They went above and beyond to get me back in my car. Broke down Easter weekend. 90 mins from home, 2.5 hours away from where we were supposed to be. Looked at my car on Mon, was fixed by Tues. Amazing customer service. Will definitely recommend.

Great, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.i have only been here twice, great people and I am very satisfied with their service. Thanks for getting us back on the road guick, my wife had to walk to work but they got me going and i picked her up from work that night.

C & J Auto Service, the ONLY service I'll take my car to EVER again!! Every staff member I've ever met, over the last 3 years has been Fast, Kind, Knowledgeable, and very good at Anticipating your needs and Budget!! If you need quality work done, in a timely manner, reasonably priced and with the most hospitable manner...HERE is where you need to come. We were traveling back to TN when my check Engine light came on and I quickly searched for the nearest auto shop. Mind you, most shops are placing customers weeks out for work but they understood the urgency of us getting back to TN and went to work. After searching locally for parts required, to replace an alternator, they drove 45 minutes, each way, to get the parts and start the work, so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. WHO DOES THAT? I was traveling with my daughters, by myself, and get anxious when I face car troubles, especially in a foreign town. Never did I feel like they would try and take advantage of my situation. In fact, I researched the price I was given and found it to be more than fair with comps, in the same area. They were a sense of comfort to me, in a sense, they assured me they'd take care of me & the girls and the car would be back to tip top shape as quickly as they could. It was raining that day and so the owner took us to a nearby cafe for a wonderful place to wait for the repairs to be completed. Again, WHO DOES THAT? I'm happy to report that my vehicle has never run better and the owner followed-up with us to make sure we were happy with the repairs!!! If I lived local, C&J Auto sales & Service would be my permanent mechanics!Services: Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

The short version is that my experience with C&J was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be taking my car back for future services. The longer version is that I have had my car serviced at a local dealership for everything for years. However, I thought that a recent estimate for a repair seemed out of line and decided to get a second opinion. I found C&J online with promising reviews and took my car in for an estimate. These guys were great. They got me in immediately, showed me the issue, and provided an immediate fix with a very acceptable price. They were polite, professional and I drove away very satisfied. I have found honesty, reliability and care for the customer in C & J Auto Service... ( I am from Columbus and was looking for a highly rated auto mechanic repair shop to service my mother's car). The Five star reviews were right on!! Thank you for delivering her car so I could fulfill my schedule, that doesn't happen in Cols. .I definitely recommend your service and we will return. C&j Auto, has worked on my vehicles in the past and present. My family takes their vehicles there also. They do an awesome job and explain everything in detail what needs to be done and what they did to your vehicle. The are very professional. They take time with their customers in person and on the phone. They supply you a ride and pick up if needed. They are very welcoming. Plus you get an inspection on your vehicle with an print out that let's you know what is wrong with your vehicle and a price list of cost. I'm bragging on their employees and their quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone with vehicle problems. Thanks again for your services.Service: Oil change

Fantastic customer service. I called in late around close and have a work van with a tire leak. I got disconnected after being on hold (my fault) and they called me back and tried their best to find the leak, even though they didn t have any availability and they made sure all of my tires had enough air before leaving.

I've been using C and J for almost 20 years, and yet to have a problem. Steve and his crew are very professional and well qualified. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else. Always enjoy my visits, and the coffee is good too. I thought I had reviewed C&J already I m sorry that I haven t! These guys have worked on my vehicles for years. Actually bought my first car from them back in 1998 when they did sales. I took my old beat up car in a few months back and basically asked them to tell me everything that needed done on it. Well... it was a lot. But, because they know me and know that I am super comfortable with my car and not so much with other cars... they had an honest conversation with me that while it was true the car wasn t worth the repairs in terms of resale value, they assured me it would make my car nice and safe for me for at least another three years. Well, I ve been driving it for 4 months since they fixed it up and it runs better than it ever has since I ve had it. I won t be surprised if it lasts longer than three years. These guys never steer me in the wrong direction. (And their awesome with their uhaul rentals as well!!!)

I went to C&J for the first time for an oil change and I will be using them for any and all car repairs and services from now on. I have never had any place treat me the way they did. They are the most friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Tyler explain things for you and I don't feel they will try to push anything at you that you don't want. They tell you what is needed and the rest is up to you. If you want people you can trust C&J is the auto service you need.Service: Oil change

I have a classic car that I don t trust with just anyone. Steve and his crew at C&J Auto are always professional and the quality of their work is top notch. He got my car in quickly and had the modification completed in no time at all. Great bunch of guys.

I feel comfortable for C & J Auto Service to work on my jeep. You get the warm friendly hometown service from them. With the knowledge of giving straight forward honesty on what the problem is with the vehicle. I have been with this business for 9 years and they will always do work on any vehicle that I own. After reading multiple reviews about this business, I was convinced they seem to be the hometown mechanics I would prefer. I was not let down. Steve and his family were detailed, concise, capable and most important to me, trustworthy. If you're not sure who to trust with your vehicle, I greatly urge you to give them the opportunity!

Had to be towed to C&J auto late one night as my engine began overheating on my way from Cincinnati back home to Cleveland. I got a hotel nearby and got to C&J as soon as they opened in the morning. Despite having a bunch of other things to do, Steve and his team made time for me and we re able to have my car repaired and back on the road that same afternoon. Amazing and quick service! Don t know what I would ve done without Steve.

What a great experience! They had my car fixed and ready for pickup within 5 hours. I didn't have an appointment, and they managed to get my car in the same day. Everyone was really nice and informative, and the service was quick and affordable!

What a great place with fantastic people. Whether you need repair service or to rent a uhaul, they make you feel glad you came in...so friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. And they are so patient with your questions and explain everything.
