Moe and his people are good people I'm not saying that they're buying top-notch perfected vehicles but they do try to get their best foot out there and find the best that they can for the money and to be honest with you I looked all over the place they're the Best buy here pay here in my opinion.. Like anywhere when you buy a used car the person before you not the dealership who has it but the person before them who gave it up in the auction got it those are the people that neglected it and that's when you have to take care of things and fix things but I'll tell you what I've put a little money into this car and I'll be honest with you it rides better than most people's American cars that are brand new and I got 145,000 mi on it damn near And that 25,000 miles that I put on the car I took care of some wheel bearing some brake pads some rotors some tie rods some tires and alignment a few minor things some spark plugs some stuff here and there and I assure you This car will run every bit of 300,000 mi keep in mind Not everybody can do the work themselves like me wish I've saved myself tons of money but overall I will assure you this is a very good place to buy a car If you do your research prior My only gripe is that the prices are a little high but then again I guess no one's going to do anything for free so If you have perfect credit or the cash you can go buy yourself something cheaper If not this is the place to go

DO NOT SHOP AT ANY OF THE VALLEY AUTO FINANCE LOCATIONS! They re literally scamming family. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu in May from the east market location with Moe(who would always tell me he just works there but really owns the place lol thought that was funny.) I drove the car for one month barely even used it because I had multiple means of transportation at that time. However when I did drive it, it completely cut off on me while in traffic!! The engine light came on, Moe tells me to bring it to the shop & at that time I told him that I no longer felt comfortable with this vehicle being that it was not functioning properly. I asked for my money back, remind you I m 30 days in, haven t been late on a payment out 4k. Moe tells me they will only be able to give me 1500$ back of what I spent already but promises me he will fix the engine light situation. So I m already out of a good amount so I think it s logical to keep the car but I m assuming they only reset the engine light because the car continued to do it lol to the point where they stopped answering me for like a week straight. In August the car shut down in traffic again & still has not started, Moe said that would have to pay $2500 for a new engine while still making my payments. Really just disgusting, I feel I should have done more with the situation but I was really over it all together lol IM WRITING THIS SO THE NEXT PERSON DOES NOT WASTE THEIR MONEY & TIME. :)The girard location is no better btw, forgot Moe brothers name but the brother owns the girard location with his wife who only can speak a lick of English when she s counting money. Anyways my brother got a car from there it s cool & still functioning but they scammed him on $1000. He got a salvaged title car which they told me multiple times that had the carfax for but DID NOT!!! The brother agreed to take $1000 off & give a 3 month warranty. Come to find out he increased the initial fees more so he still got the $1000. Just nasty business, can t keep allowing this kind of work. To the owners you all are horrible people & need to go back where y all came from :) except the son he s nice. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do that! They will not work with you at all! We offered them money but they would not take it and they put our car in repo status! On top of that waited a whole month to come get it! And when they came to take it took it with my id and social security card in the car! Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!

Beyond happy with the service and the kindness of the people here. They all want to put you in the best vehicle possible for you. It is all about the customer and every single one of the employees treat you with the greatest respect. My family and I will definitely come back here time and time again. 10/10 would recommend.

Poor communication tons of cars listed on Facebook and there website can t get anybody to return a message or pick up a phone. Never met a dealer that didn t want to sell a vehicle.

this company vehicle was behind me for a couple miles and made me feel super uncomfortable with the following distance. he passed me on 680 north, going way faster than the speed limit. then, when we both took the canfield-poland exit, i got this photo and noticed he was talking on his phone. lovely.

Mo is very kind person my experience there has been unbelievable. I would buy cars there all the time. If you don't have any credit try they're financing or buy here pay here with a down payment. It's good place for great deals with vehicle's

MO at Valley, is extremely helpful, there is a variety of cars available. The process was easy and quick. Have a down payment and make your payment every 2 weeks . And you got a reliable car to drive.

If you re looking for a good, clear and quick communication when buying your car, this place provides all. They put no pressure on you to buy their car, on top of that, they are very trustworthy people. They listened to me actively and answered every single question that I asked with a wide smile. The most important thing was their price was as negotiated exactly with no hidden fees.

They believe that laws do apply to them. Running people over is ok. Post response: when a person has road rage towards another it is a problem. This person is driving around doing this, as you where told. But yet you have done no corrective actions. If it was "sold" it would have plate on it.

Picked up the car after they worked with us and gave us an amazing deal but sadly 2 hrs later we drove it into someone s front yard and totaled it . They are still willing to work with us about everything so so highly recommend.

They helped get a car but that is it. They gave us a lemon, the horn didn t work from day one which makes it illegal to drive, it has a hitch to weigh it down but causes many issues as well, and the tires are bald as hell. Then it breaks down in their parking lot and they tell us there s nothing they can do and won t give us a temp replacement or anything.
