I came in late at night. One of my headlights went out on the way to work so I was stopping to pick one up on the way home. However, as my luck would have it, the other light went out right before I pulled in. Talk about timing!! I only had enough money on me for one headlight, but Nick (the new and totally amazing manager) was able to use his powers for good and coupon me up so I could get both for just a couple dollars more than just the one. I felt like a damsel and he truly was the knight in shining armor that night. Customer for life! Thank you for caring Nick, and welcome to Washington Court House!

They have a sign in the window they honor veterans. They wouldn't give my husband a discount it was only for the ones serving now not all veterans. My husband is a Vietnam veteran and served our country. He got wounded and shattered his hip. The manager should be ashamed of himself. All veterans need respect. They all defended our country. Thank you to all our veterans past and present.

These guys/gals are my "go-to" when I need some parts for car. Sometimes they can get them, sometimes not (I drive an import) but when they can, they always get it quickly and sell for a decent price. I always check with them first, they have a customer loyalty program that really adds up if you shop there exclusively. I've gotten $20 in-store coupons before after spending a set amount. That's very good in my opinion.

Ten times better than that Crooked Ratty AutoZone, that charges everyone Tax on cores and don't give it back.At Advance Auto Parts you're greeted with quality friendly service and you won't leave feeling ripped-off.

Fantastic experience purchasing a battery online, then having installed at the store. Really helpful. Ordered me a fresh battery from distribution and had it in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband have been too advance auto parts here in Washington courthouse Ohio 2 times and both times the guys that helped us were very knowledgeable we had a hard time finding a serpentine belt for my husband's truck because everything was wore off and they helped us finally find the right one and then the second time we went in he not only looked up the part but he went outside got under our truck to make sure it was right I highly recommend this store and will continue to take all of our Auto needs to Advance Auto Parts in Washington Courthouse

Dude was too lazy to cross reference a relay for me. Go to auto zone if you actually want to get the part you need. Terrible customer service.

I went in to get something to attach my license plate with not having a clue if I even needed bolts or screws. I don't know his name but the young man who waited on me was ever so kind. He didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience and told me exactly how to fix the issue. I wish everyone treated people like he did me. Thank you so much.

Great staff and products. Just walk in and tell them what you need. They have just about every thing you need to work on your car, including tools. Worst comes to worst there is an Ace right behind them. Favorite auto store in town.

Favorite place for automotive accessories. They even have a great selection of cleaning products. Also plasti-dip, and DHT (hard to find these)
