times with no complaints. On this oil change, my wife left the service dept with our Jeep. They called her in 30 mins and asked her to come back when they found substantial oil puddled where they parked the vehicle after oil change. There was a major leak from the new filter seal. Would have drained all oil from the engine in hours if not called back. They replaced filter and refilled oil. But, there was oil sprayed all over the lower half of the engine from driving the vehicle. What a mess! Two weeks later the engine is STILL dripping oil all over our garage. I called Gordon a week ago. They said I could stop by IF I WANTED. I told them that if the engine is still leaking and burns up, it is their liability. Complaints:1. Service department did not check for leaks after oil change BEFORE my wife picked up the vehicle.2. No effort made to clean lots of oil off of engine. Just left it to burn off and drip off in my garage.3. No interest in checking or cleaning the engine when I called to complain.4. Is the engine still leaking oil??Not happy.

Jake and the rest of the service department are prompt and very courteous when I call to schedule service/repairs. Cost and detail of work are explained upfront so there s no surprise charges. Never had a bad experience here.

KYLER IS AMAZING! He s a younger sales representative at this fine establishment that ensures the comfort of guests while making the first or next big purchase in life. Kyler s people skills go above and beyond in this process and I couldn t thank him enough for putting the amount of time, effort, and dedication that he did for my purchase today. I really wanted to give this 5stars because Mr. Gordon is such a sweet man but i just can t. We came here to look at purchasing a new car and I fell in love with a Toyota rav4 it looked no had amazing mileage and ran smooth until everything went so fast and wrong. We were under the assumption it was priced at 29,000 close to 30,000 until I went through the paperwork and seen it was $54,000 which would ve been fine if we didn t find out this car is literally falling apart. All of the protector things by the tires are missing clips and falling off the back reflectors are missing and the plastic trim in the back seat on the driver side is now popped out from not being secured in other words this car was wrecked before and cheaply put back together and we found out from the mechanic instead of the car lot. I m sorry but for $54,000 this car should be in perfect shape and now we re stuck with a pos expensive falling apart vehicle and I hate it so much I should ve just went to the Toyota dealer because it only took 2 days for everything they shoved back in place to pop out or off and they can t say they didn t know because there s no way they didn t know. I just know we re screwed out of $54,000 and I m praying the mechanic can fix all the issues without charging an arm and leg

Stevie Ray is awesome. We really felt like he was taking our perspectives and needs into consideration and wasn't just trying to make money off us. He was also really upfront with everything so we got to feel confident in our decisions. We came to look at one specific car but didn't end up liking it, and he steered us to something we really like. Thank you for helping us get a new car we feel secure in!

Bridget at Gordon CDJR is the greatest! We traded a van in on a newer used van last November and she was extremely helpful and very fair on our trade. We received a mailer from the dealership in February, and we almost threw it in the trash. My son decided to scratch off the slots, and we won $1,000! We've never had that happen. Everyone in the dealership was excited for us. My kids are now looking to purchase cars from them. Definitely recommend giving them a shot at your next purchase.

I was searching for a used car but I was looking into Gordon s CDJR website but no price information until I stopped into their sales lot but a nice old gentleman came up to us with a friendly welcoming and give me a 2023 Jeep Compass after that I feel like he knows my everything I want and searching for. I m so grateful for the oil change service and on my vehicle.
