Go see Joe Shesko at Toyota of Warren!!! Back in 2022, I purchased my first car from Toyota of Warren with the help of Joe. I was so nervous, but he made the process so easy. He answered all my questions and didn t push me into something I didn t want. Now, a year and a half later, I purchased a brand new 2024 RAV4 XLE with the help of Joe!!! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He was very helpful and patient with both my experiences. I am now a loyal customer to Joe at Toyota of Warren!!! Go see Joe and get a Toyota today!

I bought a car from Toyota in Warren, OH, and it was a really good experience. Tony, the salesperson, was super friendly and helpful. He made buying a new car easy and clear. The process was smooth, and I didn't feel confused at any point.Tony listened to what I needed and showed me cars that fit my wants. The paperwork was simple, and he explained everything well, especially about the payment.The dealership was nice and everyone was polite. It was a comfortable place to buy a car.Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Toyota in Warren, OH. Tony was great, and I recommend this place if you want a good car buying experience.

Fantastic car buying experience! In and out in under 3 hours buying 2 cars and no stress! We love our new cars and couldn't ask for any better service, treatment, or dealership. I knew the first time I purchased a Toyota, that I found a brand of car that was the best for me. When it came to retire that one, Joe and his crew went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. Our salesman, Tony, was top notch. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Joe Shesko helped me out from start to finish with my car. I walked in with specific details on what I wanted and we built just that. VERY happy with the process all the way down to signing with the finance manager. He knew what he was talking about. Other dealerships will give you the run around. GO HERE

I'm not one to complain, but I brought my car here for a service and noticed 5 small and fresh slices in my leather steering wheel when I got home. I immediately called and spoke to "Mike", who told me to bring my car back so they could look at it. Truly a wasted trip because he claims there is "no way" it could have happened there. How did they get there then? I'm not asking for my steering wheel to be replaced, but some accountability would be nice. That's ok, there are tons of other places to take my car for service and I'd rather pick a place which is honest and one who doesn't damage my car.

Recently purchased a Toyota Certified Used Rav4 from this dealership. I don't usually write reviews but I feel my experience was worthy of noting the experience for others.There was no pressure during my buying experience. That is the take away. Friendly, considerate, fun and a good deal in the end.My salesman, Matt Sellers, listened to me. He wasn't trying to sell any car he could. He really listened to my needs. One of the owners, Joey Marzullo, of the Whetstone Auto Group was present that day and came out to talk to us. He also listened and asked good questions on my lifestyle and needs. At this point I still hadn't been shown a car! It was all so casual and no pressure. Joe showed me a Rav4 that was on the lot that he felt was a good choice for me and you know what! It was! It was in my price range and within the years I was looking for. It was so nice to not have to stress over this purchase. He could have shown me a more expensive vehicle with more bells and whistles that I would have regretted not being able to afford but he didn't. The vehicle he showed me had what I needed at the range I needed to be in. Even the experience of my trade-in was beyond my expectations. I am now the proud owner of an amazing Certified Rav4 with a bumper to bumper warranty that will be a safe and reliable car for me for years to come and still within my budget. I felt blessed the day I drove into that lot. I never expected to be treated the way I was or to have the outcome I had. Thank you Toyota of Warren, Matt Sellers, Joe Marzullo and all the other staff I interacted during this transaction. Matt personally thanked me from his family for the chance to assist me with the sale. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Warren while moving to Ohio from out of state, and the experience was exceptional. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Sales Manager Tim Williams, who made it happen. Special thanks to Brian Campbell, aka 'Soup,' for his assistance with my car. The dealership's atmosphere was welcoming, making the entire buying process effortless. Highly recommend Toyota of Warren for their outstanding service. 5 stars!

This is the 2nd Toyota I ve purchased from Matt Sellers. I couldn t be happier! Tony Montazeri was great to work with. My wife and I bought our first car together and he made the process super smooth and painless. We were in and out quick. He helped get us some specials that were going on for our Corolla and even set-up our phones to our car. Would recommend 10/10 times.

I had a great experience buying my 4Runner. Tony was my salesman and made the experience quick and easy. I had to take the car back a couple weeks later and Tony came out and took the car to get washed immediately then took care of my questions about the 4wd.

2 months ago my husband and I purchased a 2019 Rav 4 . We are so excited with our choice. We took it down to Mississippi and felt very confident in our vehicle. It performed amazingly. Also a BIG SHOUT OUT to Joe Shesko. He was very informative on all the vehicles and was not a pressure salesman. Everyone was so friendly as soon as we walked through the front door to when we finished the financial process. Thank You so much y all come highly recommended.

First time buying a vehicle from this place in 2023. Very friendly and helpful .Tony in sales help my wife find the suv in her price range a 23Rav4. In January of 2024 went back to see Tony to purchase a new truck 24Tundra and again the same great service and people at this dealership.

Definitely recommend Matthew Sellers. He helped me pick out a good and safe car for my family, especially with the recent snow. He s not looking to just make a quick buck off you but actually treats you like a human being who cares and helped me leave there with my dignity intact.

Matt Sellers and Tim were great! They were not going to let me walk out of dealership without the best possible deal that worked for both myself and the dealership! Absolutely amazing people here!Soup was an awesome guy!STRAIGHT SHOOTER and he did all he could for me!I appreciated that!I was extremely impressed when the owner came over and introduced himself!
